This is my second time in this hotel and I would recommend this hotel to everyone, and there are no problems with food. The food is wonderful, at least I like it. There is porridge, no sour milk products. Milk in Egypt is just super.

Today is the last day of stay in a great place Grand Seas - Hurghada, decent hotel, service, friendly staff!!! I would especially like to mention the guys-animators ☝️ (Oksanochka, Nikolay, Hossem, Irochka, Otta, Nagib) I have never met such responsive, friendly, cheerful and resourceful animators 👍 Accompaniment from "good morning/exercise" to "evening program" Thank you very much guys 🙏 - our vacation sparkled with special "colors"

Our winter holidays are coming to an end. We celebrated the New Year 2022 here. We really liked the hotel. Spacious territory, very clean and cozy everywhere. Daily cleaning in the room and on the beaches, clean towels. Very friendly staff. A huge number of various entertainments, animation on the beach throughout the day, regular show programs in the evenings. The cuisine deserves special attention. Here you will find everything for a variety of tastes: for lovers of traditional, classic and national cuisine, vegetarians and meat eaters, the choice is always rich and varied. There is an opportunity to bask in the rays of the Egyptian sun on the open veranda. Friendly receptionists entertained with funny jokes and bizarre figures from towels and toilet paper. The magnificent sea, the nearby coral reef gave a lot of unforgettable impressions. We are absolutely delighted! We recommend visiting this hotel, and we will definitely come back here again! Thanks to everyone who provided us with this unforgettable holiday!

The hotel is excellent, the staff is just super friendly, all issues are resolved instantly. Special thanks for the help to Kamal and Daria. The location is 5+, right on the shore, there is a great beach. There are many activities on the beach - diving, surfing, kitesurfing, fishing, boat trips. On the territory there is a luxurious swimming pool, there is a spa with massage, sauna and gym. The food in the restaurant is excellent. In general, 5+.

The whole hotel is quite holiday-like, with a nice environment, beautiful beaches and swimming pools. Ebrahim always cleaned my room and put a lot of water in it. Some of the waiters in the restaurant and various bars were also very enthusiastic, and others were also conscientious. Although the food was the so-called white food, it tasted OK, especially the grill guy outside the door. The grilled beef was tender and juicy, as shown in pictures 1 to 6. However, I would like to leave a few questions for your resort, or even the sunrise hotel group to think about: 1. Why didn't your hotel front desk answer the call from the Ctrip customer service representative? Do you not value Ctrip orders? 2. When I first entered the hotel room, there were still a lot of hair and stains on the bed, as shown in the last four pictures. What are your assessment standards for room hygiene? There were obviously many empty rooms, but when I asked to change rooms, they seemed to have been prepared to say that there were no rooms. Do you maintain an honest attitude towards customers? Thanks to Ebrahim for helping me change the sheets, I can lie down peacefully
3. I called the hotel front desk three times to ask for water, but why didn't they deliver it? Do I need to issue a red-headed document to you to get water? Thanks to Ebrahim, I got six bottles of water
4. What's wrong with the staff of the fresh juice shop on the beach? When he saw the customer, he looked joking and asked the customer which country he was from. He asked for five euros for a glass of orange juice. After refusing to buy and walking away, he shouted CHINA. I don't know what his intention is. Do the customers of the hotel have to spend five euros to buy a glass of fresh juice, or does he think Chinese tourists can't afford five euros? What are the management rules and regulations of your hotel for the outsourcing of the juice shop? Do you let them ruin the reputation of the hotel?

The twin room in this hotel is very large, probably more than 60 square meters.
There is also an exclusive beach downstairs, which is less crowded and clean. We also tried another hotel in this price range, which is more comfortable and cleaner🫡
