Sunrise Alma Bay Resort

I recently stayed at this hotel for three nights and had a wonderful experience overall. The check-in process was very smooth, and my room was spacious and well-furnished, making for a comfortable stay. The buffet offered a great variety of dishes, and the food was consistently delicious. However, I believe the Aqua Park could use some improvements to enhance the guest experience. Despite this, the stay was enjoyable, and I would recommend this hotel for its excellent dining and overall comfort.

The resort itself is excellent, has a very fresh and a refreshing feeling as you enter and is very welcoming. The swimming pools are of a good standard and enjoyable for all age groups. There are bars outside of the main restaurant which serve drinks and hot food, although I would mention that the food is an everyday repeat with nothing new. Small bars beside pools server usual drinks, chips, burgers and hot dogs, nothing else. The food in these small huts are the same food daily, no variety whatsoever. I would also like to stress that the main restaurant is not big compared to other resorts I've stayed at and it is always very hard to find a table and sometimes your have to wait ages for new plates to be put out again, leaving you hanging around for a while which is very unpleasant. The food itself in the main restaurant is of good quality though. The room I stayed in was a mega family room with two adjoining rooms and both had balcony overlooking the pool and beach which was excellent. Only thing I would like to add about the room is that the inside door handle broke and kept falling off and took ages to be fixed and was only fixed on our last full stay. The evening shows were not really good, very basic and short, nothing exciting compared to other resorts I've stayed at in different countries. The resort could make more of an effort in introducing good evening shows such as adding choreographed dancing, magic shows, stunt shows and various other shows that other resorts do. The resort itself is good but does have several points to improve on.

This is the third time I have stayed with you. The first time was 15 years ago and it was on my honeymoon. When I stayed for the third time, I found greater development in everything, the furniture, the animation team, and the food. Truly, everything is wonderful and at the required level.

The staff is good, the food is nice, facilities are not bad they just a little bit old

Overall my stay was good but i have a big problem with food i was upset from the food quality it was very bad and also each day I found that no variety in food i had to eat the same food every day and that annoyed me i wish you can fix this terrible issue soon as i decide not to stay with you again if this problem is still happening

Thank you for great holiday in this hotel! I was many times in Hurghada but here in Alma Bay I get the best service ever! 2 months ago I was in Meraki and now I can really recommend Sunrise resorts! The service in Alma bay was better than in 5 stars hotels where I was before.

Thank you for offering us more options of rooms - we had from travel agency only standard room but when we was in reception the receptionist- Hamada show us 3 more options of rooms and we choose bigger family room. Thank you for that.

Beach was always clean, the life guard was really helpful. Life guard - Zeko or guy from towel centre - Moustafa everytimes brought us towels from the towel centre and they prepared sunbeds. Also they was very kind to our son.

The Asia restaurant was really good. The food in main restaurant was really delicious.

Special thanks to girls from animation team: Shahnda, Julia and girl from Belarus (i think hers name is Lisa) - they was amazing! They cared about children and also made great programs for adults. It was really amazing and we enjoyed so much fun!

In the lobby bar I get the best Turkish coffee ever! The staff at the lobby bar were always smiling and super kind.

The room was everytimes clean and smell good. The cleaning service was great. Also garten looks great. The swimming pool was clean and had really great temperature (we visited this hotel in December 2023) because of heating! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The whole Cleaning service and garten service and pool service- hotel, garten and swimming pool was really nice!

We will definitely repeat our stay! It was a perfect vacation.
