We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay from check-in to check-out. Everything was well-organized, and the staff were welcoming and helpful throughout.
The food was good, with plenty of variety at the buffet and snack bar. The beach was clean, spacious, and perfect for relaxing or enjoying time with family. The pool and other facilities were also well-maintained. However, we would suggest adding more dedicated beach space specifically for resort guests to enhance comfort and privacy.
We would like to give a special thank you to Ms. Adryana at the Reception Desk for her kind support and for ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. We were especially pleased to receive our room cards promptly upon arrival. Also, sincere thanks to Mr. Mohamed Adel, the restaurant waiter, for his outstanding service during every visit. His friendly and attentive manner truly stood out.
We highly recommend this resort for families looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and well-located place to stay.

First the good ... great reception staff great restaurant waiters the pool bar guys at the quiet end the best service from them for 7 days happy cheerful and funny nothing is too much trouble for them lads .room was very well kept and the cleaners do a excellent job all the time ..the pools are kept clean as well as the grounds staff always busy doing something ...now the bad ... breakfast the same every day repeatedly the same .. lunch and dinner not good for me this is my choice to say mainly French dishes that's because this hotel is mainly French and that is what has spoilt my 7 days they get looked after all the time by the entertainment team constantly play French pop music hardly any English music and if your lucky to hear the odd English song it won't be on long conversation always in French so how they expect other people to join in is beyond me if you can't understand French...it's a shame because the hotel and staff are great apart from the entertainment team who only cater to the French

All the staff were brilliant in the restaurant especially Kerollos.
Mustafa in the lobby bar and the rest of the bar staff worked very hard.
The pool bar had top class service with Mina and the team.

Well the whole stay was amazing, the staff was extremely helpful welcoming, they made it happy vacation, The receptionists Adryana&Mohamed Abd el latif, The restaurant staff Ibrahim, Ahmed Adel ,Mohamed Abd el razik, Mr Amer and Mr. Joseph William,most of bar staff. I didn't get the chance to have all the names, but anyway the hotel is very comfortable and friendly. The location is very nice , the beach access is nice and the service there is excellent too, I can't remember the waiter's name but he was very nice.

We visited here as a couple in our early 40s looking for a relaxing week in the sun. This is our 5th different hotel we have stayed at in Egypt and we were not disappointed or let down at all! Check in and arrival very welcoming, asked to take a seat in reception and hot towels and cold beers were given to us whilst they went through all the relevant things (passport checks etc) Before we arrived I emailed and asked in advance for high floor, during the check in they mentioned this and said that we have indeed got a top floor room (there are only 2 or 3 floors depending on which part of the hotel it is) we were then taken to our room, the staff member helping us with our luggage also explained to us about where everything was. Our room was everything that we would hoped, a massive comfortable bed: a walk in shower that was fine, air con, a free use of the safe. Tea and coffee facilities and a fridge (the things in the fridge are not part of the all inclusive so don’t drink them if you don’t want to be billed for them). The view from our balcony was great too and the pool at night looks great! The bottled water is replenished everyday by housekeeping, if you ever need any more you can call housekeeping and they will send some up. The main restaurant was by the main bar and isn’t that big but we never had an issue getting a seat no matter what meal it was or time, the staff in there are brilliant, so friendly and helpful, a massive thank you to Ahmed Adel who is the most friendly and welcoming member of the team and an asset to the hotel. On one occasion I went to get myself a drink, he smiled and said that what he was there for so can I please let him know and he will get it for us and for the rest of the trip when we walked in he always there to greet us and knew what drinks we were after. Adb eld (the rest of his name escapes me) who worked the bar at the ‘lively’ pool is also one of the staff members who went above and beyond, All the staff know pretty quickly what you like to drink and on our 3rd morning Adb was confused when my wife asked for a white coffee and not a beer, it was a running joke for the rest of the holiday and again another member of the team who stood out for us. The Al a carte restaurant food was fantastic, we went once, the service was amazing and the food was awesome; the steaks are delicious and well worth a visit. Evening entertainment was usually a singer or musician which was always very relaxing by the pool, again, there isn’t that many seats when you look but we never had an issue getting a seat and the staff were always coming round asking if you wanted anything else to drink. There was also a kids disco and evening entertainment in La Bouchon which is near reception we never went to these but didn’t hear anyone complain, the entertainment team also put on a beach and pool party in the sister hotel opposite, again we didn’t go to these but heard no complaints. Stayed for a week here. Lovely hotel, not too big, with attentive staff. Food was excellent with plenty of choices. Plenty of sun beds around the three pools with waiter service for drinks. Lunch in the restaurant or the outdoor Italian restaurant. Pool was freezing! Rooms were clean and spacious.

Well as this was our 6th visit it did not disappoint, absolutely fantastic hotel just what we like ,the food is plentiful always hot ,lots of variety. Ahmed Adel in the restaurant was amazing constantly, making sure we were watered lol.as were all the staff smiling all the time. Was nice to see some old staff and new , a very big credit to this hotel,should be proud . the animation guys are great chatty and went out of there way to say hello. I would say one negative is the entertainment must try to involve English not just French,on saying that we have already booked for our 7th time, see you next year .

We were disappointed with Iberotel Casa Del Mar. There were quite a few important negatives that dragged down the experience. We will not be returning. If you don’t mind cold food, no sleep and being harassed, then you’ll be ok. Room Hotel was very loud at night, until 1am. Mosque woke us up every morning at 4.30am. So we were getting very limited and broken sleep. As our room was right next to the Little Bar/entertainment seating, we asked at reception if we could move rooms in the hope of a better nights sleep, to which the man who served us was rude, shrugged his shoulders, and said ‘I can move your room but it won’t make a difference’. To make matters worse, coupled with the noise, the bed was uncomfortable and very hard, even with a mattress topper. It felt like sleeping on concrete. The shower in the bathroom was revolting. When you stay in a hotel, it is always expected that the shower grout/sealant will be a bit dirty as it is difficult to clean. However our shower clearly had not been cleaned for a long time, photos are attached for reference. Minibar noisy, dirty and not included - very expensive too. Only x2 sockets, not enough. Housekeeping failed to fill our shampoo and body wash more than once meaning we had to leave a note. We also got to night 8 and our sheets had still not been changed, so we had to leave a note for that too. Food Disappointing. Some of it we really enjoyed, however, there was no consistency. More often than not it was lukewarm, bland, fatty and cold. On an evening the carved meat and fries were consistently cold. Bread and cake stale. They offered food from the previous night cold around the pool. Menu at the Italian (on the evening) was very limited to seafood only. Very hot in the restaurant and limited outdoor seating. Dirty table/cutlery on more than one occasion. No self serve ‘snack bar’ by the pool. There’s a sit down food area but with a limited menu. If you wanted something quick on an afternoon, this was not possible. Drink Not good. Soda and lager ok, however, cocktails were awful. Vodka had a horrible aftertaste. No bottled water and only a glass bottle in the room. Dangerous for use in the bathroom when brushing our teeth. Lager served in a tiny glass, no more than half a pint. ‘Fanta’ and juice served from a bottle, often warm left on the side. Pool Good, enough seating (could find a sun bed throughout the day) but doubt there would be in Jul/Aug. Little/no chlorine in the pool however. The heated pool was louder and the non heated pool quieter. Hot tub felt and looked dirty. Staff Ibrahim on the pool bar by the unheated pool was brilliant every single day. He was friendly, attentive, and welcoming. He should get some extra time off. The service when eating was generally excellent, with drinks being brought over to you and plates cleared quickly. Fantastic hotel Beds were comfy and rooms a good size Bathrooms need updating but shower was very good. Staff were very very good and deserve all the tips they get. It's the only hotel I have ever been to where the management team was around every day to talk to you and ask if any issues. Exceptional customer service There seemed to be lots of customers coming in that were obviously repeat customers and staff remembered them. Great job done by all Looking to book again

If I can rate this hotel more than 5 stars, I will do so.
Those people are hospitality gurus, the way they treated me and my family made us all overwhelmingly happy. Every single detail was taken into consideration and exceeded my expectations.
-Once in the restaurant my son was hesitant and in seconds the chef made him a special order that suits his taste.
-Snacks and pizzas are so yummy.
-The hotel is nice and cozy.
-The views are relaxing.
-Super clean Rooms, Pools and restaurants.
-The main restaurant served seafood several times. However, It was never smelly and this is a plus.
-Access was available to Jaz Casa Del Mar's lovely sandy beach.

Words won't express my feelings when the hotel sent me a complimentary birthday cake on my birthday and another compliment was sent the next day (fruit platter, nuts and maccarons😋😋)
