Best hotel in Alicante Amazing views to the beach and the city
The location is perfect and the service is professional. However the facility is a little bit old. The bed is also not so comfortable enough for a 4-star hotel.
This hotel is very good. Alicante is a beautiful coastal city in southeastern Spain, located on the Mediterranean coast. It is famous for its sunny beaches, historical sites and food. It is part of the Valencia Autonomous Region and is also a famous holiday resort. Must-see attractions in Alicante: • Castillo de Santa Bárbara: overlooking the
Hygiene: Not very clean, the tabletop is covered with dust. Environment: The environment is OK, the breakfast is good and the view is great. The location of the hotel is still great, the perfect combination of city and resort feeling.
Room is old and a bit run down. Expensive for what it is. Personnel at reception is nice and helpful.
If you come to Alicante, please stay in this hotel's sea view room. The window opens to the beach and the Mediterranean Sea. You can sit on the balcony for an entire afternoon without getting bored. The beach is next to the hotel, and it is full of people basking in the sun. It is perfect to come here in winter. It is not cold at all, and it is quite hot in the sun at noon. The hotel service is good...

very conviniently located, delicious breakfast, helpfull and polite staff.
I really staying in this hotel. Staff was very helpful and  kind for me,good area, room was bigger than i expect, cleaning not wake you up,if you have "no disturb"on the door. Like in all Spain you still will hear your neighbours, but here it's the most quite as possible.))
Always use this hotel when doing a short break in our favourite Spanish secret Alicante. It's a short walk away from everything you need to visit, which means it retains it's spanishness but is a little bit calmer than other's. Love it!
A very nice hotel which is centrally located. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room is of average size and has a safe and fridge. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel is quiet so we add a great night's sleep. As with most Spanish hotels there is no tea or coffee making facilities but you can borrow a kettle from reception. The breakfast has everything you want and it was all of...
My all recommendations for this hotel. Comfortable and cozy rooms, comfortable bed and I thought I sleep on the cloud. Breakfast is another wonderful story. Rich, tasty, delicious. Eurostars hotels will be definitely my first choice in every city if that group has hotel there.
Reception staff was very friendly. We had a double connecting room which was huge for our family. The two minus points are that some things in the bathroom are getting outdated (I actually had to fix the tap) and the sheets were a bit torn. Breakfast is great. They arranged the gluten free option well. It is easy to walk to the inner city and shopping areas from the hotel and the stops for the C6 bus...

Absolutely the best AC in Spain. The staffs are lovely. Room is comfortable and stylish. Food is delicious. Deco is beautiful. Perfect location too.
One of the best 'value for money' hotels I have ever been! New and stylish, perfect location, the great service... And on top of all that - amazing breakfast!
We loved our stay at AC Hotel Alicante. The staff was kind and gave good recommendations. We loved the rooftop pool and bar. It was a great place to hang out and meet people from other places. The pool and bar is only open until 8, it would be nice if it would stay open a little later.
Stayed for a night with friends before flying out the next day. It’s a decent walk to get to the center. It’s near the station, and they can call a taxi for you as well. I just wish they made the parking complimentary when you’re checking in. Parking has a tight space, so if you’re driving an SUV, I’d double check with them first.
Very friendly staff. We needed utensils for some food we had delivered and they were very accommodating. From check in to departure everyone was so kind. The housekeepers were also incredibly friendly. Walking distance to the waterfront and most of the sites in Alicante. Would stay here again.
The hotel is not in the center but very well connected. Te staff is very kind and the rooms were clean. They provide many amenities as well as a kettle, a clothes iron with board and hair dryer. There is a nice rooftop pool/terrace and a small fitness room with a jacuzzi and steam bath open from aprox. 7 to 22h.

Highly Recommend Our eighth stay at Cibeles Boutique Hotel, and it’s always great. We feel very comfortable, we enjoy the breakfast and menus selections. Helpful staff, great location, and a wonderful atmosphere. We’ll be back!
We had a lovely 3 night stay. Very nice room, the bed was comfy and a wonderful view of the sea. We couldn’t fault anything and would definitely stay at a Melia hotel again.
Very good hotel, very beautiful scenery, good environment, good hygiene, good service, very friendly waiters, recommended, I will choose this hotel next time.
The price for the hotel is absolutely too high for this standard of hotel. The rooms have a minimalist finish, no carpets or rugs. There was a stench from the sewage in the bathroom, and every time we drained the water on the upper floors, the water in our toilet bowl would belch. At the pool, wine is served in glasses (no glasses?). Apart from the location, nothing is worth the price here.
Great Location Great Hotel Great Hotel with helpful staff Location is outstanding on waters edge and close to everything u would want to do in 2-3 night stay
We had a lovely big room overlooking the Marina. Amazing views! Bed was very comfortable, and slept really well. Great Rainshower with constant hot water. The only negative was the food in the restaurant, very disappointing. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.

Wonderful hotel right in the heart of Alicante. We were met with a glass of cava, staff were very friendly and helpful. I booked for a massage for the next morning which was also wonderful. The rooftop bar is a must visit, hot in the day, but during sunset and the evening is wonderful. Rooms really spacious and comfortable. Id definitely recommend
Loved this hotel. The neutrals and white in the lobby are a pleasant departure from the business of the Esplanade and Main Street. It’s immediately quieter and cooler. The rooms were well appointed - though definitely over-indexed on pillows. The room had a little couch, Juliet balconies, desk and spacious though open concept bathrooms. The staff are so friendly and helpful, and speak so many languages...
4.5 stars. We stayed in a room that you had to take the elevator up two floors, then take stairs up to our floor - a little odd and harder with 100lbs of suitcases to carry. But the service was very courteous and helpful. Room was spacious, but could have been a little better with the A/C. Great walkable location. All in all, I would stay here again - especially for the price.
Absolutely gorgeous hotel, the staff were so helpful and friendly - everything was down to an excellent standard. The hotel is very luxurious and high quality and yet maintains such a relaxed and chilled out atmosphere. Location is perfect, central to the restaurants and old town and a mere stroll from the beach. Will definitely go again.
Very nice hotel, large and comfortable room, quiet because it overlooked the internal courtyard; coffee and tea available for free; top-notch staff friendliness. Excellent location, close to the sea and the restaurant and shopping area. I would gladly return

I stayed at Port Alicante City & Beach for a week with my family and we really enjoyed it. The hotel was very clean, the staff were always friendly, and the location is perfect, just a short walk to one of the best beaches. It made our stay easy and relaxing. We’d definitely come back again.
Lovely hotel. Some mix up with rooms when we arrived but got sorted quickly. No issues with food whatever good choices. Only negative was that the bar on the roof top doesnt open until 12.30pm but everything else was great, friendly staff and very clean.
We stayed at the Hotel Port Alicante City & Beach for four days over the summer. The reception staff were very polite and helpful. The family room was spacious and clean. After a long search for a suitable hotel for our first visit to Alicante, we found this hotel. It's a beautiful hotel with many rooms, two swimming pools, one on the rooftop, and a children's pool. Unfortunately, the bathroom had mold on the ceilings and bathtub, and it was very old. The room, however, had been renovated. I think a renovation would do the hotel good. The breakfast was good, and there was something for everyone.
Super good morning, I'm here. It has everything close by, bars, shops, the beach, the bus stop to go to the airport. I loved it. Super nice.
It is located next to the Santa Barbara Castle and can be reached in just 20 minutes on foot. There is a bus stop to the airport nearby, just a 3-minute walk away. It takes about 18 minutes to walk to the city center, and you can enjoy the Mediterranean Sea and the beach along the way. The staff are polite and the breakfast is very rich. The soundproofing of the room needs to be improved.
It near the tram but far from the town centre, but delicious breakfast and friendly staff
Nice staff and clean, functional hotel. Good location close to tram and bus connections
Clean and comfortable hotel. My room was located high up with a view towards the castle. Good overall location however it is around a 20-25 minute walk to the center and promenade. The walls in the rooms seemed a little thin as I could hear some noise from the neighbouring rooms at times. The breakfast was tasty and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel is very good. Having a car is recommended for getting to the beaches and exploring other areas. The cleanliness was fine, and the buffet was great.
Nice hotel, aut alecante from airport
The room was okay, and the mattresses were good. Unfortunately, it was noisy — there was a buzzing sound all night, like some kind of repair device, but I couldn’t tell exactly what it was. Breakfast was fine, not really for foodies, but decent. However, the coffee was of poor quality. The bathtub drain was clogged, and the button for the cover locking system was broken. Good hotel. Parking lot under the hotel with 10€/day fee. A bit noisy, the walls do not isolate enough noise and some noise coming from streets. Missing brush for toilets. Only one light switch per room and only 2 sockets in room (one double-bed).
Well, I have been staying there for an extended weekend in April. Before the trip I went through the reviews here and I was a bit stressed about the stay, but everything went just fine. Great first solo trip away. Hotel very clean and comfy Would highly recommend
The staff is professional, helpful and speaks English well. Rooms clean, well stocked. Cleaned daily and the cleaning ladies very nice not imposing. I highly recommend this hotel.
Very nice hotel close to the beach. The rooms are big, the beds comfortable, great shower. Great breakfast and nice staff. I would have given 5* when they put some paintings on the wall and more moody lights instead of the very white walls and lights.
Needs an updated, the beds were not very comfortable and moves alot. The air conditioning system in our room wasn't functioning so we were move to a different room. The channels and entertainment on the TV was only in Spanish. Aside that, it had a lovely swimming pool. Kudos to the handyman he keeps the area tidy and clean. Get to see the sunrise at breakfast which is a novelty. The rooms are good, provided you get a sea view, although floors 2-3 are more desirable as there is a garage infront at ground floor level.
Not bad~ but if you eat in the room and don't clean up the garbage, there will be ants
The food tastes really nice and to a very good price. The staffs were so kind, helpful and very quick to make the food. Here we want to highlight Jimmy, Kelvin Monica and for being ekstra kind to us. Overall the hotel was clean, clam and very smiling and sweet staffs. I recommend Albahia Hotel.
The location is very close to a really nice beach. The view from the room isn't great but the food here is brilliant. Giving 5 stars here because we actually had to move room twice but it was dealt with efficiently and exceptionally well. Staff friendly, rooms lovely, breakfast lovely.

The hotel is centrally located, so expect some outside noise at night. The beds are very firm, which may not suit everyone. The room is spotlessly clean, though the air conditioning is quite weak. Great hotel in great location with great staff. The hotel is absolutely spotless as well. Rooms are a little small but that tends to be the case in city centre hotels and not a huge issue really. We would definitely go back and stay here.
The hotel has an excellent location in the city center, just a 2-minute walk from the beach, and is situated in a quiet area. Only con is the size of the rooms. They lack places to hang clothing out of to keep a bottle... The breakfast is really good and so is the location. If you have a car you need to park at the port parking 25$ a night. Ahhh, my room has a transparent glass from the bathroom (all of it) to the bed, so you need to be prepared for this level of intimacy.
For sure it is not a 4 star hotel, more like a decent 3-star. First of all, the entrance looks kind of fancy and you have high expectations but the fact is that the rooms are small, even though the toilet is quite spacious. A great hotel. The staff is helpful and nice. One down side is when you’re in your room, you can hear everything outside in the hall. So I’m a light sleeper, so I woke easily when someone was talking or just walking outside my door. Beside that, great rooms, and the cleaning is very good. The hotel is very easy to find. If you take a bus from the airport, you just take C-6.
The hotel is VERY well located - 1 block from the seafront and a couple of minutes walk to the Old Town (Barrio). Room was clean, bathroom very well appointed and the staff were most friendly and helpful. Very good value. If I'm back in Alicante (and I hope I will be sometime), I will stay here again.
On the plus side the hotel is in a great location - convenient for the beach, restaurants, castle etc. It also has super helpful staff, a decent breakfast spread, and a free coffee machine. Only downside is that because it is central there can be a bit of noise from the street at night.
Beds are comfy and rooms are clean, though furniture has seen better days. Breakfast is great, staff are very polite and helpful. A slight but weird smell in both rooms I stayed.

Good hotel, near beach and tram into the city. Hotel restaurant was overpriced for the quality of the food.
Excellent place to stay. Breakfast buffet was amazing and the staff are “top shelf”. The only issue is the water in the rooms. When you have a shower, the water turns from warm to scalding hot to the point it can cause injury. Would not recommend children or elderly as this could cause a serious burn if children are left unattended attended in the shower
