Hotel Servigroup Castilla in Benidorm

This was our second visit to the hotel Castilla and it didn't disappoint from the moment we walked into reception all the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful all areas of the hotel are spotlessly clean and the food was of a good standard with a relaxed atmosphere in the restaurant, the hotel is in a quiet area of benidorm but only a few minutes walk to the clubs & bars and less than 10 minutes to the beach, we would not hesitate in staying here again when next visiting Benidorm

Very good hotel well situated for everything that one would require, great staff & very helpful reception, comfortable rooms & exceptional cleaning staff & all this at a competitive price, would highly recommend.

Great location between old & new town quiet at night too. Hotel reception very helpful rooms nice we were on the 8th floor overlooking the pool which got the sun later in the day. Pool nice & plenty of sunbeds you could also hire a towel €20euros which got refunded when returned. Breakfast ok but not a great choice for fruits, nuts, cereals or nice yogurts so basic for 4star imo but fine. Would return again so recommended.

Lovely quiet very clean hotel. Nice pool area and upper area accessed using room key. Reception staff were wonderful and tracked down a bag I left on the coach when I arrived and arranged with company for me to go and pick it up. Rooms are spotless. Lovely powerful waterfall shower. Room has electronic shutters that you can lower in evenings for extra privacy and block out any light. Room comes with a free safe also. Rooms cleaned every morning and new towels every day. It is close to several bars and is a short walk to the beach. Would definitely stay again and think the staff are its best selling point.

First time visitors to Benidorm - watched reels and read reviews for weeks. I was dreading the worst…. On arrival 4 of us ages ranging from 20-70 pulled up at this impressive hotel. My worries weren’t about the hotel, but Benidorm itself. The hotel check in was quick and efficient, the rooms were very clean with a great balcony. Jackie at reception was a gem - very friendly and knowledgeable. Jamie and the bar team were first class, and the singers in the evening were great. Really friendly guests many of who have made repeat visits to this hotel. Room was cleaned every day during our 4 nights which was fantastic. Very close to the main ***** and around 20 min walk to the lovely old town, 10 mins to the beach.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in September, and the service I received was amazing. The man on reception (sorry, I can't remember his name) was so helpful, gave me directions to the bar I was meeting my friends in and even let me borrow his phone charger as I had left my adaptor plugged in at the airport. The room was absolutely spotless, with plenty of storage space, a good sized balcony and bathroom with a huge walk in shower. It had an electric blind with control panels on both sides of the bed - and was a complete blackout blind. My room was right next to the lift but I didn't hear it at all, and I am a light sleeper. I also didn't hear any noise from any other guests during my stay. Breakfast was nice, a good selection of hot and cold food and drinks. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the ***** but you can't hear it at all. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

A fantastic welcome, immaculately clean rooms, lovely food and quiet relaxing pool area. We arrived home today but will definitely be returning. The hotel is in a perfect position, close enough to the chaos of the Benidorm ***** but far away enough to have some quiet time.

Our second visit to this hotel and we were not disappointed. Jackie on the reception desk was amazing as always so welcoming. Andrea, Amanda and Nataly in the restaurant were so lovely helping us with our Spanish and making us feel like we had been there forever. Jimmy the show cook was an absolute treat telling us what to try and having banter with us. The whole team were amazing for our whole stay and we do not have one negative. We stayed full board and always had something amazing to eat especially the Mexican night! The negative comments about this hotel are so silly it is an amazing hotel. We shall return here as many others do.

Yet another good stay at the Servigroup Castilla. The hotel is spotlessly clean, the reception staff were always helpful and welcoming. Jackie in Guest Services was terrific as usual, really helpful and made me feel very welcome and valued. The breakfast is excellent each morning and the buffet choice at dinner was good with a huge choice of food on offer each evening. Some evenings were maybe better than others I felt,but with such a generous choice of food on offer, there was always something nice to eat and I never went away from the restaurant hungry. The fish on the Show Cooking station was always really good. Alfonso and Brayan in the restaurant were friendly and helpful and chatty. The bar staff were super friendly too. Since my last time here the Servigroup are allowing groups to stay and that has changed the feel of the hotel, especially by the pool but at mealtimes and at night the Castilla was just the same. It's not a noisy hotel and is quite peaceful considering it's in lively Benidorm.

First class service from Jackie and the team. Immaculate rooms, and very accessible with a scooter hire business directly across the street. I would have no hesitation in staying again at this beautiful nice quiet spot away from the main *****.
