Location and service was excellent! 10/10
Subway, train and bus stop right in front of the hotel.
All questions/requests were handled in a professional and very friendly manner, they made us feel very welcome.
The bathroom was in need of a renovation, but as we were told, they were going to close the hotel next month to get everything renewed, so they'll get their extra star for the rooms after that.
Breakfast was basic, but sufficed, ... a bit of fresh vegetables would have been nice, and fresh yoghurt instead of the flavoured/sugary, store bought cups.
If we ever visit Madrid again, we'll stay here for sure.

Perfectly acceptable if a little pricy. As others have said the WiFi is a bit slow but not unusable (and it's free). No coffee or tea making facilities in the room but perhaps that's too much to expect for a 3 star hotel. Very handy for the metro though as it's pretty much built on top of the station. In short it's fine if not spectacular.

The Metro, local train, and bus are literally right outside. You can take C-10 train straight from and to the airport too.

The staff is super friendly and responsive.

The rooms do feel a bit dated and the AC was a little too loud for us to sleep with it. The bathroom didn't have an extractor so it would get a bit stuffy after a shower.

I'd be happy to stay here again! Specially given the location.

A wonderful hotel. Clean room and lovely bathroom. Including a safe and fridge. Next to a Metro which gives you access to the airport and train stations. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. I would stay again next time I am in Madrid.

We just stayed for two nights Nov 1 and 2. Although the rooms are somewhat dated, this hotel offers spotless cleanliness, and excellent service. From the friendly checkin to checkout, the staff made us feel welcome and secure. This is a very safe neighborhood, and the location - right at the Piramedes metro station, is great. There is the river park for a lovely walk, and lots of restaurants and grocery stores within the block. Not a tourist neighborhood, but local. The breakfast was fine, and the young man who runs the dining room is muy simpatico. Would be five stars with better mattresses and toiletries, but they are adequate. The double windows are excellent and keep out the street noise, and the blackout curtains assure a dark room for sleeping. We have to return to the same location next week, and have already reserved a room. The parking is in the basement of the hotel - all very convenient.

Good location with lots of convenient public transport close by. A bit noisy, but clean. Friendly stuff.

Recently spent a month travelling around Spain and stayed here for 4 days. I would have to say this is a very underrated hotel. We stayed at a hotel in the Gran Via area that was 3 times as much and it was nice but for the price this was the best bang for the buck. It’s right next to the bus stop and the metro so you can get pretty much anywhere. All staff were professional and courteous and it’s a nicer quiet area where you can sit out in the park and enjoy a relaxing evening if you wish. Rooms were good sized for Europe and there is a fridge and safe. AC was nice and cold even during the heat wave. If ever returning to Madrid this hotel will be at the top of my list.

To end this review, I want to give a special shout out to the best hotel employee I have ever encountered – Roberto! I’ve travelled to many hotels across many countries and Roberto is at the top of my list of customer service employees. Roberto was amazing and truly went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. He truly is the epiphany of great customer service.
