Used to stay here for years until I got tired of staff attitude. Been staying elsewhere for the past 2 years. Thought I would give it another try. (I am in madrid about 40 days a year)
Booked a 7 day stay about a month ago for a business trip. Got a room with an interior view. Odd, but whatever.
Room smelled like sewage.
They used an ozone machine to try and remove the smell
Staff were instructed that you can return to a room after 30 minutes of Ozone treatment. You can’t. The actual time is close to 4 hours. Google it.
They changed my room to a windowless room (frosted windows) on the ground floor with constant machines running right outside my room. Also, 24 hour flood lights.
After 2 nights, they changed my room again. (3rd change - no offer to help)
No rate adjustment, no word from the manager, no “sorry for the inconvenience”.
It is what it is. Stuff happens. There were a few other minor issues. Radio silence from the management is unfortunate.
Won’t give them another try.

A good hotel if your aim is to spend the night and leave the place during the day. The room I stayed in wasn’t spacious but very clean. It didn’t have something as simple as a coffee machine. The staff were fine.

Everything was good. But the thermostat was controlled to not go below 72° F, which made the room very stuffy, even though we were able to crack the window, it was very hot and hard to sleep.

I loved it, it's very well located and close to the places I had to go, very clean and the room was very clean and there were several courtesy details, the girl at reception who attended me was very kind and helpful, I recommend it and I will definitely return and for more nights.

The thoughtful details made a lasting impression: a kettle, fridge, coffee machine, premium toiletries, complimentary lobby snacks (a surprisingly delightful touch), and a 24-hour gym. Traveling can be chaotic, but this hotel offered a true escape, blending effortless efficiency with understated luxury to create a seamless and elevated experience.

Just perfect. My favorite hotel in Madrid; I travel there often. My favorite room is its largest one, "Prince" or something like that. All rooms, even the small ones, are great. Excellent staff. And nice points/loyalty program.

Nice and affordable hotel. Clean and convenient with great location. Staff are so kind and helpful. I enjoyed the moment once I arrived till saying goodbye.. Recommend led for those who are coming for education and quick visit.

We like this hotel and have often stayed. This time however there was a bad odor in the room probably from the a/c.we had arrived late at night so had to open the window to make it through.
