In addition, my only suggestion is for their staff to be a little more handling of the situation, as it's 4 starts hotel. When we arrived in the reception, the staff asked for our passports and simply stated - "there is no reservation with your name". In the end, it was a problem within the hotel system; without any problems in the reservation itself. There was no need to pass the problem to us and stressing us out. Instead he could just asked for our reservation confirmation and everything would be worked out. He instead even exposed a hotel problem.
I arrived early to my one night reservation and I didn't expect the to assign me a room right away, but they did. They sent me to room #205. Immediately I got a terrible cloaca smell and I saw tiny flies in the room. I called front desk and instead of changing my room, they sent 2 maintenance guys. One of the carrying a bottle, the other a ladder because the AC wasn't cooling neither. The guy with the white bottle( some kind of disinfectant) stayed inside the bathroom while the other one worked on the AC problem. The guy in the bathroom poured the liquid in the sink and the tub. This hotel knows they have a SEWAGE problem and keep placing people on that room, #205 and probably that whole hotel section. I asked for a refund by DM or an explanation, an apology amd nothing! This hotel doesnt care about their guests and STINKS LIKE SHIT.
We had our wedding in Madrid and chose this hotel as our venue—and it was, without a doubt, the best decision we made. Everything about the experience was absolutely perfect, from the elegant setting to the incredible staff who made the day flow seamlessly.
A very special thank you to Carlota, Javi and Sheylla who were truly exceptional. From the very first meeting, they made us feel confident and cared for. Their professionalism, warmth, and eye for detail ensured that our day was not only beautiful but completely stress-free. They thought of everything—we felt like we were in the best hands throughout the entire process.
Our guests were blown away by the location, the food, and the overall atmosphere. The views over Madrid were stunning, the ceremony setup was gorgeous, and the reception was pure magic.
This place will always hold a special place in our hearts. We couldn’t have dreamed of a better spot to start this new chapter in our lives. Highly, highly recommended for weddings or any special celebration.
