Reviews
The rooftop pool with stunning views stands out as a guest favorite, despite occasional overcrowding and noise. Though some find the breakfast ambiance lacking and the pricing steep, the premium rooms are generally considered a good value.
I had the worst and rudest experience from your staff.
Our stay on 28th-30th October2024, at the suite balcony room. We stayed at your beautiful hotel, and we really loved our spacious room and balcony. We even stayed there a few times, and the hotel has the best locations and views, but at the end of our stay, we left our luggage in the luggage room because we would have a one-day trip to Cuenca, Spain. which, we got stuck there because of the flooding disaster that happened in Valencia and caused us to have to be back the day after to pick up our luggage. One of your bellboys—this is his photo. He screamed at us and acted super rude when we came back to pick up our luggage, which we explained was that we got stuck because of the flooding disaster in Valencia.
I think management should train this guy's manners. As what he did is unacceptable, and how you screamed and were rude to the client when we explained why we were late one day to pick up our luggage because of the flood!
Thanks, and I hope this can fix how to handle clients in the best manner.
The room was not clean. Found hairs on bed sheets. The bathroom had dirty towels.
Disappointing room, felt very claustrophobic and shocking view - the hotel should state clearly that some views are internal views of other windows. When asked if I could change was advised that there may be availability the following day, but I’d have to pack up my room and then see.
Housekeeping commence work around 8 and then be prepared for no sleep. Doors aren’t closed they are allowed to slam shut. The entire room wall would shake every 5 mins when another door was opened and slammed, this continues from 8-10am everyday. Housekeeping also entered my room despite a do not disturb sign clearly on door.
The pool has so many rules that it seems to forget its purpose - guest’s enjoyment. The man and women staff members there didn’t stop chatting to each other and occasionally laughing at guests when their backs were turned, really unpleasant. Didn’t see the woman move off her seat once - no interaction with guests, no drinks offered around the pool and couldn’t even be bothered to take towels off guests and directed them instead to a large bin out back for used towels.
Generally the hotel felt dated, but the location is good. Concierge were efficient.
Overall, wouldn’t return.
There is a lovely rooftop bar and swimming pool, but it was closed for private parties two of the evenings we were there, and only one closing was posted.
