Vincci Capitol

Nice hotel in downtown. It’s a prime location close to everything. The breakfast is great, lots of options, feels like a fancy restaurant. The rooms are not big and want some refurbishment. But location and breakfast bit everything :) there’s a roof top place but it’s very small and nothing to do in there really. There’s no gym in the hotel. Parking is outside across the street for €30/day.

The best staff, location, property. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend it. Everyone was so warm and attentive.

The vincci capitol hotel is incredible. Located in the heart of gran via you can’t ask for a better location. We had the room with gran via views, incredibly big and beautiful bathroom. Value for money - it cannot be beaten. Staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming on arrival. Breakfast was fresh everyday and staff were also very helpful. If it’s your first time in madrid and want to be close to everything and a great stay then choose here!

I truly believe its almost impossible to find a more centric and emblematic Hotel.
If your looking for a "hidden gem" this is it!!!! The rooms and views are spectacular. You can enjoy the restaurant on the first floor surrounded by billboards and charming waiters like Zenon! Or find your way to the roof terrace and be assisted by Enrique from maintanance with a smile. Thank you also to Marta and Manuel for your warm welcome and time. We'll be back!!

Great location, very convenient for a tourist. Our first impression was not so great because as we arrived, there was no one to help us with our luggage specially since this hotel has a front entry with stairs and no ramp. Front desk were friendly and they gave us a great room and we loved it, but for some unclear reason they moved us the very next day to another room, they said this room is better and has a panoramic view. Honestly we were not planning to stay inside our room during our stay there, we had plans to visit places and tours to attend everyday therefore all we needed was just a comfortable room with a comfortable bed. This new room had a huge shower and a separate but very tiny bathroom with an extra extra small sink, we had difficulty holding the door open it was bumping to our face, worst part was everytime we wanted to wash our hands or face we were getting wet head to toe, not comfortable at all. The hotel is modern look, with dark hallways, elevators were glass a little scary but fun. The breakfast was ok, but in general we enjoyed our stay while in Madrid. Thank you
