The location is fantastic. It is walkable to all the touristy spots. Fully of restaurant close by. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful.

A wonderful 4 night stay at this great hotel. The staff couldn’t do enough for you and the location is just perfect for a visit to this beautiful city.

Breakfast had such an amazing selection and on top of that you could order some freshly made dishes too. It really is wow.

Bar on top floor beside the pool is lovely with the most wonderful reviews at sunset.

Rooms were ok. Very small (even though I paid to get a king) Too small really and had to squeeze between TV and bed to get to bathroom.

Bathroom good as was shower.

Bed was real letdown. In my view mattress needed replacing as sagged in the middle. Lift too slow too!

Highly recommended though.

Can't say enough good things about the Indigo @ Gran Via, its very central location makes it a great place to stay for travellers. The rooms are large and well stocked with amenities.

The staff are incredibly helpful, I want to give a special shoutout to Jaime who was a pleasure to talk to at the front desk.

Also, you'd be remiss if you didn't check out the rooftop bar for a great view of Madrid from up top.

Overall, a wonderful place to stay while you're visiting central Madrid!

After calling 4+ times for early check in, we were barely accommodated. Parking garage didn’t fully open so we needed help going down, then no directions to get upstairs. Paid for the stay then found out that only 1 person per reservation can get breakfast, so after paying for over a week, I can’t eat breakfast a single day here? In addition, no bathroom fan, shower is dirty, no toilet paper left upon check in, and it didn’t feel “clean” plus no view aside from a brick wall out the one window in the small room. Closet doors are messed up, it’s just kind of trashy compared to the pictures we saw online. Pool is closed for the season as well. Some staff are very friendly, but overall this is a bust. I would recommend the area but not this hotel. Some things to add: Hot water in the shower doesn’t work. Chromecast barely works. Construction going on against our wall.

Where do I start. From the beginning check in to leaving the service was impeccable. On arrival offered 2 drinks free. The front desk reception was to notch. They were always friendly and offered great service. There is one guy there that seems to be there all the time was anyways willing to help and extremely welcoming and friendly. The room was spacious and well equipped. ( love the green light in the bathroom). The bed was a memory foam and slept very good. The morning breakfast offered a menu choice and you can also pick from the buffet that had an enormous choice. The girl there was very friendly and place was very clean. We even went back one night to eat at their restaurant El Ton which was very good. Overall, I do not hesitate in recommending this hotel. Do not look elsewhere as this hotel from arrival to departure was the best…the location was amazing.

The hotel is clean and desk staff is great, but the rooftop staff is another story. We were ignored for service more than twice and had to go up to the bar to order what I wanted. You would give a break if it was busy but it was only two tables and four servers. All of the servers would be joking around between them and with ones that got off their shift. Gives a horrible taste, and definitely defers me from reserving another night here.

The level of service elevated this hotel from a 4 star experience. Special recognition goes to Massimo, Cristina, and Lucas at reception and Christian in the El Telon restaurant! You all made our stay very memorable.
While the rooms are on the small side, the amenities make up for this. We loved the terrace bar and swimming pool as well as the location of the hotel. I would not hesitate staying at this hotel again.
