Hotel Mayerling in Madrid

👍🏼 For that price our stay at this hotel was simply unforgettable! Everything was perfect from start to finish, and we are already planning to come back.
The location couldn't be better, and the staff are just amazing - so kind, attentive, and always ready to help. My boyfriend had his birthday during our trip, and when I asked if they could do something special, they surprised us with chocolate. Such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture!
We loved having 24/7 access to coffee, tea, and milk, and sometimes there were even delicious desserts
waiting for us. The shared kitchen with a fridge was also a big plus.
Our room was always spotless, everything worked perfectly, and the bathroom was well stocked with shower gel and shampoo.
It truly felt like the staff cared about every little detail to make our stay perfect. Highly recommend to anyone looking for comfort, hospitality, and warm memories!
👎🏼 The TV was on the smaller side, and the shower was a bit tight, but it didn't affect our overall wonderful stay.

The location is perfect because you're right in the center of Madrid. The staff was very pleasant. The room was very basic, although we only needed it to sleep, so it was more than enough. The only thing was that for the price I paid, I expected a little more from the room (it hadn't been dusted in several days and I'm allergic, the headboard was chipped, some walls were scratched, and there was only one nightstand, and it was damaged). One positive point was that there was a diffuser for the hairdryer, which is practically a miracle. Overall, I give it an average rating.

The location was good and it was easy to get to the airport.

Excellent budget-friendly hotel conveniently located within walking distance of all Madrid attractions.

This hotel offers fantastic value and is situated just a short stroll away from the Plaza Mayor. The staff members are incredibly welcoming, always ready to assist with a polite demeanor.

The room size was impressive, and it was spotlessly clean upon our arrival. It's worth mentioning that our room had an unconventional layout with the shower integrated into the room itself. While I didn't mind, some individuals might have reservations about this arrangement. Additionally, there's complimentary coffee available in the main communal area.

Despite ongoing construction outside, the noise didn't penetrate into the room, ensuring a peaceful stay.

I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for your visit.

I stayed here on short notice because of passport issues. The Mayerling Hotel gave me an excellent rate and allowed me to relax in their lobby with wifi, free coffee and access to a restroom while I awaited my room to be cleaned. The room was very clean and comfortable, the breakfast was excellent the next morning and they were very helpful when I requested that they printed out some travel documents for me. The entire staff treated me very kindly during a very stressful time and it was very much appreciated. I would encourage anyone to stay here. Very nice location as well.
