Location: Madrid, 15 minutes by metro from the historic centre of the city, near the Retiro Park, 10 km from the airport of Madrid, near bus stop and metro Serrano.
Consists of one 7-storey building.
The hotel has 100 rooms.
On the hotel territory: 24 hour front Desk, 1 restaurant, 1 bar-1 meeting room (50 persons), physician services (paid, on request), Laundry, 3 elevators, room service, safe Deposit box at reception (free), garage (extra charge, approx. 30 Euro per day)

Rooms are outdated, bathroom was broken, room was to warm and there was not a way to cool down as only heater was available. Restaurant hostess was very rude when I said I just wanted to have a coffee and stay on my computer. Lady asked me to leave if I was not having full breakfast buffet. Reception team extremely helpful and friendly. What’s really worth it is the location. They should improve service and renovate and will be one of the best in Madrid.

Top Location in the heart of Salamanca. Rooms are ok in size and functional, not luxurious but ok. Rather for business trips and not romantic stays. The hotel cooperates with a restaurant, some room service but limited.

Central hotel and comfortable and clean rooms but if you forget objects in the room they disappear by divine hand, permanently lost and you are not reimbursed. Choose your workers better.

Location is fantastic, best part of town. Car park is small but everything is fine there. The rooms are very comfortable, good storage, a/c is good. Staff all very friendly and efficient. But really the best thing is the location, it’s in the heart of the action in a buzzing, lively, upmarket part of town. I can’t wait to go back!

Don't stay at this hotel, the manager don't care if the room is clean on time. Bad service, look for other options. They don't have a good coach or chair on the lobby. The rooms are very small. The sink doesn't work correct. They charge for a 5 star hotel but the only good thing they have is the location.

Never seen a hotel with such a strange design. The lobby lifts to guest rooms requires hauling suitcases up a short flight of steps before you reach the elevators. Then the room - wasted space for a corridor instead o making the bathroom bigger. The shower in my bathroom is basically a hole behind the bathroom door. I kid you not when I say hole. If you're claustrophobic you might not want to stay here. No AC between summer & winter (according to hotel staff), the only way to get ventilation is by opening your windows and enduring the noise on the streets. I've stayed in much better 4-star hotels in Spain!

- very small room and very noisy
- food and drinks on small desk NH wants you to pay instead of empty space and free water
- craftsmen went several times into my bathroom without any notice nor apology to work there!!!!
Worst: I complaint about something > they promised to solve the issue but did not do anything about it, not even inform on status
Conclusion: they broke the golden rule in the service industry > they will stay for all time on the black list > do not go there !!!

Delicious room service and good location. In-room entertainment is very lacking. TVs are old and only in Spanish. The rooms are way smaller than images, almost claustrophobic.

Very friendly staff . You feel welcome . Rooms are a bit small though huge bathroom . Breakfast is really top quality .
