It's very close to Atocha Station. The room was clean and the staff were friendly, but the only downside was that I could hear the noise from the next room very clearly. It wasn't a problem when I was sleeping, but I think it would be a bit difficult if the neighbors were noisy. Other than that, I was very satisfied with everything. Above all, the location is excellent. I highly recommend it.

With the price, amenities are under expectation such as drinking water, slipper in the room.

Hotel in good location. Very good customer service from this hospitality team. Be aware there are some road works in the neighbourhood so it is quiet but it will be difficult to get a taxi.

However, the elevator is small, we cannot fit 2 luggage and 2 people in. Moreover, the nearby area is quite dark at night. Not feeling safe when we return at night.
