Just beside Tram station ( L2 &L3). Room is small but with this rate it is totally acceptable. Breakfast is Horrable ( i am sorry but this is really far from normal standard)

Excellent location , close to tram station. The city center is 20 minutes walking. If you take the tram is 7-10min. The room was clean , the towels are changed every day

It is very convenient to take the tram to the airport at the hotel entrance. You can also take the train to other cities in the south of France at the Grand Arena station next to the airport

The hotel met all our needs in terms of location, hygiene and transportation facilities. We did not request daily cleaning, but we were still happy that it was done daily

If you like a quiet environment, you can choose this place. There is a bakery opposite the hotel. It is much cheaper to buy a cup of freshly squeezed juice for breakfast

It was not until we found that the room facilities were broken and strongly requested to change rooms that we were given another double room, which was three times larger than the previous one!!! There was also a bathtub, and the bathroom and washbasin were also in the normal star hotel format

Loved this place, the staff was the most welcoming and helpful. The location is great, walk to so much in the old city. The rooms are nice too, big enough and comfortable. The hotel is a chopped up maze, loved it.

The public areas of the hotel are a little dated, but the areas that matter - restaurant, pool and rooms were great for our short stay here in Nice

We loved this hotel, the location is fantastic and we had a lovely view from our room. Room had everything we needed and great bathroom. Breakfast was lovely, good choice and high quality

The room is clean and tidy, the front desk and cleaning staff are very enthusiastic, but the room is small, the lighting is poor, the partitions and decorative panels in the room have a pungent smell, I don't know what materials they are made of

I recommend a room with a bath. You can go to many places within walking distance. The hotel always smelled good near the front desk. There was a female staff member who could speak Japanese

The hotel is nicely furnished and designed. The AC was not working properly in our room so Cesar at the front desk upgraded us to a bigger room with functional AC

There is a mini fridge available as well, along with cutlery and so on. It also has a balcony overlooking the Nice streets. There is a swimming pool on the rooftop

Great location in Nice Centre, with a major shopping mall with Carrefour, food and other shops just across the road. Also close to various eateries

Only given 2 Nespresso capsules for our 3 nights' stay, asked if we could have more but told only 2 provided as standard complimentary, so we bought our own (10 for €$0. 90) in Carrefour which was not an issue

My husband wished we had at lest one English tv channel though. The location was near takeaway restaurants and a busy shopping area. It was a little scary outside at night but that is common in most busy cities

The hotel is in a good location, close to the train station, just a few minutes walk away. The room is well-equipped, a small suite, but the toilet is not in the bathroom, it is alone in a very narrow space

It's near train station and tram. So travel is easy! I went to beach and Monaco in a day from locations it is possible to do. Very recommended

If you don’t like it, you can change the room. The room has a large wardrobe, which makes the room look smaller. It should be noted that the hotel does not provide drinking water and slippers

Hotel location: The hotel is directly opposite the airport T1 and can be reached on foot. There are many hotels nearby, and the hotel prices are not much different

If you call the front desk, they will not be available. The rest of the service is still OK! The room is also relatively clean and tidy

The hotel is in a good location close to a tram stop, the beach, several restaurants and my favorite - a French cafe next door with 50% off pastries after 7 pm

The only downside for me was no microwave in the room, although the rest of the stay was great, so that was really just a small thing

Breakfast had a lot of choices. Heavy on the pastries but enough other options. The rooftop is amazing in view service and few. The front desk staff was helpful. If I stay again, I’d prefer a higher floor

It is unclear on the parking t&c, it will be better if guest would have known in advance to book it beforehand. Other than that, the location is central and only 5 mins walking to nearest tram stop.

Unfortunately, when the window was opened there were various noises you could hear like dog barking, the train passing, drunk men shouting and loud conversations by people shouting

Location is fantastic for exploring all of Nice with 2 tram stops within close walking distance. The rooftop bar and pool is a lovely area to relax. Check in is from 3 pm and check out is 12 pm

Great service. Premium room quiet small but nice balcony and very clean room. Réception team very professional. Just limited bath amenities. The roof top is certainly the Best view in Nice and great service

Really enjoyed our stay at the Splendid. We were lucky and was assigned room 510 which was comfortable and had the added bonus of a balcony. The staff were so welcoming, helpful and accommodating

Our room was a good size for us and our toddler, with fun design of stars on the ceiling and a plane flying from the corner. Looked out over the garden and pool and woke to the sound of birds in the morning

Really great hotel, some of the rooms are really small but clean and tidy and the staff are very welcoming. We were very hot at night and left the window open, big mistake as we were eaten alive by mosketos

We didn’t have breakfast but there is an amazing boulangerie 5 minutes around the corner. Easy 10 minute walk to Old Town. Also a tram stop very nearby which we used a lot. Thoroughly recommend this hotel

It was a comfortable sleep and the location was excellent, within 10min walk to the old town and many eateries nearby including a couple of competent boulangeries and a Thai-Vietnamese restaurant.

What we appreciated the most was the location – it’s absolutely perfect! Just a short walk from the main shopping street, right next to the Old Town, and only about 5–6 minutes to the promenade and the beach

The room was fine, quite dark but OK. It was very old and could do with a deep clean and spruce up. The towels appeared to be clean but were very old and frayed on all edges. It was fine for a night but not longer

Great location, good facilities and accommodations. The old elevator is a masterpiece of that place. Easy access to city center, shops, restaurants and public transportation

The only minor issue we experienced was that, despite putting the “Do Not Disturb” side of the door sign (not the “Please Clean” side) before leaving the room, housekeeping still entered and cleaned it

It only takes 15 mins by tram from city centre or 40 mins walk. All staff were so friendly and helped our first trip in Nice. Each room has a balcony with chairs and a table to enjoy the weather

Very cost-effective hotel, the location is a little remote, but fortunately it is about 5 minutes walk after getting off the tram. The room is large, a little noisy at night
