The pool and gardens were immaculate and we had no problem getting sunbeds each day. We stayed in a Superior Apartment and it was great to have an indoor seating and kitchen area as well as the balcony

Firstly the staff were tremendous, so friendly and accommodating. The hotel serves a stunning breakfast with a selection for all. The pool area was never crowded always sun beds available

We have just spent a week in this wonderful hotel, staying in the 215 zeus suite with a private pool and balconies. We have never booked a hotel with less than 5 stars before but took a chance on this one

All staff were so friendly and welcoming. The food in the restaurant was delicious and the breakfast buffet each morning offered a wide selection of mouth watering hot and cold options

Our accommodation was really good, very spacious, with a living room and kitchen. No cooking facilities, just a fridge. Great outdoor space, with sunbeds and jacuzzi

Breakfast was an option and we were very happy we included it. The staff were so nice, really friendly and helpful. I asked for an umbrella for our outdoor area and it was no problem and there promptly

Everything is on site making it perfect for those who are willing just to chill: there's a shop, a pool, sauna and SPA

Nice hotel with good rooms and a good restaurant/bar. The pool area is okay, but it is very difficult to get a sunbed as the hotel allows people to reserve them by putting a towel down

Hairdryer was inadequate, not enough power. The beds kept sliding away from the wall. Too crowded around pools areas. Not enough toilets for amount of visitors in the pool area

Amazing hotel for families. The new rooms look great. Stayed in a 3-room apt. Very spacious and huge balcony. We’re definitely coming back. Playground is pretty cool and was a favourite amongst our kids.

The food was delicious, our room was very clean, a very spacious bathroom, comfortable and quiet. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. Would recommend Sirios Village to anyone!

Dishes at the restaurant are diverse, with cuisines from all over the world, and they are all delicious. The hotel is not too crowded, which I liked very much

We as a couple went out of season, we expected bad weather but the hotel seems to avoid most rain coming in off the coast, however the wind chilled the pool area lot as it's quite exposed

Lovely in calm, warm weather as the views are great, but chilly in the wind. If I have any faults to complain about - that would be that the hotel seem happy with being boring

Most guests sit around the Onyx Bar (Lobby) in the evenings and stare at the walls once conversation is exhausted. Some were sensible and played cards but there are definitely some bored faces, including my own

Little piece of heaven! Pity no disabled access to swimming pool. Was unable to use it even though I can walk with stick, and a part way without. No strength in my legs to pull up those short ladders

I would especially like to mention Rena from the bar on the first floor — she truly made our stay unforgettable! Also, a big thank you to Elena, Anna, and Ioanna, who made sure every morning at breakfast was perfect and that we had everything we needed

I highly recommend that if you are coming to Crete that you look her up. Another amazing worker is Katerina. She was great to interact with. Her upbeat attitude was amazing. I really appreciate all of the staff at Kydon

We had a fantastic time at Kydon Hotel! It’s definitely one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at so far. The location is beautiful, the staff is amazing, and everything was exceptionally clean and well-maintained

View from upper floor of the old city is stunning. Located just 5min walk from the old port which offers many restaurants and tourists shops. Very nice breakfast with many options. Valet parking is a big plus.

She is amazing at everything she does. I really appreciate her welcoming attitude. I have never been more welcomed at any other location. Being an outsider I really appreciate being involved in her day to day

The food and service are the best! Especially Rena, who works the bar. She makes the best drinks, always has a beautiful smile to greet everyone with, and willing to be helpful to those of us not from Crete.

We stayed at Samaria Hotel for four nights as a couple with a toddler, and the experience was simply wonderful. The hotel is charming with a perfect location, everything is spotless and sparkling clean

When it came to parking the valet service was amazing. again our team's hours were out of the ordinary and well outside of the staff's hours. When the team lead explained, again, the staff accommodated our needs

Rooms clean and facilities well thought out, breakfast was incredible! But the thing that made our trip was the welcome of all the staff, they couldn't do enough to accommodate us and every single team member was friendly and helpful

Our schedule did not align with the breakfast hours, with our team leaving an hour earlier than their normal opening, no problem, the staff opened up the restaurant an hour and a half early! And the best part is you would never have known that it wasn't a normal service

The hotel is bear to the Old town(it can be reached by feet) , the personnel is very kind and everything is brand new and clean , service is wonderful and breakfast is delicious, definitely a hotel to keep in consideration if you visit Crete , i’ll be back for sure

Very good city location by walking distance to the Port, Bazaar (Central) and short driving distance to the Hanya Beaches. Excellent and very warm hospitality! Good room with good-brand almost new furnished bathroom

As many people mentioned, rooms are not as great as on the website, however it's not a tragedy! Our double bed was huge with fresh bedding every day, the room was cleaned daily and new towels were left in the bathroom

Lots of delicious and fully-fresh variety selections of breakfast everyday

Our stay at The Tanneries was exceptional. The property is gorgeous and modern yet fitting the historical surroundings, the rooms are also very modern and lovely with immediate proximity/ views to the water

Beautiful modern Hotel Beautiful hotel right on the water, amazing restaurant, we had a great dinner and breakfast. The rooms had an amazing view of the sea and very modern and luxurious.

Perfect stay, very stylish, one of the best hotels we stayed so far. Only thing to improve would be the outdoor jacuzzi. It’s so cold, it should be a hot jacuzzi! Than it would be the most perfect stay.

The location of the hotel is magical. The morning is peaceful and the evening lively with the hotel restaurant and another neighboring restaurant. The hotel staff are kind, friendly and very helpful

Then the next day the reception staff went out of their way to help when my colleague was not feeling well. I can’t say enough about The Tanneries hotel and how they go out of their way for guests

Chania, Crete Loved The Tanneries Spa and Resort. Amazing room, jacuzzi, steam shower, complimentary sparkling wine, complimentary breakfast…so many positives that it’s hard to list them all

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Halepa Hotel. It truly was a first-class experience from check-in to check-out. The room was immaculately clean and spacious. The rooftop space is beautiful with stunning views

This is a lovely hotel in an elegant old building. The rooms are fully modernised and the staff couldn't be more helpful. It is in a quiet spot which is a delightful 20 minute walk into Chania old town

It is in a quiet neighborhood, yet an easy walk to Old Town Chania and the historical sites. I truly hope our travels once again bring us to Chania where will will once again stay at Halepa Hotel

What a hidden gem!! In the middle of everything and about 2 blocks at most from the Harbor. Check in was wonderful and the Receptionist very accommodating and answered all our questions and gave us great tips as well

If you are looking for a vegan restaurant then you should do a better search on Google. If you're looking for a quiet ambience and something non-touristy for €30 for food, this is the place for you

BUT their restaurant was so delicious! From their breakfast to dinner and cocktails. The flavors and freshness did not disappoint. MonEs provided us with the best dinner in Chania!

The service, the food, especially the ambiance, even the acoustics were something special. The price-performance ratio is definitely fair. It’s a place for a special occasion

It may prove difficult to get to because of it's location on a narrow, cobblestone street, but it is well worth the walk! Elevator starts on the first floor as some mentioned, but it had no bearing on us, we just dragged our luggage up one short flight of stairs - it wasn't an issue at all

The breakfasts were just great, with the most delicious freshly squeezed orange juice I have ever tasted. The rooms were spacious and well appointed ( although the bathroom handbasin was a bit "unusual!!!")

The hotel room we stayed in was HUGE and overlooked the sea/lighthouse, it's in a great location on the harbor and is walking distance from everything! Anita, George and Cristina were SO accommodating, friendly, helpful and just superb hosts

Very clean and tidy business hotel, the hotel is located in the city center, a 10-minute walk to the old town and the port to shoot sunset and sunrise. A very good hotel to stay near Ganya, worth recommending

The only problem is that the hotel's own parking space needs to be booked in advance. If you don't book a nearby parking space, it will cost more than 20 euros per night

If you’re looking for a place with multiple pools and plenty of areas to hang out, look no more. We had the room with our a semi private pool as soon as you walked out the back door

The pool and dining area views are great, and there are plenty of loungers around the pool, so it’s never packed, even when the hotel is full

The two women at the front desk were exceptionally nice and helped us out with so much, I would like to say a special thank you! Breakfast was small but had everything fresh you could possibly want, all in all great hotel!

The hotel has a parking area, but it’s quite small and often full, so we had to look for street parking instead, which wasn’t easy to find – and that was already in mid-September, so I can only imagine how hard it must be during high season

Around 10 parking spots in the underground lot first come first serve otherwise parking free on hotel street ! Breakfast had good variety of options! Would recommend !

Lovely little B&B in the old town of Chania with waterfront balcony rooms and a very friendly staff! Really quiet and nicely redone rooms offer a great way to view the city center, or just stay all day on the balcony and watch people go by…Room 105 was ideal, and the hotel offered an excellent breakfast which they brought out to the private balcony

The hotel is beautiful and suits its location on Chania's old city. The stuff are kind and polite, specifically Dora. I would definitely go back the next time I'll visit Chania.

After 2 visits - Really nice place, at a great location with the most friendly and helpful staff. The sea front rooms are just perfect.

Ideally place in the old city. In September it was easy to park near the entrance in Talos. The room was nice and clean and the breakfast excellent. The breakfast lady and the two receptionists were adorable

Great location and room. We were made very welcome and really enjoyed our stay. They also really tried to accomodate my gluten/lactose free diet for breakfast.

The staff in the hotel were lovely and so helpful. As well as the superb beach, the outdoor swimming pool was excellent and very well maintained

This hotel was a little above our normal budget but well worth it - we had a very enjoyable stay. The hotel (which is on seafront in Nea Chora) is about a twenty minute walk from the old town and the Venetian port

The hotel is in the very pleasant Nea Chora district of Chania which has excellent restaurants as well as some very good bakeries and places that serve good quality souvlaki and gyros

There’s also a bus stop a few hundred metres from the hotel that has quite frequent buses that go to the outskirts of the old town and to many other locations

Christiana Beach Hotel is located in a good area. We generally prefer to stay in a hotel on the beach, but a close enough to restaurants, shops and a 10-15 walk to the town centre

As i sat in the middle of the three rooms looking around with the view on the mediterranean sea i was imagining where to put my secretaire bookcase and other furniture

Great place to stay. Very friendly and accommodating. They helped with everything including printing our boarding passes! Breakfast was fanominal. Yogurt with honey was my favorite. Awesome experience!

We had a wonderful stay at Doma Hotel! Waking up to the sea view every morning was such a peaceful experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were unbelievably sweet – truly the highlight of our stay

Every day they helped us find taxis without hesitation, always with a smile. The breakfast was also lovely, and the ladies working there were especially kind and warm

I explained my confusion and asked if there was any way they could move my husband and I to a room with one bed. They went above and beyond to accommodate us by upgrading our room

Room on the third floor with Jacuzzi very much. Not hear neither the city nor the neighbors, although not enough balcony with a view. Secluded and isolated room, good for honeymoon couples, or tourists without children
