Deluxe City Hotel

Newly refurbished hotel with modern rooms. Ice cold air conditioning. Very comfortable rooms. Free wifi. In very central location. With in walking distance of the old town and old venitian harbour. Very friendly and helpful staff made our stay very enjoyable. Highly recommended.

My son forced me to write this review and provide 5 stars but I have to say that I agree completely. Sometimes real luxury is not about having luxurious pretentious features but it lies into having a super relaxed and nice staff, a new, very clean hotel and room with a peaceful open atmosphere.
Also, the hotel is in a very local and nice neighbourhood, not touristy but perfectly close to city center. We also went to a local farmers market in the streets!
Part of the neighbourhood is being close to a park where kids play basketball and soccer with locals, very nice.
Plus in the hotel a small but nice pool (we didn't have time to use it) and a floor with ping pong, small pool and gym. In one word: super recommended!!!!!! Nice loggia in the room and in public stair.

Bell'hotel nuovo e amichevole con piscina e piano interrato con giochi e palestra + piscina esterna. Perfetta base per esplorare da un quartierino non turistico. Staff gentilissimo. L'hotel è accanto a un Campo da basket e parco dei bimbi locali a noi ha fatto piacere come contesto! Colazione non inclusa ma tanto spazio aperto dove sedersi anche con cose proprie e ci hanno consigliato un posto vicino ottimo!
Nostro figlio ha dato 5 stelle!!!!

Ideally located on 5-10 minutes walk from the city center. Newly built/refurbished property. The room i got was very big and has big size balcony. Recomended for long stay in Chania city. Staff is very friendly.

Very clean and modern hotel, not far from the Old Town too. Rooms and bathrooms are also very well maintained and staff was great!

The hotel was amazing. The staff took very good care of us and was nice and friendly whenever we met them. The rooms were always clean when we returned from our visits to the beach. The cleaning service always left fresh towels for us to use. The hotel is quite close to the city centre.
On the last day of our stay, when we were waiting in the entrance for our car to pick up us, the staff came out and gave us cold drinks as well. Service is 10/10. Next time I'm in chania I'm definitely staying at this hotel again. I had an amazing time there.
