They have very friendly staff. Very clean and very relaxing place 😌 you can talk with them and take more suggestions to visit. Highly recommended.

Newly refurbished hotel with modern rooms. Ice cold air conditioning. Very comfortable rooms. Free wifi. In very central location. With in walking distance of the old town and old venitian harbour. Very friendly and helpful staff made our stay very enjoyable. Highly recommended.

My son forced me to write this review and provide 5 stars but I have to say that I agree completely. Sometimes real luxury is not about having luxurious pretentious features but it lies into having a super relaxed and nice staff, a new, very clean hotel and room with a peaceful open atmosphere.
Also, the hotel is in a very local and nice neighbourhood, not touristy but perfectly close to city center. We also went to a local farmers market in the streets!
Part of the neighbourhood is being close to a park where kids play basketball and soccer with locals, very nice.
Plus in the hotel a small but nice pool (we didn't have time to use it) and a floor with ping pong, small pool and gym. In one word: super recommended!!!!!! Nice loggia in the room and in public stair.

Bell'hotel nuovo e amichevole con piscina e piano interrato con giochi e palestra + piscina esterna. Perfetta base per esplorare da un quartierino non turistico. Staff gentilissimo. L'hotel è accanto a un Campo da basket e parco dei bimbi locali a noi ha fatto piacere come contesto! Colazione non inclusa ma tanto spazio aperto dove sedersi anche con cose proprie e ci hanno consigliato un posto vicino ottimo!
Nostro figlio ha dato 5 stelle!!!!

Ideally located on 5-10 minutes walk from the city center. Newly built/refurbished property. The room i got was very big and has big size balcony. Recomended for long stay in Chania city. Staff is very friendly.

Great, recently-built modern hotel located within walking distance of the city centre. Excellent facilities and terrific service from the staff.

An excellent place for a cost effective holiday.
The hotel is clean and the staff is reliable and friendly. Our room was being cleaned and the towels were washed regularly. They managed to let us enter our room earlier than expected (around 11:00) so we went to the old city for a lunch. The hotel has a pool and sunbeds. The room was very small, but the balcony was big containing of 2 sunbeds, 2 taps, 2 chairs and a table. The balcony view was great.
However, the room was too small. There's no place for placing your luggage. It was a disappointment to find out how narrow and small the bathroom was. It was hard to turn and move in it. The bathroom was equipped with a sliding door almost transparent. This caused discomfort while using it and was unusable during the night as the room would go completely bright making the other person wake up. Often there was no hot water in the evening after coming back from the beach.

Very clean and modern hotel, not far from the Old Town too. Rooms and bathrooms are also very well maintained and staff was great!
