Very clean rooms and high hospitality place with kind hosts. Good food and coffee bars around there and very close to the beach .

Such a great place to stay! The beach is within 5 mins walking, the busy old town/city center is 17 mins away by foot, the building is safe, the room is in good standard and the hosts are wonderful and helpful. They even helped us rent a car at the cheapest price in town. You have lots of restaurants, atm's and a big supermarket nearby. Recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in Chania.

Everything excellent 👌 starting with pick up from airport and owner offered transfer back to airport, location is very good indeed and 3 min walk there is bus stop which will take you to main Chania town. Ended up staying as a result of water issue at our original booking. The crew a the Minaret was spectacular in accommodating us under short notice. In addition they saved my bacon by delivering my laptop to the airport when I had forgotten it in the room. Absolutely excellent customer service going above and beyond.

Perfect combination of relaxation in the heart of the city. While busy tourist towns are not our thing, this hotel provided the perfect, quite, luxurious retreat. The room was beautiful, the staff super attentive and the private jacuzzi was exactly what we needed after the Samaria Gorge hike. We had the most wonderful stay at Mirabile; beautiful room, perfect location and 5* service from the hotel receptionists. Highly highly recommended apartment, just a 10 minute walk to the old town and harbour here in Chania. Very clean, with the lovely host Anna simply available 24 hours for any query, small or large, ready to help. Nice restaurants nearby as well. Note it is by a high street so can be a bit loud on balcony in the morning, but it shouldn't bother you indoors.

Water in the swimming pool was freezing cold though - colder than the sea. Lovely accommodation - really enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable. In the old town but a quieter area so you benefit from no noise but being in the centre. Roof terrace was great especially for the evening view across the old town. Hosts were attentive, regular contact to see if there was anything they could help with, lots of local suggestions.

The staff is lovely and very efficient. It's thanks to these two people that I gave it a very good rating. Indeed, this is a 2-star hotel, and unfortunately our studio was outdated and should be renovated, especially with the addition of double-glazed windows and a more modern kitchen. I stayed at Magia Apartments last week with my wife for our wedding anniversary. We stayed in Apartment 31 and had a sea view as promised. The room gets the sun in the afternoon and evening, so it's a lovely place to have a sundowner before heading out. Nice location right next to Nea Chora beaches and seafront restaurants. Apartments are a better choice than the studios, particularly better than the (Room 10) garden-view studio. Other studios are a better option. Very friendly owner and staff.

Disappointing The room itself was ok and location was great. Supermarket, bakery and deli was just few metres away. The hotel was not on a beach, it was further down the road and didn’t have sunbeds or any facilities. The bar/restaurant was more like a locals pub. I felt very lonely at the hotel and only ever saw someone on the day of my arrival.

Big and great. A bit frugal with kitchen utensils, we didn't cook ourselves. Lived upstairs with a partial view to the sea. Lovely with a terrace on two of the building's walls. Short way to the beach, some pebbles have to be passed to get out. Super nice beach if you want to go a little further. A little traffic noise.

We had an incredible 6 night stay. The location is perfect - right in the middle of restaurants, shops and bars, but slightly off to the side, so that it is not disturbing at night. The location has no physical reception, but one is found at the sister hotel just a few minutes' walk. Eleni was amazing in helping us with transfers busing and tours. Stunning location. Nice staff in the moment, however, non responsive via email and phone after check out. The Jacuzzi did not work, we didn’t find this out until 1 am. The downstairs shower leaked badly on the entire bathroom floor almost flooding the bath room. There was a couple of other aspects that were what I would call sub standard, cracked windows and missing blanking plates on electrical sockets...

Stayed for one week in the Hope ,the room is very clean and very modern , fabulous bathroom, mini bar was a nice touch . Location was excellent very central. If we had stayed for a short city break the room would have been ideal . However the room is smaller in real Life , tiny balcony and no sea view , and room can be very dark .
