We have very rarely seen such attention to detail, such exquisite taste in the selection of paintings, objects, and furniture, and such precision in their arrangement. This is an incredible tiny bed and breakfast in Chania. Alex and Andreas are the loveliest hosts. Our room was incredible - full living room and bedroom upstairs. Beautiful apartment near the maritime museum of Chania. One bedroom with a double and a single bed in the small sitting area. Nice balcony. Small kitchen and shower. Well taken care of. All in all a lovely place to stay in the backstreets off the main harbour.

We had a spacious, comfortable room with a comfy bed, a great walk in shower and nice toiletries. There is some street noise, but the windows are double glazed and the air con is pretty quiet and efficient. Check in via lock box was straightforward and the remote team were very responsive.

We loved it here. Situated in a quiet little street in the Old Town with shops and restaurants close by. The room was perfect as it was on the ground floor and was very cool. It had a large bathroom and plenty of space to move around and sit. The lady in reception was so welcoming and always smiling.

I have stayed here three time's and as expected the room and service was very good,however I have always stayed in the ground floor double room and although last time we did have some noise from the street outside this time unfortunately we not only had noise from a group of rowdy youngsters but one of them proceeded to rattle the doors to our room much to the amusement...

We stayed 2 nights at Mme Bassia's place. It is very well located in the center of Chania and 5 min walking from the old Harbour with all the restaurants. The room was clean and had warm water. The hotel is located very close to the old harbor (walking distance). During high season, parking can be a problem. The rooms are a bit old and very basic but the staff is VERY polite, friendly and helpful. Considering the price (I paid 61€ a night for a double in August), so I would say it's value for money.

We had a very pleasant stay at Frini Hotel. The room was basic, but clean and cozy. The property is right next to the beach, and only 15 minutes away from Old town. The staff was friendly and kind. I strongly recommend this hotel.

This is the worst hotel in Greece from Athens all the way to Heraklion in Crete to Chania. If you were in a three-star hotel for 1,000 a night, I would think you were pretty good, but if you said that you were in a five-star hotel for 2,400 a night, I would find it ridiculous.
