The hotel staff was very polite, they gave me a cake for my birthday, which was very nice of them. The hotel itself was nice, close to the beach, and also to everything else you might need. The room was tidy, and we had a good balcony. Food was amazing, every meal was 10/10.

The spa services was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and professional. We had a pleasure to meet Evdokia (Spa Manager), Poppi and Konstantinos (Therapists) who provided an exceptional service. It is worth to visit, I highly recommend it.

We had a nice stay at this hotel. Several rooms have a convenient little kitchen. Unfortunately the pool closes at 6. The stay in the hotel was amazing and I really enjoyed getting a massage in the hotel spa. Evdokia is very friendly and helpen us with the booking. Dina did the massage and made me feel relaxed. Asked me multiple times if everything was fine. I would really recomend going to the spa. Keep up the good work!

Excellent trip! We were 7 days in paradise! The SPA was unbelievable, with Evdokia- the friendly , beautiful face at the reception, Dina and Constantinos at the massages...We had very clean and tidy rooms, the mediterranean views are from another world and all the personnell was exceptionaly profesional and friendly! Very nice spa and Nice hotell. We have enjoyd or stay. Nice personal both in The reception and The Spa. We had the duo appointmen in The Spa with Evdokia, Ntina and Xrisa. It was vert nice. Good service and very welcoming proppe.

Evdokia was lovely and friendly and spoke about the different types of treatments which were on offer - which were lots!! My therapist , Konstantinos was professional and made me feel very relaxed. Really enjoyed my calm sea massage experience.

Worth stay at. Fantastic place to stay. Some modern updates. Nice view. Cleaning and breakfast buffet staff were great! We had one miserable male night manager front desk person who seamed to be upset about us asking for more toilet paper and made me get it out of the lobby washroom. Not cool. But the breakfast was great so was the pool. I recommend this hotel.

The hotel was beautiful, staff were friendly and helpful, a very enjoyable stay. The breakfasts in particular were amazing, with a wide range of options and local food to try too, changing throughout the week so we really looked forward to what would be new each day.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. The old town just a short stroll away in one direction and the beach and promenade in the other direction. Hotel breakfast was great, All the staff were pleasant and polite and everything was spotless. Stayed in the junior suite with jacuzzi bath. Beautiful room. All staff in hotel and restaurant where we were served a great breakfast are friendly and helpful. We loved Avli Lounge! The hosts were so helpful and kind and the breakfast was extraordinary. We ate by ourselves in a sun-filled courtyard with blooming orange trees and flowers and the food was delicious and very generous. The room was extremely comfortable. We would definitely come back!

I have stayed at this wonderful hotel for a week and must say that everything has been excellent. Friendly and helpful staff and a cozy atmosphere right in the old town. I can truly recommend staying here.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff are wonderful, the breakfast is lovely, the pools are delightful, and it's in a truly incredible location in Rethymno old town. Yiannis the manager was so attentive and helpful in resolving a minor room-related matter that my wife and I had (the original issue was not even their fault!!). You will not regret booking at stay here.

Had already been here in 2019 and also 2024 didnt change my mind. The place is not to be missed for its large rooms with all comforts and its location, in the old town but facing the sea, which has no rivals if not in the newer (eastern) part of the town. Staff are all nice and caring for the customers.

We had an amazing vintage room(1couple)! Two floor apartment with balcony to Rethimno port. Its is located directly to the center of the main city and nearby you can find absolutely everything. Regarding the room it was amazing that it had hairdryer and many-many amenities. I will definitely reccommend it! Hope that they could provide us with more details about the area :)

Lovely small hotel with unique rooms ( a sauna - what a treat!) centrally located but quiet. A small kitchenette was also included but with multiple restaurants within a few blocks and view of the Mediterranean we preferred the local cuisine. We really enjoyed our four-night stay. Our hostess, the owner, was very warm and friendly. She recommended several excellent nearby restaurants. The room was very comfortable. It had a terrific balcony and a great view, near the old town, along with a price that we thought was very good. We plan on staying there again.

This charming place is PERFECTLY located in front of the water and all the great restaurants/bars! It was so convenient and had beautiful views. The owner was an absolute delight!
