We have been back 4 times because it's a very, lovely place indeed, Manolis and Nikki are lovely and look after all your needs . It's quiet but only 5 minutes walk from tavernas and your usual holiday shops .

Back here after 3 years and it's still as wonderful. Manolis and Niki are superb hosts. The rooms are light, modern and airy. Great aircon and comfortable beds, lovely breakfast. Lots of bars and tavernas within a 5 to 10 minute walk but Evelin has a well stocked and reasonably priced bar and does daytime snacks up till 3pm. Great place to stay. The rooms are really big and the staff is always here to help you if needed. We stayed 2 weeks in the hotel and enjoyed the pool and the bar. The location is perfect, not so far from the town but always quiet.

Very nice apartment in a great location, walking distance from beach and boulevard with bars and restaurants. And easy to get to main road for a trip to the West or East of Crete. Good breakfast and friendly hosts and staff, would definitely recommend or go back here.

It was the BEST HOTEL I have ever been. The breakfast was amazing, the staff were amazingly friendly and ready to help at any time, the room was so so clean. The pool is so clean and kids friendly. I would say this hotel offers a room that is quite fair for the price you pay, nothing particularly outstanding but also not bad. We haven't stayed to their Hotel but we did use sun-beds. The best service we've found on Rethymno beach, prices of drinks are reasonable and you can get extra umbrella if needed. Staff is also really friendly, we will come to this place again!

I stayed in the hotel for only three nights but i can tell for sure that it was one of the greatest experience i have had of a hotel. The room was really clean and there was always stuff, even in 3 am, who assisted me. The view was magnificent and i recommend waking up early one day to catch the sunrise. Didn't stay at the hotel, but used their beach. They have awesome service, comfortable beds and large umbrellas (with thick cloth, so the shade is great, unlike some other beaches around), with free extra smaller umbrella. Everything is free, you only pay for the drinks/food, which are normally priced.

We stayed from 23/09 -03/10/2024 arriving at about 0300hrs to a very warm welcome by our host who carried most of our luggage up to our room. Was here 3 years ago and it was amazing unfortunately on return this year we have found the evening meal to have gone down hill rapidly , not much choice , doesn't taste of much. We stayed in this hotel for 10 days. The hotel very friendly to families with children. Rooms very clean, cleaned daily every day. Change of towels with new ones every day. Thank you Axos team! We had a fantastic 5 days right at the start of the summer season. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed with open arms. Whilst it’s definitely the people who make the place so fantastic, the rooms were bright and clean with everything you could want for a self-catered holiday. Breakfast included was also a very welcome addition!

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great. The pool area was awesome. The location was near to the beach and there were plenty of shops and eating places nearby. After checkout I was able to use the pool area and there was a complimentary change area to use before we went to the airport.

Fab location, the hotel is well managed by the lovely Mr Polyrios and his assistant Vozalia. Its constantly cleaned, towels changed everyday. Location is brill, 5 mins from the seafront. The restaurant food is tasty, the staff, Tako and Shako are stars. Thanks to you both.

Reception staff very helpful. Room immaculate. Cleaning staff came every day with fresh bedding and towels. Balcony to front of hotel. There was only one downside - Many of the guests were all inclusive so the bar did not open until 12 noon. So, as a paying guest, if you wanted to lie by the pool in the morning there was nowhere to get a drink.

Just got back from 10 days in the Creta Aquamarine Hotel and feeling completely relaxed after staying in this lovely hotel.Everything you need is here- spotless rooms, lovely food, kind and helpful staff( special mention to polyvios and Maria)and a fantastic location just a short 2 minute walk from the beach. This hotel was so cute and amazing to stay at. There is a small staff, but everyone is so friendly. I did not care for the beds as they are really firm. The owner Polyvios was so accommodating and made my stay pleasant and smooth. The food was always hot and fresh. And being steps away from the beach made the almost hour drive from Heraklion airport worth it!

We just stayed there for the last 4 days and it was wonderful. Georgios is a great host and we felt like home at Olympia. The location is perfect, 2 min by feet to the sea and to many nice restaurants. The pool and pool bar are very cozy. We stayed for 10 days end of June and booked a sea view room 9th floor. Views were amazing however you do need to catch 3 different elevators or take stairs so you need to weigh up if its worth it for a view as to be honest lots of lower floor rooms seemed ok however the lower you go the more likely to have shade on your balcony and less of a view but I would say maybe floor 4 upwards would be a good...

We were not able to travel because of personal circumstances. So I requested to the hotel to waive the cancellation fees for obvious reasons. They accepted. Got back two days ago. Excellent hotel, a bit far from the center (old town), but the staff is very polite, rooms are clean and everything is new. It has absolutely all you need plus very very nice service. Two girls and one guy from the reception are very helpful and nice. I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially if you rent a car or don't mind paying for taxi to go to the center. ☺️

The staff is so helpful and polite, breakfast is good, rooms are a bit smaller than in the photos, 5 starts for hygene, and it’s about 30min walk from the city centre, but taxi is only 5euros and also you can go by bus, ticket is 1euro.. all and all, I honestly recommend this hotel!

We were very well looked after by the staff and the outside dining area was much appreciated. Very good food and a pool bar which had excellent service and good snacks. Airbnb had cockroaches and we had to find alternative accommodation with 3 young children late at night. We stayed here in June 24 and we had an amazing experience. Very modern and new rooms. It definitely felt more like a 4 Star Hotel as a 3 Star. Also the location of the hotel is also optimal, direct by the beach and a 20 minute walk to the city center.

Amazing host and so friendly, hotel is gorgeous and in great location. We loved it! The only think that our room glass surfaces in the bathroom wasn’t cleaned and the sheet was a bit dirty but they changed it other day. By the way, breakfast was the best we had in all Crete!

Booked directly with hotel after weeks of researching where to stay and wasn't disappointed. The location is excellent, only 25-30 minutes to the old town. Beach located right across the street where the hotel has beach beds. Supermarkets, restaurants, and stores nearby. Staff were lovely offering top-notch service and hospitality. Had an excellent stay at the Apollon Hotel. Very friendly, clean and relaxing. Staff were great, Maria, jack and Clarissa (who did try to teach us Greek) only did learn yamass 😄 pool area was quite, which we liked however think that was just with covid. Met lots of nice people during our stay. Will definitely be back for another visit.

Really nice affordable hotel. Large rooms, very clean, good size pool. Extremely friendly staff. Breakfast is OK. Close to nice taverns and the long sandy beach. Would definitely recommend. Rooms in the back are more quiet ( far away from the pool) as the sound proof is not that good. What would need a change is the bed mattress.
