We have been back 4 times because it's a very, lovely place indeed, Manolis and Nikki are lovely and look after all your needs . It's quiet but only 5 minutes walk from tavernas and your usual holiday shops .

Back here after 3 years and it's still as wonderful. Manolis and Niki are superb hosts. The rooms are light, modern and airy. Great aircon and comfortable beds, lovely breakfast. Lots of bars and tavernas within a 5 to 10 minute walk but Evelin has a well stocked and reasonably priced bar and does daytime snacks up till 3pm. There is a Lidl across the road but you aren't aware of it when you're in...

Great place to stay. The rooms are really big and the staff is always here to help you if needed. We stayed 2 weeks in the hotel and enjoyed the pool and the bar. The location is perfect, not so far from the town but always quiet.

Very nice apartment in a great location, walking distance from beach and boulevard with bars and restaurants. And easy to get to main road for a trip to the West or East of Crete. Good breakfast and friendly hosts and staff, would definitely recommend or go back here.

Had a great time at the Evelin Hotel in Platanes. Was given a warm welcome and the breakfast was the best of many I have ever seen. All the staff were very friendly and helpful especially Michelis at the bar.

We haven't stayed to their Hotel but we did use sun-beds. The best service we've found on Rethymno beach, prices of drinks are reasonable and you can get extra umbrella if needed. Staff is also really friendly, we will come to this place again!

I stayed in the hotel for only three nights but i can tell for sure that it was one of the greatest experience i have had of a hotel. Didn't stay at the hotel, but used their beach. They have awesome service, comfortable beds and large umbrellas (with thick cloth, so the shade is great, unlike some other beaches around), with free extra smaller umbrella. Everything is free, you only pay for the drinks/food, which are normally priced.

We had a fab time staying, very well located, across the road from the ocean. Conveniently close to all the amenities you'd need whilst also away from the chaos of the towns. Old Town is a short journey away by bus (the bus stop is almost just down the road, bus #20). Everyone there was friendly, fun and attentive. We just stayed there for the last 4 days and it was wonderful. Georgios is a great host and we felt like home at Olympia. The location is perfect, 2 min by feet to the sea and to many nice restaurants. The pool and pool bar are very cozy. Sweet spot!!!! Pool is good, lots of chairs. Owner is so sweet. The hotel can help with everything from booking taxis to rental cars. There is elevators to every floor, but you have to change elevators along the way. The hotel is 30 minutes away on walk to the city, so it’s kinda a walk in the heat to get dinner etc.

We had a good holiday. Just some difficulties with the towel service. They only replace them once every 2/3 days, which I believe to be a little bit less in such a warm country. We asked for extra towels but this was absolutely not possible. Staff was okey.

So far we are very happy with our stay. The hotel is small and cozy but they still serve a large breakfast with a wide variety of food. You can make your own fresh orange juice and the even had gluten free bread for us.

Șo, we have had a perfect time in this hotel but our usual trip means also a food tour of the Island and IT would be better for a richer breakfast to be served for that price

Super nice and small boutique hotel. Spacious rooms, that are brand new. See view possible. Very good location close to everything. Very very nice staff. The hotel has a beach access with sunbeds. Waiter is on site. Loved this hotel

We stayed here in June 24 and we had an amazing experience. Very modern and new rooms. It definitely felt more like a 4 Star Hotel as a 3 Star. Also the location of the hotel is also optimal, direct by the beach and a 20 minute walk to the city center.

Literally one of the best places we have stayed! Beach is perfect with excellent service, beautiful clean pool, gorgeous pool, delicious breakfast, excellent hostess!!!! Wish we had stayed longer.

Amazing host and so friendly, hotel is gorgeous and in great location. We loved it! The only think that our room glass surfaces in the bathroom wasn’t cleaned and the sheet was a bit dirty but they changed it other day. By the way, breakfast was the best we had in all Crete!

Booked directly with hotel after weeks of researching where to stay and wasn't disappointed. The location is excellent, only 25-30 minutes to the old town. Beach located right across the street where the hotel has beach beds. Supermarkets, restaurants, and stores nearby. Staff were lovely offering top-notch service and hospitality. Got back two days ago. Excellent hotel, a bit far from the center (old town), but the staff is very polite, rooms are clean and everything is new. It has absolutely all you need plus very very nice service. Two girls and one guy from the reception are very helpful and nice. I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially if you rent a car or don't mind paying for taxi to go to the center. ☺️

The staff is so helpful and polite, breakfast is good, rooms are a bit smaller than in the photos, 5 starts for hygene, and it’s about 30min walk from the city centre, but taxi is only 5euros and also you can go by bus, ticket is 1euro.. all and all, I honestly recommend this hotel!

Exceptional service and quality of rooms. Due to cov19 measures, you get lunch packets instead of breakfast, they are plentiful and quite good. Very friendly staff, keep the rooms clean every day. Beds are super comfortable, rooms are very sleek, bathrooms very modern and clean. If you are feeling careful, you can always get a safe key for belongings for 2 euros per day, we usually never get a safe...

Hard to fault. Room have good aircon. Buffet food is as good as it gets. Staff are friendly, helpful and all speak great English. If I come back here, I would re-book.

Only my first day so far, but lost my bag on the bus over here with my passport. Got great help from the staff and had no problem checking in without passport while i was waiting. The people working here are also serviceminded and nice people. Clean and neat rooms

We were very well looked after by the staff and the outside dining area was much appreciated. Very good food and a pool bar which had excellent service and good snacks. The location was good: close to a fine beach and also far enough from town that the local restaurants were not too touristy. A great holiday and a venue to return to.

Well located, comfortable apartments. Nicely decorated although simple, they have everything you need. Kitchen could be a bit better stocked but you wouldn't care if you were not cooking. Pleasant pool, not for lounging but great for a dip. Hotel is on the main road in Platanes, bus to many places at doorstep. Supermarkets, restaurants, tourist services, everything is near. Pretty good hotel with spacious apartments. Bathroom is really small given the apartment size. They serve pretty good drinks at the bar. Hotel is not that far from the sea. Reasonable prices for the room.

Very nice and quite place, the room is big and comfortable, there is a kitchen in the room so you can cook if you like to, the only thing that was not perfect is the air con, if you in the living room it works just fine, but at the badroom it was a bit hot, but very nice expirience beside that :) and the bar was great

Good value self catering apartments, with a good cleaning service. Grounds have a delightful variety of fruit trees and plants. Relaxed atmosphete and friendly helpful service. There are a number of cats that patrol the grounds. We have had a lovely holiday based here in Crete.

Third time here now and they improve it all the time. Re done all the outside and bar area moved now and it looks really nice. Still as friendly as ever and always ready if you need something.
