It was a very luxery and nice complex. The Hotel have luxe rooms, all the things works, luxe ligthing system etc. Also to have a balcony is nice. Every day the rooms are cleaned and the water and coffee cups are filled. I would really recommend this Hotel to others!

The room is large, the terrace pool and the view are very good, the pool is very clean, and the hotel's private beach is better than the beach next to it. The restaurant is very good, the five-course dinner is impeccable and worth the money. The snacks provided by the beach bar are also very delicious. The only drawback is that the double bed is not ideal and the bedding is not comfortable enough.

It is difficult to express my thoughts on this hotel. I will start with the positives. A good location . Friendly and helpful staff . Rooms were outdated , but clean , no tea or coffee facilities in the rooms , no iron in the room . And the food is where this hotel is really lacking . Room temperature at best. We've had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Ideon for our holiday. Our first room had a very unpleasant smell, luckily we could transfer to another room as soon as possible. I stayed here for a couple of nights to explore the city before heading to a resort. The interior is beautifully designed with chic boho vibes, giving it the feel of a magazine-worthy 5-star hotel. It was our first trip to Crete and Ariadne Hotel was a very good host. Currently here on an 11 night stay, we have a one bed apartment which is very spacious always clean and tidy. The staff are wonderful and always there when needed. The beach is less then a minutes walk away where you can hire 2×sunbeds and an umbrella for 5 euros for the whole day. Plenty of beers and cocktails at the bar served by Ella and a great time was had by all. Nice quiet location off the main road. my dear i recently spent holidays in crete. I stayed with my wife and two children at the Bueno Hotel. We were greeted by a nice old lady, probably the mother of the owner. The hotel itself is worth three stars. nice service by the poolside bar. in the evening nice Eli poured cold beer and treated peanuts and chips. I really recommend this place. dutch family from Poland

My Sister and I stayed for 3 weeks. The accommodation is basic, (what we expect in Greece) clean and comfortable. Rooms cleaned, sheets and towels changed, every other day. It provides all you need, in a great location, only 5 minutes from some great Tavernas and 10 minutes from the beach. Great value for money, booked through EasyJet. Reception wasn't open on arrival in the early hours. Our 2 bedroom apartment had been swapped for a room with 4 single beds which was baking hot with no air con. Our room was changed the following afternoon. Our 2 bed apartment was not big enough for 2 adults and 2 teenage children but I was advised by reception that the apartments were all the same.
