Excellent location and good service. Unfortunately this hotel is not near to the grading stars.

Hotel staff are fantastic, everyone is very pleasant and helpful. Location is also excellent, on the edge of the city center / main tourist area on the Pest side, with metro, buses and tram stations all next to the hotel

The stay at Crowne Plaza Budapest was excellent. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a large king-size bed and modern design. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were polite and professional

We were lucky to stay in an amazing room, and while we didn’t have enough time to explore the entire hotel, we did enjoy a delicious and varied breakfast at one of their restaurants

The Executive Lounge was also a great place to relax and recharge with wine and snacks available, it was the perfect pause before heading back out to discover Budapest

It was so nice to come back late at night to this large, bright foyer. They offered to print out documents for free for us, for example. We walked to the bus to the airport

We had a conference at Hotel Carbona. This a large, nicely refurbished hotel. The room was cosy, the service was great. The spa and wellness unit is fantastic. Also it is very nice to walk around Héviz

This is the core thing making me not want to come back. Another big annoyance was the room's key needed to keep the electric lights/sockets powered, meaning all sockets would be powered off every time you leave the room

The breakfast selection was enormous and the food was very tasty

The rooms were very comfortable as well as the beds. The location is the best in Budapest with options for getting anywhere on foot or by excellent public transportation

Fantastic experience I will never forget. The view is incredible! We have a such luxury to enjoy the night view in the room. Breakfast is also good and the room is quiet.

This hotel is not new or modern, and wasn't renovated lately. However excellent maintenance keeps it in a very good form. we were three couples and enjoyed our stay very much

The staff were helpful throughout our stay, our room spotless and well stocked. The hotel pool is just right for a dip when sitting up on the roof. You are provided with pool towels at the spa reception

When the taxi dropped us off, I did have a panic from the outside appearance. However, pushing through the door was into luxury. Beautiful hotel with its own history and greeted by wonderful staff

They offer wide selection breakfast and the location is pretty good whereby the subway is located outside the hotel and the transport to city centre is right opposite the hotel

Hotel and Facilities The hotel has been around for a few seasons, and it shows; however, the management is making continuous efforts to improve and modernize the facilities, especially in the spa and wellness areas

If your booking includes breakfast, well, you will have difficulty deciding what to eat. Oh, and the coffee is incredibly good (for those of us for whom that is important)

It was not the first time I chose the hotel's restaurant for dinner. I love the atmosphere! The food is always delicious and the service is excellent! The staff is always smiling, all of them are very helpful

The TVs in the rooms were a little wonky, but we weren't exactly sitting around watching TV. One thing to be aware of - there's a little casino in the hotel that was fun if you have a little extra time to kill

Good aqupark in Budapest the was fare for the 3 hours but i like hot watter like 38-39 celcius but there max like 34-35 in sauna you don't have to be naked can with shotrs t-shirt what total not nice for your safety the rest was ok

Pure happiness! This place has got everything you need! We loved the kids club which is open everyday 9am-9pm. So much fun! The hotel is very clean and the staff is super friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely come back!

We did walk to Pest but it is quite a walk, particularly on the way back because you are climbing the entire way. Ubers and Bolts are plentiful though so don’t let the location deter you

You’ll need to enjoy waking and have a degree of fitness as it’s a good 15-20 minute walk to get from the Buda based hotel across the bridge to the Pest side

This is a beautiful hotel on the quiet Buda side of the Danube. Our room had an incredible view of the Fisherman’s Bastion, the Danube and the Parliament building

The breakfast offered a variety of options for each taste and the quality was excellent. Staff across the hotel was very kind and forthcoming- from the reception and bar to the breakfast-room and cleaning personnel

The breakfast buffet was another highlight, with a large and varied spread that was included with our Hilton status benefits. Everything from fresh pastries to hot dishes was available, and the quality was very good

The omelet we had was honestly one of the best we have ever tasted. Every dessert we tried, both in the Executive Lounge and at breakfast was very delicious! The Pastry Team absolutely deserves a Michelin star

The stairs are dirty and need a good sweep/clean. There is a new display cabinet in the dining room which is covered in dust and also needs a good clean

It's a big, busy (in August), probably late socialist-era resort hotel that's actually quite pleasant. For an overnight stay it's excellent and I wouldn't have minded staying longer

The plates too are cold even though they are in a heater unit to warm them up After a week here we have not enjoyed a good, warm meal which we need n mid November

Some guests think it is possible to change clothes there, as a result, a queue of those who just need to wring out their swimsuit and those who need to go to the toilet accumulates

We were at the hotel for the first time. We liked everything so much during the first day that we extended our stay for another 6 days. Since the treatment in Lake Xeviz is optimal for 10 days

But I would like to point out a negative point: the centrifuge was not placed in the open access as it was before, but in the toilet

We got a nice, cosy, traditionally-styled house a few steps from the pool. Unfortunately, WLAN and Internet did not work in the house and even not in front of it. Only some 20 steps away WLAN worked

Janos who was the most helpful person and so willing to help and gave us the best recommendations, including best running route!!! I arrived at 7am and was able to change and go for a run before my room was ready as early as 11am!! Thank you for that!!!! Back to the negative: My room didn’t have a bath (my friend’s on the same floor did 🥲) and the furniture was old and kind of sad

Lovely hotel not far from the great synagogue in Budapest. Full services, great breakfasts. Their restaurant, Araz, was exceptionally good

Breakfast was very good, specially if you are an early bird like me and can enjoy the 7am opening service with fresh bread, amazing eggs and the cauliflower which was my ultimate favorite!! All in all, pleasant stay, made much better by Janos!!!!!

Our room was clean, big, and very comfortable. The kids really enjoyed the playroom, and they loved the little sightseeing train that leaves from the hotel. Breakfast was tasty with lots of fresh food to choose from

We also had delicious dinners at the hotel restaurant, and on weekends the outdoor grill was a nice extra. The wellness area was very relaxing, with pools, saunas, and a jacuzzi. It’s a great place for families

The river-view rooms get a lot of sun. While the shady side rooms, and the common areas were quite cool, even in July, The 2 days when the temp got up around 30c, it was a bit warm. The rest of the time it was fine

Courtyard by Marriott is definitely more of a business-focused hotel. It is on the pricier side, but overall very comfortable. The staff deserve special mention — they are consistently friendly, polite, and helpful
