We had breakfast in the hotel and I can say it is excellent you can choose from various dishes such as eggs, sausages, different delicatessen, fresh bread and pastry, cheese, cereals, milk, tea, coffee, juices, fresh fruits and salads

Very nice room and good service. the hotel is facing to a very busy road. I couldn't sleep until i put an ear plugs. Also, you can actually smell the air pollution from out side

The showers were good, IF they didn't leaks and flood the entire restroom. This happened in all the rooms that my family and friends were in. The breakfast was good, but they refilled everything extremely slowly

All the elevators were broken except one. They even blocked off the stairs as well. This is an extreme fire hazard. They locked the staff stairs and did not let anyone use the stairs

There was issues with the beds in the room that we stayed since the beds were very easy to be pushed around. And also there was dirt not cleaned since sometime below the beds

Was led to believe closer to expo venue than it actually was when booking. Was actually over 5 minute taxi ride each day. Hotel was good, no coffee day 2 or day 3 in room

Great view from upper floors, very good restaurant in the lobby. Astonishing breackfast food selection! Alot of different hungarian vegetarian and meat dishes, fruits and sweet pastry. We will galdly come back next time

The entrance to the building and hallway is grand and welcoming. The SPA pool area is excellent and very relaxing. The rooms are nice clean, quiet and most importantly the beds are comfortable

Good aqupark in Budapest the was fare for the 3 hours but i like hot watter like 38-39 celcius but there max like 34-35 in sauna you don't have to be naked can with shotrs t-shirt what total not nice for your safety the rest was ok

The best breakfast with a fresh orange juice which is served directly by the waiters. You can find here a hungarian traditional food corner with lot of tasty hungarian dishes. I like it a lot.

There is no thermal spa (visit the nearby lake for such needs). The site highest offer is the ability to stay with pets. I’m not sure how the staff doing but the rooms are clean and even the garden area is maintained

The food (breakfast and dinner) were very good and reasonably priced. There wasn't as many options as in other hotels but the food was delicious and there were always also authentic Hungarian dishes to chose

The only 5 Star hotel in hévíz! Huge own territory in the Park! Three thermal pools with water of hévíz! Indoor and outdoor regular pools! Very good food - varied and delicious! Free Wi-Fi catches everywhere and with good speed! Huge free Parking! Very quiet because far away from Heviz! Away train ride around Hévíz! A good SPA! In short, all is well!

An excellent resort, very tasty breakfasts and dinners, there are various SPA treatments, there are pools with thermal water of different temperatures, as well as an outdoor swimming pool, there is a sauna, hammam, etc

I was at the hotel in a renovated room,it was quiet the beds were comfy the food was good and there was a lot of it,the interior pool was good but the exterior pool was dirty there was a cigar in the exterior pool,there were partyes and the arcades were good,the staff was nice,but it was a challenge to find the private beach,it is worth the price
