No tea/ coffee in the room but free in the reception - but i like a coffee in my pjs before i dress and face the world.
The only thing I didn’t like was the towel rack placed directly above the toilet. Naturally, towels sometimes fall, and it’s quite unpleasant when they land in the toilet :) It’s just a poorly thought-out design choice.
Overall, I definitely recommend this hotel for your stay.
The hotel’s location is definitely one of its strengths: very central, with both a metro station and a bus stop just a few steps away, which makes getting around the city very convenient.
The breakfast, however, was a bit disappointing. It was quite repetitive, and during my five-day stay, it didn’t change at all, which can get monotonous. The reception also seemed a bit disorganized at times, especially during the evening.
One thing to note is that the bathroom did not have a bidet, which I found unusual at first. However, I was informed that this is common in Hungary, so it’s something to keep in mind if it’s important to you.
Despite these minor issues, I would still recommend the hotel overall, especially for its location and good value for money. If you’re looking for a convenient and functional place to stay while exploring Budapest, this is a solid choice.
Bed was comfy, room on the smaller side but ok for a couple of nights. The staff was great!
