we checked in and the lady that helped us was very kind. So we got our room we went up and we got a room that wasn’t cleaned there was towels over the place not clean towels and a bottle of water someone else had bought. They give only one very small bottle of mineral water per room. So, if you stay with two persons in the room you have to share it. When we asked for one extra bottle they told us we had to pay for it. The breakfast was very poor, not fresh and not tasty at all. They didn't have any whole grain brown bread, only all kinds of unhealthy white breads.

Was fortunate to get upgraded to the top floor in a clean, spacious room that had a lovely balcony with chairs and a table. My husband and I felt very comfortable coming back to the room to recharge and relax. The hotel had an expansive and delicious buffet breakfast, too.

Changed room 2 times due to a faulty air conditioning system. Room temperature was at around 30 degrees most of the time. Front desk lady was really helpful and changed rooms for us. Excellent location, would be a great choice is the AC is functioning well.

Facility is nice, staff are friendly.  Only drawback is there is a hospital nearby, therefore we can hear ambulance whistling from time to time as n the night.

Location is good near the train station. The place is clean, however, the alley smell is very strong. On the day of our check out. Around 10am, my mum and I was awaken by very loud and persistent knocks, asking what time we will leave. I find it very rude not to mention my mum is an elderly that any shock is not good. This hotel is in the city center, close to the Danube River, and very close to the most famous Chain Bridge. The Fisherman's Bastion is still so charming, and the natural city under the sun is so harmonious and beautiful.

The metro station is near (800m) so it took like 10 min to city centre. 100m from hotel there is gas station with Spar that is working 24/7! My room looked directly at the parliament. We are here for the second time in a year. The friendly staff is really remarkable. What is also worth to mention is the food. Gee, all courses are superb. It'a nice to stay 1 or max 2 days to relax however relaxation at the pool is dependent on the events they have with big groups of people. When we stayed there there were alot of people staying by the pool when going out for breaks from a conference room. Pool water clean, spa is small but nice. Breakfast good. As a 4star hotel, everything was perfect. I stayed 4 nights there. The rooms tidy, clean, and big enough; food was very good, service and personnel very polite, helpful, and welcoming. I recommend staying in this hotel, however, it is far from Budapest city center.

It is not the hotel’s fault at all but there are directions at the airport to a different “airport hotel.”  It was in a walking distance and I went there only to be told that I am at a different hotel.  It makes sense for you to ask that the airport authority change the directions to include the other hotel’s full name if you have not done so yet.

We stayed here during a few days (including the weekend of the F1 Hungarian GP. The location of the hotel is unique, you have supermarkets near and a train/bis station just 4 minutes away. The breakfast had a lot of options and it was delicious, the rooms are very clean and the staff were always nice. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel really is a gem. A modern hotel with a great vibe and super location with access to both metro and trams virtually on the doorstep.
