The service is terrible. The hotel is heavily understaffed, and everything is very slow. Wellness is not maintained, half of saunas are turned off to save energy cost. They have never heard about customer focus. Sauna seance was great. I recommend it to everyone.

Wonderful place. Nice room, polite staff. Food is nothing special, but you won't be hungry. The spa itself is ok, but rather dirty. All in all, it is recommendable.

The hotel is like a resort, insanely comfortable. The staff has been amazing. The bartenders (Zsolt and Zoltan) have blown out minds. Poor service! The reception staff doesn't like to be disturbed. The TV isn't working? They don't have a solution. The bathtub isn't draining? Totally amazing place to stay. I really really liked it. Big, comfy bedroom and bed. The hotel is tight in the city, everything is there e.g., Lidle, Aldi, Tesco, Metro, Bus stops, restaurant, clubs pubs, cinema and most importantly Jewish district. After 7 years we returned to this hotel with zero expectations and we’re really surprised how everything improved here. Nice hotel. Divided into older and new part. Rooms are nice and clean. The staff does not speak English very well but we managed. Hotel has private beach which is nice and safe. The food in the hotel is not bad, but it is a bit expensive at NT$1,000 per meal The menu has appetizers, main courses, and desserts to choose from. I think the best one is the salmon white sauce spaghetti. Europeans make spaghetti delicious no matter how they cook it.

During a business trip and catching up with the car racing, the hotel price doubled. As a hotel chain, Holiday Inn's hardware and software are still guaranteed, and its quality control is relatively stable. The disadvantage is that it is far from the city center and the cost of taking a taxi is high.

The room next to the room I stayed in was being renovated. Although it was done during the day, it would affect your sleep at night, but it was still very noisy.

Very nice hotel right at the Danube river. If you're lucky, you can get a aroom with a view across to river to the parliament building. Rooms are well kept and large enough, staff is friendly and speaks good english. Breakfast buffet is very good. Several intersting sites can be reached on foot or with a short ride.

We were there for a family gathering on Sunday afternoon, for a great little brunch. There was a very wide selection and very good quality food on the buffet counter. There was also a separate pasta counter where a beautiful chef prepared the right pasta dishes for us from the selected ingredients.

After last year's fire, Silvanus has reopened - although renovations are still ongoing. The final completion of the project is expected by the end of May: all rooms and the renovated outdoor pool will be in use. We were in the Spa years ago, but we were already very curious. We were not disappointed!

The hotel is perfectly located. Everything went smoothly. The rooms are perfectly clean, food from the restaurant is pleasant. I fully recommend the hotel. We had a wonderful view to the main road and the historical building.

The room had a terrible smell - although they claim it's a non-smoking one. It really smelt like someone's been smoking there for years. The carpet was smelly too and had stains on it. The air-conditioning is very loud and makes strange noises every few minutes making it impossible to sleep when it's on.

I do early check-in, and the staff is very nice and Reservation is excellent and easy. The room is clean and comfortable the food is good. AND THE LOCATIONS IS AMAZING Sawsan.

I had a great stay at Expo Congress Hotel. It's a solid four-star option with elegant rooms, good amenities, and a convenient location near Hungexpo. Despite ongoing renovations, my experience was pleasant. Ideal for a quick and comfortable stay in Budapest.

A comfy hotel with clean, decent size rooms. Helpful, english speaking staff. Plenty of parking spaces. The hotel is next to Hungexpo, and located about 30mins from Papp Laszlo Arena. The closest subway station is about 25 mins walk from the hotel. During our stay one of the elevators was not working as expected, however they said they will fix it soon.

Great hotel if you want to experience the spirit of the golden era. The hotel is an impressive building that unfolds many surprises, from an old abandoned section to what looks like a Russian elevator that can withstand an atomic blast. Great experience!

If you want to have a reminiscent experience in a old dated hotel, this is a must go! Plenty of abandoned sections of the building will make you feel as if you made a trip to Chernobyl. Some rooms are just falling apart while you can enjoy a minimum offer breakfast in a pretty impressive hall. My recommendation: go for it!

It was great to stay at the Premium Hotel Panorama. The location with its wonderful view of Balaton Lake was excellent. During my stay, the staff were very nice and helpful. I would book it again with my family.

The breakfast had a great variety of options, from fruits up to warm dishes like fried eggs, sausages and pancakes. It was pretty good. Just the coffee was not the best but except that the rest was fine.

The wellness center is small but accessible, as many choose to swim on the lakeside, which can be accessed directly from the wellness area at the back gate. Couldn't ask for better! We booked hotel with British Airways as was a good price. The President hotel has a grand entrance, leading to reception. We were made to feel welcomed and given vouchers for complimentary drinks at the roof bar.
