Florence, Via Delle Oche, 11 🧭 Map
Room is compact and a bit dated but clean. The location is right next to the Duomo and the service is fantastic. Recommend to stay here.
Great location for price you pay, easy to walk to train station even with cases. We stayed in room 305 with a view of the Duomo from our window. Walk out front access and you have 100 yard walk to Duomo many restaurants and gelato stores also. Room was always cleaned to a high standard bathroom very small with just enough room in the shower to turn around. Has a tv in the room but no English speaking...
Could not be better situated. Staff were excellent and very professional and friendly. Room was a little outdated, but it's a base and you wont spend much time in it.
Breakfast was good, typical continental which is ideal.
Beware of rooftop bar prices! Very expensive but worth it for the night time view. Bar is not associated with this hotel.
We stayed for 4 nights and it was worth every penny. Will...
The hotel room pictures are deceiving, specially the bedroom. Great location though. Short walking distance from the Duomo. The rooftop bar has the best view of the Duomo/tower/Cathedral and the staff was incredible, but I think the rooftop bar is part of the upstairs hotel. Our bedroom walls were kinda dirty (saw some mosquito blood on the walls and on the bedsheet). Clean towels. Furniture is...
The location was outstanding - close to everything and majorly walkable. And being able to se the Duomo from our hotel room was exceptional! The breakfast was ample and so appreciated that it was included in the rate. The rooftop bar was a special place that we visited daily.
Our room was spacious enough and located in the heart of Florence, which we really liked. The staff were helpful, and we could reach almost everywhere on foot. However, breakfast could have been better. Considering the price we paid, we expected a higher-quality breakfast. Also, the bed was not comfortable.

Florence, Via Maragliano 101 Firenze 50144,Via Maragliano 🧭 Map
The hotel itself is not bad, but the air conditioning sucks and they don't have enough fans for all the rooms. They have a complimentary breakfast, that's okay and rooms where more than 3 people can stay together.
Decent hotel, not the cleanest, not the most beatutiful or close to the center. Overall decent, but it looked like they opened it just a day before I arrived.
Room was nice and spacious. Breakfast had a good amount of variety too. Slightly too hot inside the room however.
Beautiful hotel, with clean and warm rooms and with a delicios breakfast.
Would rate the hotel and room as decent to less than decent. Room quality was not at par with that of a three star. There were cracks on the ceiling and walls. Bathroom was small with water not draining properly. Hot water was murky. Breakfast was decent. Accessibility to city center is poor unless you have your own car or take a taxi. But have to give credit to the well mannered and good hotel staff...

Sleeping here was a perfect choice! Ideal for parents who come to visit their children studying in the Careggi area. I advise! The furniture needs improvement (perhaps a little old). Otherwise friendly service and normal cleanliness. Prices ok
Excellent for cleanliness, breakfast and its quiet location. Excellent everything 👍
This is a bit hard to walk up three flights of stairs to a room in the old city. Carrying luggage is too much. The only drawback is
Very nice hotel and in a strategic position to reach the center and the peripheral streets thanks to the presence of the tram 1 stop and buses 2 and 28. Clean rooms; adequate breakfast. Friendly, courteous and helpful staff. I had forgotten a jacket and they sent it home immediately at their expense. Worth more than a 2 star
I love to lodge away from turistic places so I can walk and get a better feeling of the city and the location of the hotel was perfect for that!
· I liked the staff - the lady in reception is wonderful!!!! she showed us the city (and gave us the map), she always willed to help (with coffee and our problems). the breakfast was nice, just enough. The rooms were very clean, ours was spacious and nice. The area is close to the tram station and 20 mins of walk from the city center. It was enough for our stay :) The price is just fair for what you...

Great location, easy check in.
What a lovely boutique hotel. Rooms are small, but comfortable and clean, staff is extremely pleasant and accommodating, breakfast was wonderful. It is about a 20-25 minute walk from downtown, but a nice quiet alternative, with wonderful nearby restaurants and shopping. Our trip started in Florence, we then went to Sorrento and back to Florence for a night before heading to Rome. We cancelled our downtown...
I stayed in this property for 2 nights, from 16 to 18 December, with my wife. From the outside the hotel looks dated, but once inside it changes completely. The room was tidy, clean and very comfortable. The breakfast is in two star standards. The center can be reached by bus (stop a few steps away), but also on foot. Excellent location for those who need to go to the stadium. Excellent value for money...
On arrival you do have stairs to contend with but once inside you will find a very clean and beautifully decorated hotel. Breakfast was very good and plenty to chose from and catered for all food allergies. The terrace was tastefully decorated with small orange and lemon trees. The rooms were very clean and well presented. The staff are very friendly and informative, nothing was any trouble for them...
We arrived around 8 pm on a Sunday, but we found a cozy little wine bar (other drinks, too) just a couple three blocks' walk. Very nice bartenders, and no other tourists. Our room was very clean, if a bit small. The stairs to get up to the hotel door itself, once you go into the building were a little bit of challenge with luggage, but I'm reaching for something to criticize. Breakfast was great...
Very nice hotel, a little outside the center but easily reachable by bus or with a 20 minute walk. Room cleaned daily, bathroom a little small but absolutely functional. Welcoming and very kind staff. Minimal but excellent Mediterranean breakfast and above all: the coffee and cappuccinos are made like at the bar and not from the machines!!

The facilities are a bit dated, but it's Florence, so I understand.
I appreciated the 24-hour complimentary coffee ice cream service.
The staff were also friendly and pleasant.
a nice place! just next to the church!
Loved our stay here. The employees were so kind. They gave great recommendations. Location was perfect, literally right outside the Duomo. Service was excellent. Breakfast was delicious. We loved staying here and if we ever visit Florence again we would definitely stay again.
Amazing, friendly, and beautifully run hotel! The perfect home base for exploring the city, with epic Duomo views from the breakfast area and some rooms. The free gelato was such a thoughtful touch, and we’re already looking forward to coming back!
Couldn’t be better located, in the heart directly across from Duomo. Best thing was morning breakfast with ATA, the nicest guy and the free gelato 24 seven. Pistachio was the best I’ve ever had and I’ve tried it everywhere I travel, also the black cherry AMAZING!!!
My wife and I stayed during our honeymoon. I had been to Florence before and it is one of my favorite cities in the world. This hotel only reaffirmed that. The hotel is a convenient 12 minute walk from the train station and located at the hear of Florence with an incredible view of the Duomo. Amazing cafes nearby, all the food you could eat. Nice panorama, incredible small rooms.
A great hotel very well located
Rooms were nice and big, but the staff are very strict. There's a little convenience store right next door that sells wine and will give you plastic cups ;)
Smaller hotel located near the train station. Our room was two twin beds, it was clean and had all of the basics. There was a distinct sewage smell throughout the entire hotel during our stay and there seemed to be a problem with the toilet running constantly. Great places to go for food all around the hotel.
Rooms small and a bit dusty..but overall we had a good stay thanks to the location near the centre that has allowed us to easily reach the most beautiful places of the city.
from the reviews posted on the site, there are negative reviews honestly, I was worried then instead considering the price and that we are in florence for the two days that I was in this hotel not I and sorry certainly you can improve for the rest and very convenient being close to the station s.m.no. for the rest everything is ok

Great spacious rooms and good communication with owners. Place was overall pretty clean and the beds were comfortable Bathroom was nicely kept and all the appliances worked. There was breakfast in the morning which was very nice. Also the free WiFi was a bonus
We came to Hotel Fedora for 2 nights during a trip to Italy. Our room was nice and clean, and the staff could not have been nicer. Breakfast was excellent with plenty to choose from for the money! I had a peaceful sleep. Internet access is intermittent, but we had a great stay. Thanks again to the wonderful staff!
The location is very good. Very close to center of florence. The personel was very kind and helpful.
But!! The hotel must be renovated as soon as possible.

It was a beautiful hotel, only a 7 minute walk from the station and a 10-15 minute walk from the major sites. The reception and breakfast teams were friendly and accommodating and the room was of a good size with exceptional cleanliness. Breakfast is included and has a varied selection including pancakes and some hot options as well.
We stayed here for one night during our trip to Florence and couldn’t have been happier. The hotel is in an excellent location, just a short walk from the city center. We stayed in March 2025. A cute hotel very close to the train station. The rooms are clean and new. The TV in the room was high quality and the internet service was also very successful. The breakfast was very good. The croissant was very delicious, definitely worth trying.
Extremely clean and functional even if the showers are a little small for the over 6fts(1.84m) Great location. All staff there helpful, shared interesting stories, plus the lady managing the breakfast area was amazing , how she helped with additional things (we needed non dairy milk) and how friendly and welcoming she was.
Lovely hotel with personality. I actually felt like I was back in time. Excellent location. We walked everywhere. And the train station is around the corner. So we came from Roma by train, walked to the hotel from the station. My 68 yo mother walked that distance with a carry-on, you can do it to :). Everything was clean. The hotel is very close to the train station, which is a big advantage if you are traveling by train. Also, they keep your luggage free of charge after check-out, which is very useful if you are leaving the city late.

Great location, spacious room, comfortable bed, super clean and good breakfast. We had a welcome drink which was nice. Super friendly staff. The only recommendation is to let customers in advance that the check in is in the bar donwstair
Hotel Annas has everything you need for a trip. The bed was good, hygiene items in the bathroom were available, aircondicio was also available and a simple good breakfast. I really enjoyed their atmosphere. COOL personal!
Great hotel. The room was updated and clean. Good bathroom. It was nice to take a shower in an actual shower with a door during my backpacking trip. The staff was very nice and accommodating. I would come back here again if I was ever in Florence.
Great hotel very well located close to the train station. Within walkable distance of pretty much anything worth seeing in Florence. There is no elevator though which could be a problem to some but if not you'll certainly enjoy.

The location is very good, 10 minutes to the popular tourist area in the city center. Disadvantages: Not very soundproof, it is not comfortable to meet loud Italian neighbors.
The location is very good, about 5 to 8 minutes walk from the train station, the room is quite big, there are many free breakfast options, and it takes about 10 minutes to walk to the Central Market.
It was very good experience. They were very kind. Rooms were big and clear. 5 minutes to the train station on foot. 10 minutes to town center on foot. I will definitely choose this place next time.
It's located in front of the station, so it's easy to get to sightseeing, and the vintage furniture is very cute.
You can also use the refrigerator once it's plugged in.
It was a very convenient stay for us due to its location. The fact that it is very close to the train station, combined with the fact that you can easily reach everywhere you want to visit on foot, puts this hotel at the top in terms of price/performance.

Perfect location, nice staff, good clean rooms and excellent breakfast.
A hotel you can recommand to your best friend! Staff is very helpful. The rooms are very clean. The bed is absolutely comfortable! And the hotel is located central of Florence.
Perfect location for our family visiting Florence for first time. Good daily breakfast (great rooftop breakfast room). We had two rooms for family of 4, bummer we requested to be on same floor and we were 3 floors apart. Good beds, so-so bathrooms. Friendly front desk.
I’m reluctant to recommend this hotel because I don’t want anyone else to know about it!!! Lovely rooms and amenities. Nice breakfast on the top floor with fab views of the terracotta tiles, and comes with fresh hot eggs cooked the way you like them - all included in the room rate. It’s a small hotel with 5/6 rooms per floor, and the staff can easily remember who you are.

Great small hotel. Completely up to date attractive rooms with the best beds ever. A wonderful breakfast in a penthouse room overlooking the city of Florence. Stayed a night here before an early flight home.
Excellent location, 5 minutes ftom the airport.
Room very good, had everything we needed.
The guy who did everything was superb and the meal we had was so good - lovely outdoor area to eat our meal in.
Shuttle to airport (15 euro per room) also available.
A great one night stay.
A fabulous find! We needed a place near the airport to rest for a few hours before our journey home. The rooms were clean, functional and cool! Even though they couldn't guarantee an early check in, the staff did their best to accommodate us. The hotel has a pretty terraced garden for those wanting to sit outside. A real life saver!
The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and offers a transfer service at low cost. Much easier than having to come from the city centre early morning.
The rooms are clean and the bed was comfortabel, the staff helpful and friendly. Used public transport to get to the city which is not too far away.
Would certainly stay again.
A comfortable hotel conveniently located near the airport. The service is excellent, and the bedrooms are clean and spacious. We even had a big balcony. They also have delicious cocktails and dinner options. While there may be some noise, this seems typical for hotels in Florence. Their airport shuttle service is only 15 euros per room. We booked it for 4.30 AM and the driver arrived at 4.30 sharp
We were very pleased with the service and cleanliness of the hotel. We had a rental car but realized that it was not useful due to the restrictions placed on vehicles entering the museum zones. Located just an 8 min walk from public transportation, it was very convenient for us.

Strategic location of the accommodation, very kind and helpful staff.
The location and facilities were very good and the front desk staff were polite. The shower room didn't have a door, so the floor got wet, which was inconvenient, and it would have been nice if there was a kettle in the room. Everything else was perfect.
Recently renovated with overall nice rooms.... But apart from the location which is truly fantastic, the rest leaves something to be desired
The location is excellent, and it takes only a few minutes to reach major attractions. However, the hotel environment is average. Although the room is large, the bathroom is very small and smells. Service from staff was superb. Leonardo in the front desk was very friendly and allowed us to store luggage in lobby area prior to check in. When we arrived for check in luggage was already in our room ! Tergen was also very attentive during happy hour making sure we were having a great time. Only recommendation is to add an elevator from the street to lobby. Everything else was a great experience
