Room is compact and a bit dated but clean. The location is right next to the Duomo and the service is fantastic. Recommend to stay here.

Great location for price you pay, easy to walk to train station even with cases. We stayed in room 305 with a view of the Duomo from our window. Walk out front access and you have 100 yard walk to Duomo many restaurants and gelato stores also. The location was outstanding - close to everything and majorly walkable. And being able to se the Duomo from our hotel room was exceptional! The breakfast was ample and so appreciated that it was included in the rate. The rooftop bar was a special place that we visited daily.

Our room was spacious enough and located in the heart of Florence, which we really liked. The staff were helpful, and we could reach almost everywhere on foot. However, breakfast could have been better. Considering the price we paid, we expected a higher-quality breakfast. Also, the bed was not comfortable.

The hotel itself is not bad, but the air conditioning sucks and they don't have enough fans for all the rooms. They have a complimentary breakfast, that's okay and rooms where more than 3 people can stay together.

I stayed in this property for 2 nights, from 16 to 18 December, with my wife. From the outside the hotel looks dated, but once inside it changes completely. The room was tidy, clean and very comfortable. The breakfast is in two star standards. The center can be reached by bus (stop a few steps away), but also on foot. Couldn’t be better located, in the heart directly across from Duomo. Best thing was morning breakfast with ATA, the nicest guy and the free gelato 24 seven. Pistachio was the best I’ve ever had and I’ve tried it everywhere I travel, also the black cherry AMAZING!!!

Rooms were nice and big, but the staff are very strict. There's a little convenience store right next door that sells wine and will give you plastic cups ;)

Smaller hotel located near the train station. Our room was two twin beds, it was clean and had all of the basics. There was a distinct sewage smell throughout the entire hotel during our stay and there seemed to be a problem with the toilet running constantly. Great places to go for food all around the hotel.

Rooms small and a bit dusty..but overall we had a good stay thanks to the location near the centre that has allowed us to easily reach the most beautiful places of the city.

Great spacious rooms and good communication with owners. Place was overall pretty clean and the beds were comfortable Bathroom was nicely kept and all the appliances worked. There was breakfast in the morning which was very nice. Also the free WiFi was a bonus

We came to Hotel Fedora for 2 nights during a trip to Italy. Our room was nice and clean, and the staff could not have been nicer. Breakfast was excellent with plenty to choose from for the money! It was a beautiful hotel, only a 7 minute walk from the station and a 10-15 minute walk from the major sites. The reception and breakfast teams were friendly and accommodating and the room was of a good size with exceptional cleanliness. We stayed in March 2025. A cute hotel very close to the train station. The rooms are clean and new. The TV in the room was high quality and the internet service was also very successful. The breakfast was very good. The croissant was very delicious, definitely worth trying.

A fabulous find! We needed a place near the airport to rest for a few hours before our journey home. The rooms were clean, functional and cool! Even though they couldn't guarantee an early check in, the staff did their best to accommodate us. The hotel has a pretty terraced garden for those wanting to sit outside. A real life saver!

The location and facilities were very good and the front desk staff were polite. The shower room didn't have a door, so the floor got wet, which was inconvenient, and it would have been nice if there was a kettle in the room. Everything else was perfect.

The hotel's location is superb, within easy walking distance of St. Mary's Train Station, and thankfully, it avoids the typical noise associated with hotels directly facing the station. The breakfast spread was excellent and varied. The only minor drawback was that the bathroom plumbing could get quite noisy when neighboring rooms flushed their toilets.

We had the best experience at Hotel Davanzati! The location is excellent with access to the railway station and many fabulous places of interest. Leonardo provided great information about museums, gardens, and great places to eat. We enjoyed happy hour at the hotel and definitely plan to return here.

Service from staff was superb. Leonardo in the front desk was very friendly and allowed us to store luggage in lobby area prior to check in. When we arrived for check in luggage was already in our room ! Tergen was also very attentive during happy hour making sure we were having a great time. Very nice place, very well located. It is located in the middle of the historic neighbour. You can easily enjoy walking in 1 min to the Duomo for example.
