Has an amazing location making it easy to walk to everything. The staff are all so nice and the breakfast is really good. They have a cake of the day and the scrambled eggs are my favorite. The price/performance ratio is unbeatable, the room is large and spacious, and the location is excellent, right in the center of the town. There is a large supermarket downstairs. The hotel was in a great location, adjacent to the very high-end luxury shopping and central enough to easily walk everywhere but not walk out onto a swarm of tourists. The hotel is very conveniently located near the train station and a church, with a Starbucks right downstairs. The room was quite spacious, clean, and tidy. However, the lighting was a bit dim. Also, the main entrance door was rather difficult to open; you either needed to use a keycard or call reception for entry.

The people that work in the hotel are so kind and helpful. The hotel is centrally located and within a 10-20 minute walk of most attractions. It also feels warmer than other hotels i stayed, making it comfortable during March. Only thing to comment is the small shower area and there’s no thermal flask. On our bike tour, this hotel was the pivotal point for visiting Florence. Why Happy Cycle Holidays chose a location 10 kilometers outside of Florence to explore Florence is a mystery to us. One of the main highlights of our honeymoon, and by far the most beautiful hotel we've ever stayed at. The villa is stunning, beautifully decorated, as are the rooms. The views of the city and the gardens are some of the best we've seen. We booked this place because it was close to the Duomo and it was pretty easy to walk to all the main attractions. The rooms were comfortable, they were very helpful in arranging transportation for us when needed. Their breakfast each morning is excellent - the best we had in Italy. Restaurants and gelato were nearby - and we had an American king-sized bed (which you can't always find in Italy)

7 minutes walking distance to the cathedral, 4 person rooms are very clean, toilet and bathroom were newly built. We stayed with breakfast included, breakfast varieties are not very wide but it was enough for us. It is a great advantage to be within walking distance to the center and places to visit. I think the room is good, the hot water for the bath can be a little hotter. The service staff is very enthusiastic, and breakfast is in a high-end restaurant next door. There is a girl at the front desk who looks like Sophie Marceau 😍, which shocked me deeply.

The receptionist who checked us in was very kind and helpful - as it was our first time visiting Florence, he provided us with a map showing all the key attractions, and marked out a route on the map for us to follow to begin exploring the city.
