Beautiful place very nice amenities not far from all the hot spots to visit
Very quiet resort 5 km from the Florence Centro, but It is very quiet resort after a long day out in the city.
The room was large and the beds were comfortable. There is a shuttle to the city center at certain times. Overall, we were satisfied, we can stay here again when we come back.
Small and exquisite hotel, polite and warm reception. The toiletries are complete and easy to use, and the breakfast is rich. I will choose to stay here next time I come to Florence.
We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at. It is luxurious, clean and beautiful and about 10 minutes from the city center. It was nice to be away from all the craziness and away from all the people in crowds at this beautiful hotel. We stayed for our honeymoon and they made it even more enjoyable by upgrading us to a beautiful room. Highly reccomend
A wonderful hotel! Convenient location, our room was clean and very cute. The views all around at the hotel are great! All the staff are very attentive and welcoming. Definitely will be staying here again next time I travel to Florence!

Good location Service is not bad But don’t expect the room is big
Good location near the train and tram station. Disappointing that you don't even get a single bottle of wayer and have to pay for water in the scorching summer heat. Needs better sound proofing as the noise of furniture being dragged on the floor above was loud!!
Good location right next to the Florence central train station, hotel also has arrangement with a parking lot right next door for €30 per night which is very convenient. Only downside was the room’s air conditioning was weak and made the stay less comfortable in the Italian heat.
Excellent accomodation for the money and value. Rooms are newish and super clean with a modern feel. Directly opposite SMN station makes it fantastic as a base in Florence as centre storico is a few minutes walk away as well as being right next to SMN cathedral itself. Plenty of good food around as well as a carrerfour express. Rooms importantly were also quiet so I was able to sleep well. ...
The site is very close to Firenze-SMN rail station, very convenient. Clean and tidy room.
The rooms were so nice and modern! Love it. Next to the station. Would definitely go back again.

We liked this hotel as a family but due to high season during the nye I assume the price was overrated. It is old building renovated with dark colours. Not k space in the room and the single bed was not comfortable. Products in the room was not good for 4 star hotel. No slippers ot coffee machine in the room. Breakfast was good.
The location is a 25-minute walk from Firenze Station and a 40-minute walk from Ponte Vecchio. It's a convenient walk while sightseeing, and there's a large supermarket nearby, which is convenient. The room condition feels like a hotel. The amenities are well-rounded, and it's a conceptual boutique hotel. The basic breakfast is warm and crunchy, so it's tasty, but it feels like you don't have to eat...
This place is romantic and artistic, it is really suitable for feeling the atmosphere and relaxing on holidays. The location is a little off, but the overall feeling is still quite good.
My first impression was that the room was very dark. It was ok in the daytime when you open the windows but when the curtains are drawn it feels like a bar , with a bed end bar like table and very small lights on the ceiling. That made charging your phone not that easy as sockets were down below and room was dark. The room size is good and my room ha d a garden view. But there was no tea bag/ coffee...
Special mention to Fedele in the restaurant for the impeccable service. He is amazing also the people in the counter.
The room is really small, and everything else is good. The hotel is in the white community, and although it is a little far from the downtown attractions, it doesn't feel far away after walking all the way there. The breakfast is the same white food, but the pizza in the restaurant next door is really great, which refreshed my understanding of Italian pizza. It is really delicious. I ate it for three...

Charming hotel, quietly located near the city center. Accessible on foot. The rooms are spacious. The staff is charming. Having breakfast in the garden is a real delight.
Great hotel in Florence! 24hr front desk, great breakfast with plenty of options, beautiful green space in the interior, plus nice sized room. Right by a bus stop and park. Mile walk to the Uffizi gallery.
This place is clean with good location, security and breakfast. The clerk was helpful. Only issue was with mosquitoes. There is a bus to the Central train station but it's walking distance anyways. Everything in Florence is also walking duy
Good day, this is one of the best hotel that we stayed in, from the Amazing and Beautiful structure going to the best service coming from Mr. Adriane at the reception and the owner is very Accommodating, our is one of the best in that hotel and the breakfast outside the garden is WoW
The hotel has a lot of charm and the rooms are all unique. It’s in a great location and is close to excellent restaurants and main attractions. There’s a beautiful garden courtyard and staff was friendly. Adrian, who runs the front desk over night, was definitely the highlight of our stay. We were there with a school group and he looked out for our students overnight. He was super friendly and gave...
We stayed here for five nights while visiting Florence. The hotel is in a good location with a vast array of restaurants nearby, we particularly liked Il Vegano nearby which was terrific value and great food. ( we are not related to the owners of Il Vegano, we just liked it). There’s also a Carrefour mini market not far away which came in handy for supplies. We had a lovely stay in the hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bathroom amazing, with all the amenities . Staff was very helpful and kind. Excellent location, close to all major attractions. Some reviewers complained about the smell and wifi. This has nothing to do with the Hotel, it is an issue of the area.
Our 5 night stay at Relais Uffizi was wonderful. The property was beautiful - our room was lovely and well equipped with every amenity we needed to feel comfortable. LOVE this hotel. The location is perfect, rooms are very unique and so clean. The staff, from the front desk to the breakfast wait staff have all been fabulous and helpful. So much to choose from for breakfast and it’s all delicious! Highly recommended !!!!
The place, the atmosphere, the room, the staff and the breakfast are extra ordinary. Only one thing could easily be Improved: Serve butter by breakfast😉 We really enjoyed our time in the centre of Firenze. See you soon again. Johannesson family.
If you want to treat yourself while in Florence stay here. Located beside the Uffizi and Piazza del Signora it's location is ideal. Great location right next to a tram station and not far from SMN. Bus stop that takes you to piazzale Michangelo is also around the corner. Great hotel, I'm happy to return to it during my holidays
Very minute rooms and smaller than japan standards… breakfast was good though. Location walking to city centre. Just a hideout away from noise.
I only stayed one night, but it was a hotel I wanted to stay at for several nights! The hotel was a little far from the city center, so I had to walk or take public transportation to get anywhere, but the road was flat, so moving my suitcase around wasn't too difficult. The room was very clean and spacious, which made me excited. I had no trouble spreading out my suitcase and it didn't get in the way...
The hotel was not chosen in the very center, but near tram and bus stops (100-150 m). Three stars. The room overlooked the courtyard, which was great, since the hotel is next to the road. It was quiet, there was coffee and tea in the room, a kettle. A refrigerator that maintained 15 degrees. A little better than nothing. We booked Portrait Firenze for our stay in Florence after having a great experience at Portrait Milano last summer. The hotel is easy to find, about 15 minutes walk from the station. The hotel lobby and corridors don't look very good, but the room is still very good, big and clean. It's just that it's next to the cathedral and the bell rings at 7 o'clock. However, this bell can definitely be heard in all hotels nearby. It's a bit noisy in the city center, but it's good overall and worth staying.
Very satisfactory hotel, the room is large, the double bed is very comfortable, two children each have a bed. The jacuzzi and shower are large. The room is nice. The location is good and convenient. The food is recommended and the experience is full. I have to say that in Italy, you have to come to Rome to experience the civilization here.
This is the most generous 4-star hotel I have ever seen. The minibar is free, the breakfast is superb, and the richness of fruit desserts is basically invincible. I ate happily every day. it is around 6 minutes walk from the tram station. around the property there is nothing much to do. the room is spacious but quite old. for how expensive accommodation in Italy. You had to trade convenient with cost. it is still a decent stay.
Very very nice location! The end of the line from vila costanza. No need to worry about transport
The hotel's location is good, though not very close to the city center. We were warmly welcomed by a lady who treated us very kindly, but the hotel itself is unfortunately a bit old and outdated. The carpets and bedding are very old, but despite these issues, everything turned out well in the end.
Was very clean. Taking a shower was a struggle due to how the shower head is placed, I unfortunately got water everywhere when trying to wash my hair, they did supply a lot of towels. Its good if all you need is a bed to sleep from walking all day. Wifi also did not work that great for us in the evenings. The location was convenient and there is a great restaurant on the other side of the street.

This is a very modern hotel in Florence. While it's not necessarily located in the heart of the city, Florence Village is small, so everything is only a 10-20 minute walk away. It's similar to the Orange Hotel in China. Disposable toiletries, including shower gel and shampoo, are provided. Drinks in the mini-bar are free.
The hotel facility was excellent, the decoration was modern. Service was great too. The location is close to the attractions, but yet not too close to the noisy crowded environment, major tourist attractions within walking distance of 15-30 minutes.
Short walk into town. Bit of a longer walk to the river. Tram stop right outside, which goes to the train station and airport! Lovely staff, we’re so kind and smiling! Free minibar was a bonus. This is a lovely traditional great value 4 star hotel within an easy walk of the ponte vechio Added bones of a pool with plenty of sunloungers and a great buffet breakfast. The highlight though were the staff who without exception were happy to help in any way possible. Very child friendly too.
What a great experience. My son and I traveled to Tuscany back in May 2025 and Park Palace was our first stop. What a great start to our vacation. The staff was excellent, with Sabina being there for us every day and the lovely Elena ensured that we were completely comfortable. Hello from Mary and Nicola Toronto Canada 🇨🇦
We have chosen this hotel because of it’s location in the lovely, delightful Boboli garden outside of the busy touristic are but still walking distance to the main attractions. The nights were quiet and peaceful here. The bread was really gorgeous. In addition we enjoyed a tasty light lunch also in the garden. Our room was spacious but we really missed the mosquito-net. Nice and helpful staff made...
We loved this place. Rooms were amazing and the staff was so friendly and helpful. It was just out of the city to feel like the Tuscany countryside but close enough to walk.
Wonderful 19th century Renaissance style villa - excellently maintained, with antique and elegant furniture, spacious rooms, beautiful garden and a swimming pool. It is a bit remote, but it’s perfect for those who appreciate a quiet and beautiful location. With a pleasant walk along historic Promenade of Viale dei Colli or a quick taxi ride, you’re still close to the center of Florence. Overall, a...

This is one of the best hotels in the world. The staff are amazing, so helpful, professional and friendly. Everything was top quality, top comfort, including the bed, the linens, the shower, the breakfast. A truly amazing place to stay. This was our 5th trip to Florence and we will never stay anywhere else again. We arrived in a heavy rain/snow and the greeting at the door with thick towels for drying...
There is only one place in Firenze : THE Place! Fantastic staff, beautiful hotel, decorations to die for. Tasteful breakfast and great advices!
The Place is a stunning boutique hotel - gorgeously curated with the friendliest and most accomodating staff! They anticipated your every need and desire. It was a perfect experience from start to finish!
The Place Firenze is an absolute gem — a boutique, gorgeous property with truly amazing staff. Every single team member went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. Special thanks to Slywia, Marina, and Alejandro for their warmth and incredible service. The Aperol Spritz was perfection, and the croissants were the best we’ve had anywhere in Europe. We are genuinely sad to leave and can’t wait...
The Place is top notch! The linens, products, service, and food were some of the best I’ve ever experienced. The seating areas in lobby and café were beautiful. I would choose to stay at the Place on every visit!
This stunning boutique hotel really exceeded our expectations in every way. I was blown away by the extreme warmth and attentiveness of staff. The star of the show is the blowaway chic design which is both on-trend current and also honors the historical feel. I felt like I was living in the pages of Vogue. The property is spotless. There are lovely touches such as offering a stocked and free minibar...
