Beautiful place very nice amenities not far from all the hot spots to visit

Very quiet resort 5 km from the Florence Centro, but It is very quiet resort after a long day out in the city.

The room was large and the beds were comfortable. There is a shuttle to the city center at certain times. Overall, we were satisfied, we can stay here again when we come back.

Small and exquisite hotel, polite and warm reception. The toiletries are complete and easy to use, and the breakfast is rich. I will choose to stay here next time I come to Florence.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at. It is luxurious, clean and beautiful and about 10 minutes from the city center. It was nice to be away from all the craziness and away from all the people in crowds at this beautiful hotel. We stayed for our honeymoon and they made it even more enjoyable by upgrading us to a beautiful room. Highly reccomend

Good location Service is not bad But don’t expect the room is big

Good location near the train and tram station. Disappointing that you don't even get a single bottle of wayer and have to pay for water in the scorching summer heat. Needs better sound proofing as the noise of furniture being dragged on the floor above was loud!!

Good location right next to the Florence central train station,hotel also has arrangement with a parking lot right next door for €30 per night which is very convenient. Only downside was the room’s air conditioning was weak and made the stay less comfortable in the Italian heat.

Excellent accomodation for the money and value. Rooms are newish and super clean with a modern feel. Directly opposite SMN station makes it fantastic as a base in Florence as centre storico is a few minutes walk away as well as being right next to SMN cathedral itself. We liked this hotel as a family but due to high season during the nye I assume the price was overrated. It is old building renovated with dark colours.Not k space in the room and the single bed was not comfortable. If you want to treat yourself while in Florence stay here. Located beside the Uffizi and Piazza del Signora it's location is ideal. it is around 6 minutes walk from the tram station. around the property there is nothing much to do. the room is spacious but quite old. for how expensive accommodation in Italy. You had to trade convenient with cost. it is still a decent stay.

The hotel's location is good, though not very close to the city center. We were warmly welcomed by a lady who treated us very kindly, but the hotel itself is unfortunately a bit old and outdated. The carpets and bedding are very old, but despite these issues, everything turned out well in the end.

Was very clean. Taking a shower was a struggle due to how the shower head is placed, I unfortunately got water everywhere when trying to wash my hair, they did supply a lot of towels. Its good if all you need is a bed to sleep from walking all day. Wifi also did not work that great for us in the evenings. The location was convenient and there is a great restaurant on the other side of the street.

It's a bit far from the city center, but still quite convenient and offers excellent value for money. We stayed for two nights, and the staff were very friendly. Free luggage storage was also available.

Beautiful place, really enjoyed staying there. Great location nearby everything you need, very attentive staff. Only issue was when the man who brought our luggage that was stored with them he dropped it hard on the floor so could’ve damaged fragile stuff inside the bags. But everyone was kind and helpful. We recently had a two night stay here. The location is perfect, just a short stroll from the train station and you are surrounded by food, coffee and even a self service laundry room. This is a very modern hotel in Florence. While it's not necessarily located in the heart of the city, Florence Village is small, so everything is only a 10-20 minute walk away. It's similar to the Orange Hotel in China. Disposable toiletries, including shower gel and shampoo, are provided. Drinks in the mini-bar are free.

This is a lovely traditional great value 4 star hotel within an easy walk of the ponte vechio Added bones of a pool with plenty of sunloungers and a great buffet breakfast. The highlight though were the staff who without exception were happy to help in any way possible. Very child friendly too.

What a great experience. My son and I traveled to Tuscany back in May 2025 and Park Palace was our first stop. What a great start to our vacation. We have chosen this hotel because of it’s location in the lovely, delightful Boboli garden outside of the busy touristic are but still walking distance to the main attractions. The nights were quiet and peaceful here. The bread was really gorgeous. In addition we enjoyed a tasty light lunch also in the garden. Our room was spacious but we really missed the mosquito-net.
