Florence, Vicolo dell'Oro 5 🧭 Map
The location is very convenient, within walking distance to any major attractions. The room facilities are great and the service is very good. Recommended~
Great, clean hotel in the city with everything in walking distance and allowing one to explore. Bar at top floor was excellent...the bartender knows how to make drinks. A definite must .
Staff was outstanding. Amazing service and very accommodating. Located is a very central spot, tons of things to do that are all walking distance. Breakfast was excellent as well. There is also a very well appointed bar and fantastic lounge area.
This hotel was one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. The service and attention to detail was beyond exceptional. The staff is professional and ready to help at any moment. The location couldn’t have been more perfect for what we were looking for. Looking forward to future visits!
The hotel is a nice boutique hotel. Breakfast is great. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful.
The hotel is in a good location, right next to the old bridge; there are security staff at the door, so it's safe; the hotel is stylishly decorated inside and outside, and the rooms are nice. We booked what seems to be a gallery room. Although the layout is a little small, the facilities are complete and the hygiene is not bad. The room type and layout are classic and retro. The hotel gave us a room...

Hotel Firenze Number Nine is a true 5-star gem in the heart of Florence. It’s just a 7-minute walk to the Duomo and about 15 minutes to Palazzo Vecchio, the Uffizi, and Accademia. The location is surrounded by excellent local restaurants away from the typical tourist traps.
The hotel is immaculate and the staff is incredibly warm and helpful. They really went above and beyond trying to accommodate...
This hotel is an absolute gem! Staff, in particular Saeed, are super helpful. I normally only stay at larger chain hotels, but after staying at Hotel No. 9 I will look for more brands like this. The entire hotel is very well kept and elegant. The location is great, near great restaurants and shopping. Stay here when in Florence.
It's a bit different from how it used to be, but the staff are friendly and the rooms are well-cleaned. The absolute best part? The Duomo is just a 5-minute walk away, haha! Other spots are also easily accessible. The Central Station is less than 10 minutes away, and getting around to all the tourist sites is super convenient. I'm thoroughly satisfied.
This hotel doesn't live up to its five-star reputation. The location is okay (though Florence is small, so walking distance isn't all that far), but everything else is just okay. The service, in particular, is rather arrogant. They think they're a five-star hotel, so they're full of formalities. For example, they ask you to sit away during check-in and then bring it back after you're done, which actually...
I don’t often write reviews but this hotel warrants one! We arrived in the hotel lobby at around midnight with our two daughters. We had no booking, but rather had walked from our previous accommodations after finding cockroaches and looking for somewhere else to stay. We were actually on our way to another hotel but stumbled upon this one and noticed it was open, looked lovely and had someone at the...

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the St. Regis Florence, and our experience started off perfectly — thanks to Rosella. From the minute we checked in, she greeted us with warmth and professionalism. Throughout our stay she treated us exceptionally well, always going above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. Her kindness and attentiveness made our visit truly memorable. We always...
One of the Most Beautiful Hotels in the world… delicious cuisine, stunning decor, Best location in Florence and Royal Service by a Kind Caring Loving, Respectful Staff like Pieta who created the Ultimate manager in the world and Luca at the front door who went far and beyond sweet by taking such good care of us. Overpriced and not worth it. Everything just feels like a constant money grab. First Marriott property I’ve been to where you must sign a bill for every free breakfast. Clearly just trying to get people to tip the staff (tip for self service buffet). Also, butler service doesn’t really mean much unless you want your clothes pressed. Otherwise, you’re getting the same service from the Excelsior across...
If I could give 6 stars.. I would!
We just left a total of 7 nights at this fabulous hotel, and I will treasure the memories that we made for the rest of our lives!
Every single person that works at this property move together like a fine machine to make each guest feel as though they are the most important person in the room! You can feel the camaraderie between these people , and you can tell that...
Easily the best St. Regis we’ve stayed at and one of the most exceptional hotels anywhere. Staying here is every bit as historic and immersive an experience as exploring the city’s landmarks.
The rooms are named after Florentine sites, decorated with frescoes and classic furniture yet fully modern in comfort. The Winter Garden Bar is perfect for a late afternoon pause and home to the best Negroni...
Because the previous stop, St. Regis Venice, left us with a great impression, we thought that St. Regis Florence would be just as good, but it was not what we expected. We stayed for three nights in a row. On the first night, halfway through the shower, I started to have tears and runny nose, and it became difficult to open my eyes. I sneezed many times. I must be allergic to something. After leaving...

Good location for the hospital area. Good value for money.
The hotel was clean and renowned, good service!
The breakfast is 10 Euros and it's very good. The overall standard of the room is pretty good. The hygiene level is actually considered to be at a relatively good level here, and the stay is quite comfortable. It is a little far from the old town of Florence, but people who are used to commuting in East Asia should be able to accept the 15-minute tram distance. In addition, the price is very competitive...
I like the high room temperature in this hotel. Esp in winter, it’s crucial to stay warm and comfy. I don’t like that there’s no kettle in the rooms. To use boiled water (for drinking or tea), you have to pay 1.00 euro per fill. For a 4-star hotel, it’s a bit disappointing. If the electricity system in the old building can’t handle kettles, then offer hot water downstairs for free.
It is little bit far from old town. But very clean and staffs were so kind.
Rooms: good, but the HVAC systems were wonky. The showers are small squares. The toilet is placed weirdly in the corner; might be hard for some larger persons to use these toilets. Otherwise quite nice; beds are very firm, and the pillows are of a good quality.
Service: no major complaints, but no major compliments.
Location: not great, but for the price it works out alright. There is a train...

Florence, Via Nazionale, 23 🧭 Map
Solid modern room with beautiful views from the terrace. Located 7 mins walk from Santa Novella station and 10 min walk from the major sites. Also right next to the markets. Service was fantastic and friendly. Highly recommend!!
I am unsure it’s due to a chain hotel, so it’s just their business culture. My family didn’t feel welcomed at the very beginning. The most unacceptable thing is that I forgot to pack my AirPod since I used it during the night in bed and it’s hard to see it because the case and beddings are all white. We emailed them about this, but haven’t received a reply after 3 days. This has never happened to me...
The hotel bathroom was leaking, and after taking a shower, the water almost gushed out of the bathroom.
It is very close to the train station and the transportation is convenient. There is a vegetable market next to it, the fruits are quite fresh and the prices are affordable. We took a taxi when we went out, and tried the subway when we came back, and found it was also very good.
The room is quite warmly decorated, and the hotel is in a very good location. You can reach famous attractions such as the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore within walking distance. The most important thing is that the front desk staff are very kind and will actively help with all kinds of problems. I will stay there next time when I return to Florence. Will continue to choose this hotel
Great combination between proximity to train station and attractions with what you’d expect from a great hotel.

Great hotel, I'd recommend it!
Our flight got cancelled, and the hotel was very responsive and checked us in smoothly when we finally did arrive.
Room was clean and a decent size (very tall walls) and we had a balcony. Towels, hair dryer, body wash etc were all good. Space to hang clothes and leave our luggage case.
We asked for a quiet room in the hotel and weren't disturbed (except for the hotel...
This establishment stands out as one of the finest hotels I have ever booked, and it is unequivocally my top choice in Florence. a great value for the price. the location is ideal . if you come from the airport and take the direct tram it drops you in front of the hotel, next day i was able to take the train without dragging my luggages across town. really convenient. the historic center is only a few street away. the breakfast was a great buffet with a lot of variety, and the cocktail hour was also wonderful. the staff is very...
The staff was outstanding. They held our luggage for about 5 hours before check-in so we could tour Florence without carrying our luggage around. The room was great! The A/C worked extremely well. The breakfast was excellent!! Location was perfect; we took the train in and just hopped across the street. Leaving the next day was also very convenient. We will use this hotel again on our next visit.
I rarely write reviews this harsh, but my experience was far below what one expects from a so-called 4-star hotel.
First of all, the building is clearly old (understandable for Florence), but there is a difference between “historic charm” and poor maintenance. The elevators creaked and you could hear the metal cables making noises every time – not exactly reassuring when staying on the 4th floor....
We stayed at this hotel for four nights during our honeymoon. The room wasn't in great condition, but the hotel's location was excellent. The breakfast was excellent. Oshini was always smiling and made excellent coffee every morning. She was so friendly and made sure we had wonderful memories at the hotel.

Enchanting hotel in a quieter part of the city but only 10 minutes on foot from both the baptistery and the station. Super, super satisfied! 👍 The breakfast is a visual feast. Having breakfast every day is such a wonderful way to start the day. The decor is also quite new and very stylish. Excellent! 24-hour service. There's a small outdoor balcony garden on the 4th floor with great views. It's not far from the attractions either. This is definitely one of the best places I've stayed while traveling.

Luxury and unique old-fashioned Italian style decor
Room upgrade provided, but something seemed off.
Nice clean hotel. Breakfast was 4 of 5. Ask a waiter for espresso or cappuccino. Some problems with cold water in the bathroom. Air conditioner didn't work, just moved air flow. So not the best choice for hot weather seasons.
No complaints asides from the rooms being outdated.

Clean, modern and convenient for walking to all major sights. Breakfast was great, lots of choice and quite tasty. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. My room was super tiny but okay for one person. I recommend asking for a room away from the elevator which was quite noisey being right outside my door and with guests chatting there.
Our experience was good. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious. The location is good, and a short distance from Santa Maria Novella station. They have a coffee and tea counter that residents can access free of cost anytime. There is a vending machine too. Unfortunately , it doesn't work most of the time. Overall, I had a good impression of the hotel.
Disappointed stay
Read great reviews about the place
Location was decent but not the best, still a bit of walk from the main Florence station
I was under impression that the place was renovated in 2022. It didn't feel that way, and much of the facilities and room decoration felt dated, worn and used
Reasonable for the price I guess, but there's probably better options
Everything is really fine in the place, clean place and excellent service, location is top and parking is really convenient. Unfortunately the noise isolation between rooms is really poor! You can listen to the people next door even when they flush the toilet or the cellphone ringing even in vibration mode, it was hard to sleep some nights here specially because of people close to our room doing noise...
We had a great time at this hotel! It’s in a perfect location, just a short walk to the train station and tons of restaurants and tourist attractions—everything from 10 to 23 minutes away, which is why we chose it. Good hotel to stay in Florence outskirts. I would recommend it.
staff is very kind.
i feel always the italian hotel furniture location is not adjusted to humanface.
this time, shower box is so tight, so i cant bend down to grab the soap on tje floor.
if italian feel nice, its no problem.
Convenient for the location for those interested in staying overnight in that area. Unfortunately the cleanliness and space are not two characteristics that distinguish the rooms.
comfortable room even though the hotel is dated would need some work for improvement ,the staff are very friendly and very helpful, meals good, and simon the manager of the restaurant very nice and kind always ready to a joke to put the guest at ease beautiful, the room facilities is very plentiful and a wide choice
The shower in my room was semirotta...the structure of the hotel is a Little old but that depends on your tastes, one thing that kia has given it a bit annoying is that dinner in the restaurant I ordered a dish with another customer and I received the meta in comparison to other customer. overall it's not bad...
Comparing quality and price is very good. It has Wi-Fi, private parking and the breakfast very varied. To go alone or with children. Eye for those who do not go by car because it is away from the center.

Good location. Love the spacious comfort room . Room had 1 double bed and 2 single beds. Very spacious toilet . Generous toiletries. Breakfast served from 7am. Friendly hotel staff. Highly recommend
Nice hotel with helpful staff.
Conveniently located, 5 minutes away from the train station. Fairly decorated rooms with very friendly staff. I would recommend to include your breakfast, also a plus. There is a laundry shop right next to the hotel if you need, which is also very convenient. Plenty of dining options steps away, I would recommend the Maso, which has an extensive variety with reasonable prices.
Overall satisfactory.
Counter service took a little longer waiting to check-in for room readiness.
Receptionist should have advised us its waiting duration and shouldn’t keep us waiting for 30 min.
We should had left our luggages at storage area first before starting our city tour.

Clean easy and close to the airport. Smallish rooms but fine for a one night stay
Quiet good, however, the location is a bit inconvenient, as it’s about a 40 minute ride to the city center by public transport.
It's best to take the tram to the central station, but the closest station to the hotel is a little far away. The room was clean and large.
<Location> This hotel is a little far from Florence's tourist attractions, but you can easily reach them by tram. Four stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐
The hotel has an excellent location, very convenient and close to everything. The rooms are good and comfortable, and the service is also good. However, the breakfast was just average — not bad, but could be better. Overall, a pleasant stay.
Excellent location. Very good service.
Rooms good. Could have provided coffee/tea making facilities although offered a kettle but for a charge- unreasonable
Charge for water in the room again unreasonable
Breakfast adequate and again charge for additional items like omelettes - unreasonable
Cost on the high side but not surprising in view of location and season.
This hotel was fabulous. The decor was retro in a 1950s movie star luxurious way. I travel often and it was the most stunning room I have ever stayed in. The staff was very efficient and attentive. And happy hour was fun. We actually changed plans and just hung out for the evening.

i mean it quite goood about the venue, just nearby the train station and fierenze atcaully is a walkable to all famous spot, but for sure the breakfast is nahhhhhh.
Very near train station, decent breakfast with sufficient spread of food
The botel is at the best location near train station within a few minutes walk. Rooms are spacious and organized. I was upgraded to a double bed room but actually there is some issue with the aircon system for the room that I cannot adjust cooler temperature and must follow next doors for heater instead. I found out when I returned to my room at night. The staff helped me change to another room quickly
Breakfast selections were very limited and the exact same items on all 3 days we had breakfast. Cut fruits were not fresh but from the can, and toothbrush and toothpaste were not provided. Especially struggled in the bathroom as there's no space to place your own toiletries in the shower area (if you're one who uses your own shampoo/conditioner). The hot milk at breakfast was nice though.
Location is superb. Breakfast very basic that you could choose to opt out unless its free.

I really appreciate that also the single room is beautiful, with a nice view and a comfortable bed.
Excellent location, but most of all excellent service. Everyone is very professional and kind: everyone at the reception, the cleaning lady, the lady I met in the elevator with the drinks, the personnel at breakfast.
A wonderful experience thanks to all of them.
What a place to stay in Firenze ❤️ Great reception, helpful and beautiful.
For our Honeymoon they did something extra, like Champagne on the house, and two sleeping T-shirts we could take home with us (still wearing it at home ☺️). The room was splendid, beautiful and so clean. It was romantic, and peaceful. Bathroom was so nice, just like the rest of the room. The only thing I could think of that...
We recently stayed at Orafi Hotel in Florence for three nights, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed. Check-in was quick and seamless, setting the tone for a wonderful stay.
Our room was modern, spacious, and impeccably clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom felt luxurious, with thoughtful amenities...
Hotel Degli Orafi is an absolute gem in Florence. The location is prime~ it is adjacent to the Uffizi Gallery and fronts the Arno River. The rooms are spacious, with an amazing line of Dr. Vranjes Firenze bath products, comfortable beds, and lovely views. Speaking of views, the panoramic rooftop bar and restaurant DISOPRA is worth a visit even if you're not a hotel guest! The food, drinks, and service...
The location is 5+, the hotel is in an old building, on one side is the Uffizi, on the other is the Old (Golden) Bridge

Stay in this wonderful little hotel on our trip to florence. The weather was really warm so when we stepped into the hotel the air-conditioning was immediately noticeable and a great relief from the heat. We were greeted by a lovely lady that was very kind and help us check in very quickly. They offered us coffee or a cold drink on arrival which I though was a lovely touch but we just wanted to get...
Excellent service through and through. A hotel that treats its clients like royalty with their attention to courtesy, friendliness and total availability to assist at all times. We visit this hotel yearly every time we visit Florencs as it is a second to none for us. Special mention goes to Elisa for her utmost support.
The building is beautiful - tastefully decorated, incredible comfortable, an oasis of a garden. Breakfast was fabulous. Great location - 15 minute gentle stroll into the centre of Florence. We stayed for a few nights and then went to Sienna, but cut our visit there short and came back to Dimora Palanca - it was like coming home. The best thing for me was the staff - Giacomo in particular. I stayed...
Very nice boutique hotel, with good service and nice rooms.
Very good and considerate staff. Always available. Awesome design and very good lighting and landscaping, albeit a questionable caliber of guests (some hotel guests were staring at me in a way that makes me feel unease and somewhat uncomfortable), but i understand totally it has nothing to do with the hotel itself.
Would recommend for people who want a relaxed and laid-back stay in Florence. This...
Everything was perfect. Truly worth every penny. GC was a remarkable host.
