Very kind and helpful staff. I stayed in recently renovated room which was new and clean. The only thing; central heating does not work continuesly  . I had to tell them to increase the temp. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.
The reviews were very low, but after checking in I found it to be okay. A little better than expected. Breakfast is a bit simple. It costs 455 yuan a night with breakfast, which is pretty good. The location is also good.
The location is good. The bed is the worst. A massage parlor bed? ㅠ
This hotel actually has an elevator and there are beautiful sculptures in the lobby. The city tax is relatively expensive, but the location is convenient and the room is large enough. The service from the counter staff is friendly and overall highly recommended.
The retro style decoration is very close to the train station/Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore/Accademia Gallery/Central Market

Hotel Paris exceeded our expectations, and our expectations were pretty high. Our suite was huge. It included A/C, a sitting room, good-sized bathroom, giant stone fireplace (non-working), and beautiful old furniture and chandelier. Keep in mind, Americans, this building is hundreds of years old, so expect a blemish or two. The service was AMAZING. The staff was so attentive and friendly. They worked...
Excellent central location with friendly helpful staff. The breakfast was a buffet style and tea/coffee was available in the dining room 24 hours a day. Room was comfortable and the building had lots of charm. We had a very enjoyable stay
Fabulous re-purposed Palace, with antique frescoes and painted ceilings. Great views from room. Well appointed bathroom. Very close to the main visitor locations. Concierge staff were most helpful. A few stairs to climb in between Lift stops, be prepared !
All the staff at this hotel were very professional and always helpful with any questions we had! The hotel is in a busy but good location that is within walking distance to numerous restaurants and shops. Our room was a bit dated and not really well lit, but it was very clean and well stocked. The breakfast was very good, with many different options to choose from. We enjoyed our stay and thought this...
Google lists this as a 3-star hotel and as a 3-star hotel, I give it 5 stars. It is a very cute and comfortable hotel in a fantastic location (just a few blocks away from the Duomo, and walking distance to the train station). Service was wonderful. The room we were in was very large, especially for European standards. We had a view of the Duomo in the distance from our bathroom window, which was a...
Stayed here twice. Charming, historic hotel in the heart of Florence. Easy walk to all the main attractions. Fabulous staff. Beautiful interior design with amazing views. Very nice, affordable breakfast. Would highly recommend!

Hotel Balestri was great, the concierge staff were extremely helpful. We stayed from 21 to 25 Sept. We had a big problem with luggage going missing at the airport and the concierge was so good at helping us deal with it. Would give 5 stars but the room lacked space and the lighting system was difficult to navigate. The room was cleaned thoroughly every day. The breakfast buffet was very good.
Lovely hotel. River view room was comfy, clean and spacious. Staff friendly and helpful. Location fantastic. Breakfast relaxed with good quality food and drink.
Excellent boutique hotel in Florence. Excellent location. Rooms were spacious, very clean and the nights were quiet. Breakfast was lovely - lots of options and wait staff were very friendly. Cocktail bar was excellent and food was delicious.
The room is not big but the view is amazing. I will stay here again next time I go to Florence. It's great. The service attitude of the staff is also very good. I love the river water of the Old Bridge.
This is the perfect hotel for a Florence stay. In the centre of the city but slightly on the edge so that you have very easy access to everywhere but it is also peacefully away from the madding crowds. The rooms are well appointed, comfortable, reasonably spacious, very clean, and well designed. The staff are standout - extremely friendly, efficient, helpful and attentive. Hotel was very nice. Room was spacious and the shower was tremendous. Bed wasn’t super comfortable and the staff that serviced breakfast and the patio wasn’t the best. Location was very good though so would consider staying here again.

Front line staffs and housekeeping were very nice however the room was abit old. Tv never works it stopped showing after every 5 mins even they sent technician to fix it. Air-con was not cold even after fixing, bathroom smell like sewage…
Went in the off-season, the price/performance ratio is quite high, but the wireless is terrible, there is no network in the room, you can check in early, it is quite close to the train station, not far from the attractions, and there are many Chinese restaurants on the road next to it
The location is great! It only takes 8 minutes to walk to the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. And they are all reached quickly within a straight line. It is also convenient to buy daily necessities nearby, Carrefour is a 5-minute walk away. The only drawback is that there are probably too many restaurants around, and you can smell the smell of cooking in the restaurants in the morning and evening...
The location is very good, just a few minutes from the train station. A family of 4 was given two rooms, the rooms are not big, but the minibar is all free and replenished every day, which is very good.
Good service. Great location. Easy to find. 5 minutes walk from the train station. Close to the Central Market. The room is small, but it has a nice design.
The counter staff was very friendly. Even when I returned to the hotel at 11pm, there were still people on duty, which made me feel safe and secure. For a 3-star-hotel that was simply not enough. The room was ok, nothing special. But the walls are so thin you can nearly hear every room in the floor. Sadly the management made the decision to surround our room with a school class on expedition on our last night which didn't help making up for everything else. The international breakfast was still pretty italian heavy which is fine but there weren...

In the heart of Florence. I needed a place because of a problem with another booking somewhere else in Florence. I found fantastic and helpful staff, the price was extremely cheap (I was given a triple room for 50 euros). It was sparkling clean and it includes a breakfast. Very recommended.
I was here with my family this week! Our stay was good! The location is perfect and you can reach everything just by walk! Room was big and clean, bathroom was a little small. Breakfast good! The staff is amazing! I wanna thank them all!

Wonderful place, cellar and restaurant, very kind staff, very spacious and well maintained rooms. Comfort in the restaurant/breakfast room and breathtaking view. To return in summer, given the beautiful pool
Such a beautiful place, great wines and very friendly staff. Besides that a great base from which to discover Tuscany.
The location is amazing 😻 We stayed for 1 night there. The staff are amazing, the ambiance was great, room was so nice, but they have a problem with pest control, mosquitos everywhere around the hotel, the menu is limited and doesn’t suits Muslims, also some guests are too noisy in the night.
Beautiful place with lovely outdoor seating to enjoy a fine dining experience. Food and quality is very high. Everything was great from the service to the meals we had. You get great value for your price. It’s worth a visit but make sure to make a reservation in advance if you are not staying at the hotel because they are usually fully booked and reserve their tables for their guests.

This is a very relaxing and beautiful place very close to Florence. Our Room was very nice and we enjoyed hanging out at the pool. I must say, for a 2-star hotel I was pleasantly surprised. Upon entering the room, my 1st thoughts were "Oh my goodness, this is cramped and small". But to my surprise, a couple of things: (i) The hotel is next to one of the busiest streets in Florence and across from the hotel, is an open-air bar with a big-screen TV. There was some soccer game last night, and young people were drinking and making...
The hotel itself was lovely, with clean rooms and good breakfast. This is a good location, although in full onslaught of the afternoon sun. The hotel is a very tired hotel, which is a real pity as it has a great location, beautiful architecture and a nice lounge - which is now very drepressive and mainly for the cat. I think this hotel is too expensive for what it offers, which is very basic offering. It is over priced especially as : - there is 1 towel , 1 handtowel...
Great value for money. The rooms are clean, the staff is very nice and breakfast is fantastic. Visited on my own for 5 nights for conference purposes. Not far from downtown (half an hour walk through historic venues) or 15 minutes bus ride. Highly recommended.
It's in a great location. The staff was very kind. They answered all our questions about the city. The breakfast was okay, but you can find much better options in pasticcerias nearby. The only problem with the room was the squeaky ceiling, because when people were moving around in the room above ours, we could clearly hear them.
Huge thank you to Erwal for his extraordinary hospitality! Our stay was more than wonderful and we were just a 12 minute walk to the center of town. Everything we needed was taken care of in a timely manner and restaurant recommendations were excellent.

This hotel is amazing, service is superb, very nice and accommodating. They serviced mailing to the US which helped us shipping our wine and stuff. I would highly recommend. Big rooms and big dining area. Love the Filipino staff too.
Decent hotel, clean room, easy check in.
Good hotel overall, away from the city (but closer to the airport). Beds had hard edges and we both hurt ourselves (huge WHS risk).

It is in the best location, close to Santa Maria Novella Station and Duomo. It is good to come in and rest when you are tired from traveling. It is a trendy and cleanly decorated hotel, and the facilities are well-maintained, so I liked it. I want to stay there again next time I come to Florence.
The hotel is in the city center near the train station. The location is very good. It is a 5-8 minute walk from the train station and a 3-5 minute walk from the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. Very polite and friendly staff. Hotel location is wonderful for seeing all the main sights in town. The room is very nice with a comfy bed, and a hot shower. For the price it’s a great location. You do have to refill your own water bottle, but that’s really not a big deal.

The staff were friendly and informative, great location, nice shower, but the bed was too stiff. It was noisy at night, but that wasn't too bad considering how close everything was. The rooftop restaurant is ok, too hot and only one staff person to wait. The downstairs cafe on the corner is nice for a bite.
The hotel is very well located next to the Duomo and all the major shops and attractions, there is a bar at Roftop (expensive and without food options, but there is one). The service from the staff was with that ugly, short and rude face, the room, although quite spacious, was not pleasant, a mini fan for three beds which was of no use, I have never sweated so much at night, the bathroom was renovated...
Excellent location, steps from the cathedral. The hotel is very neat, it has an elevator and a beautiful rooftop with excellent views of the city. As it shares the elevator with access to the rooftop, it is usually more requested than normal. The room is small and we had a hard time sleeping due to the noise coming from the street at night, despite being on a high floor.
Very pleasant and central hotel, the rooms are full of charm, a very beautiful rooftop awaits you at the top. a downside for the shower which really deserves to be redone and the installation of double glazing in the windows for the rooms seems to me to be an important point: a lot of noise at night, the local professionals take advantage of the calm of the city at night to load and unload everything...

The place is comfortable and the breakfast is pretty good, but I wouldn't recommend it if you are without a vehicle. It's about 20-30 minutes out of city center by bus and the station is at the foot of the hill the hotel is at the top of.
Really enjoyed my stay. The people that run the hotel are unbelievably welcoming and friendly. I really hope I get the opportunity to come back just for their hospitality alone.
Hotel has a quaint charm, it is a 30 minute walk from the city centre and a 20 minute walk to the best views in Florence at Michelangelo Point. The breakfast is delightful. Do not pass up on the eggs. The staff are always friendly and happy to help. There are no fridges in the rooms however so be aware.

Great location, clean and very nice, friendly staff. The shower is very difficult to step into and would be my only negative. I probably would not stay just because of that ( I am on the shorter side) but older adults might have a difficult time with it as well.
