The boss is very nice and the location is very good, very close to the main attractions. The 24-hour front desk is worth praising and the breakfast is also good.

The drain in the bathroom is a bit clogged. The sound insulation is average. The hygiene is OK.

Nothing special but good value for your money

This hotel is really great. I chose the annex building, which has a great environment and atmosphere. The breakfast was also very rich, the internet was stable, and the room was clean. It is very close to the core attractions. Brilliant! It is literally 500yds from the Duomo - turn left and that's it! The street is mainly pedestrianised, but lively with shoppers. It is a short walk to all the other major sites of interest and handy for both bus and rail stations. I stay at this hotel almost every time I bring a group to Florence for business. The price is quite reasonable. The rooms are a bit dated, but I guess that adds to the character of the building.
