I booked a triple room with my friend. The double bed was big, and the single bed was a little small but still enough for sleeping. There is also a small kitchen in the room where you can cook. The bathroom has good lighting, which is very suitable for makeup needs. It is within walking distance to downtown Florence, and there are many bus options

The room was better than expected, convenient transportation, complete with pots and pans

Amazing hotel, large clean rooms, friendly service.

Just outside the old town, a very comfortable hotel with a beautiful small garden. From the 5th floor rooftop you can enjoy the dome and tower of Santa Maria del Fiore. The rooms are fully equipped, the hotel is decorated in a modern and artistic style, and the service is attentive and friendly.

Sabina was an excellent host. She did a great tour with us ($). We did not do the in house breakfast due to numerous restaurants in the immediate area. Great steam closet in the bathroom!

This is a nice clean hotel in a spectacular location. You simply can’t beat the location and the hotel has done a great job of updating the rooms in an old building. We will stay here again on our next visit to Florence.

Saturday night there was some noise coming from the restaurant. Generally the rooms are not that much noise protected from the hallway.

It took a while to find the hotel location. The front desk staff was very kind. When we went back early in the morning and wanted slippers, he took the time to find them for us. The only downside to the hotel is that the shower room is very small.

Stayed at the Monna Lisa for 4 nights and it was delightful. The staff were very welcoming whether at reception, in the restaurant, or at the bar. Our room, number 35, was excellent and all that we could have wished for. The hotel was in an excellent location for numerous restaurants and the many cultural highlights that Florence has to offer. Owners gave some great recommendations and directions. Easy to use nearby public transportation. Issue with maintenance in kitchen had no impact on breakfast as they provided us with coupons to bar across street. Late loud neighbors upstairs but you can't have everything. Otherwise phenomenal.

I don't see this as a 4 star hotel. The room we stayed in is very basic. There's a little kitchenette inside but no cutleries or cooking utensils were included. The shower stall is small and a little worn down. Overall, it gave us a comfortable place to sleep, and we really appreciate the complimentary breakfast.

The rooms are more spacious than the other hotels we've visited but it's very simple and not really big on decor. The alleyway on the side of the hotel can get loud but it dies down around 11:00pm. Hotel 23 Rossol is conveniently located close to major attractions and transport facilities. Although the layout of the hotel is a bit complicated, the services at the front desk and bellman are very friendly. The breakfast has rich choices, tastes good and is satisfying. For a 4 star hotel, I was slightly disappointed by the standards of the hotel room. We booked one with a balcony which was nice (although I feel the balcony barrier should be taller for safety reasons) but bits of the floor was falling apart. We’ve had an excellent one night stay here. Before we even arrived they helped us find safe and affordable parking for our camper (Garage Medici - also fantastic service!).
