This hotel is very old, and the facilities feel like they are from a long time ago. The phone is also broken. The decoration is very dark. The room is large, but there are too many mirrors, which makes people feel unsafe.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Central location with tram stop right outside which took us wherever we wanted in the city so easy. Hotel itself was lovely room was spacious, bed was large and comfortable breakfast included at bistro next door. Highly recommend.

The heating is insufficient, the tram outside the window is noisy, and the guests upstairs are even noisier. This is a hotel with no sound insulation at all. The room is large, clean and cost-effective. The train station is just a few hundred meters away. The breakfast is abundant. Sitting in the restaurant eating breakfast and doing it to pedestrians crossing the street will feel like they are walking on a catwalk.

Rooms and service are good however at night it is difficult to sleep due to the amount of noise outside with trams, people yelling or shouting or cars driving by plus the sofa bed is very uncomfortable and bath is way too small.

Very disappointing stay. €500 + for the first 2 nights, and the room we were offered had peeling water stained wallpaper, and a windeow that couldn't be seen out of. The hotel is at a very convenient location, making it easy to get around. It is right opposite the central station, and our room had a good view of it. There are also numerous restaurants in that area, making it easy to find a nice place for dinner. It's also within walking distance to Corso Buenos Aires for shopping. Breakfast was nice and the staff at the restaurant were very helpful.

The room was sparkling clean and the overall ambience really lived up to its name. Location wise is also great.

The hotel is not big, of course most hotels in Europe are like this. I recommend a suite. I booked a double room at first, but it was too small for two men and I had a lot of luggage on a business trip. In the end, I spent 75 euros a night to upgrade to a suite. I recommend a suite for business trips. It won’t cost much more if you book early on Ctrip.

We booked a room with balcony and 2 queen size beds but there was no balcony and 1 bed is just a sofa bed. The hotel just said “I’m sorry” without any explanation. We came back very late and I think they knew we would change room so gave us something not good. The hotel is not trustworthy. Not recommended to book.

The hotel looks nice for the shared area but the room is more like a 2 star hotel instead of 4. It’s located 10mins away from the metro station, a decent walk away. If you just want somewhere to sleep for the night, this might be the place but if you want somewhere to relax and enjoy, look elsewhere.

I booked this for a colleague on a business trip. The location seemed decent, but the bed was tiny, and there weren't any better options nearby. Accommodation in Milan is truly expensive, lol! It was okay overall, just very cramped.

Not worth the money. It's true that the hotel has a really good location, close to San Siro and the staff is really helpful and well mannered. The beds are very comfy but everything feels old and the quality of stuff inside the hotel is not what it should be. Even complementary water that each guest gets in his room is in a plastic/paper package (not bottle) that smells unnatural when opened.

Average hotel, a bit far away from everything. Rooms are ok, but look a bit run-down. All materials seem to be very cheap.
