This hotel is very old, and the facilities feel like they are from a long time ago. The phone is also broken. The decoration is very dark. The room is large, but there are too many mirrors, which makes people feel unsafe.
Stayed here for 3 nights. Central location with tram stop right outside which took us wherever we wanted in the city so easy. Hotel itself was lovely room was spacious, bed was large and comfortable breakfast included at bistro next door. Highly recommend.
The staff was all very nice. But unfortunately the room looked freshly renovated but everything is just cheaply done. The toilet flushing didn’t really work and water runs all the time. The bed is very hard, not comfortable at all. The room smells like cheap fragrance. The breakfast looks good on the pictures but the hot water was lukewarm. They don’t have soy milk. The staff started putting things...
Location is excellent, tram and metro nearby, room was large enough, shower a bit crowded, i didn't like the pillows, too large and not fluffy . breakfast was good, large variety and service was good. For gluten free minimal variety.
The heating is insufficient, the tram outside the window is noisy, and the guests upstairs are even noisier. This is a hotel with no sound insulation at all. I spent the whole night thinking: What is the difference between me and the homeless people on the street? Oh, the homeless people saved more than 300 euros. The next day, I begged the hotel to change to another room and finally slept for 4 hours...
The room is large, clean and cost-effective. The train station is just a few hundred meters away. The breakfast is abundant. Sitting in the restaurant eating breakfast and doing it to pedestrians crossing the street will feel like they are walking on a catwalk.

Good staff and clean room. Overall good experience
The location is perfect, the train station and subway station are very easy to access as well as restaurants and stores. The street didn't feel that safe though, so I wouldn't necessarily recommend walking alone at night. The staff was very friendly except the gentleman at the reception. The entire hotel was very clean, including the rooms but it would definitely need an upgrade machine wise. We had...
Excellent. Yes, it is small but very good. For one person, short business travel is perfect
4.5 stars!!! Rooms are clean and spacious! ( toilets are hugeee but the bed is a whee small). Around a 10 min walk from Milan centrale and there is a PAM convenience stall downstairs. Water pressure is good and staff is very friendly!! Nothing to complain. Will stay there again!
A pleasant stay. Clean rooms and kind service. Bathroom can be renovated. But, shame - they never heard of Montenegro - their neighbor country?!

we recently stayed at Crivi's Hotel in Milan and had a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent, with easy access to public transportation and close to many of the city's main attractions. The hotel itself is clean, modern, and well-maintained. The room was comfortable and well-appointed with all the necessary amenities. I particularly appreciated the comfortable bed and the cleanliness...
Rooms and service are good however at night it is difficult to sleep due to the amount of noise outside with trams, people yelling or shouting or cars driving by plus the sofa bed is very uncomfortable and bath is way too small.
Great price-performance ratio in comparison to other hotels in Milano! (150 euros per night) Sure, the rooms are old-fashioned, but that can feel like time travel (in a positive way) and everything except for the soap in the bathtub worked. Our room was relatively clean and we really appreciated the indoor parking (a closed-off garage within the hotel which costs 30 euros per car/night and 15 euros...
Good location and nice old style neat hotel
I spent my 2 nights in Milan in this sophisticated hotel. From check in to check out, everywhere went smoothly and perfectly fine! The room has a beautiful vintage touch and great balcony view. Breakfast was included too. I highly recommend!
We were lucky to book this Hotel, although not exactly at the center but it is almost 10 to 15 minutes away walking from all major attractions in Milan. The rooms are good, could do better with an extra electric kettle and some bath slippers, but never the less they were good. The breakfast buffet is decent and has a collection of salads, scrambled eggs, cheese, fruits, sweet pastries, coffee and...

Very nice hotel in 5 minutes walk from metro station Gambara, a lot of true Italian restaurants just near the hotel. 20 minutes from Duomo, 25 from Milano Centrale FS. Magnificent breakfast (everything you want, and more) on the 5th floor with a view.
For the price, the hotel's location is quite good. It's about a 20-euro taxi ride to the Duomo, and the metro is extremely convenient, with the station just a 5-minute walk away. Nearby, there's a restaurant called Osteria Molo 13, which I believe is a local seafood chain. They offer a great variety of seafood, including oysters and mussels, and it's excellent value for money. While the breakfast...
It's a 7-8 minute walk to the subway, making it very convenient to reach the city center. However, the room decor is a bit dated, and the AC was quite loud.
Right across the street, there's Milan's best Chinese restaurant, which is incredibly convenient.
This was my second stay, and the hotel is now under new management. While the rooms are a bit small, the facilities are good, breakfast is fantastic, and the staff are lovely. My primary reason for choosing it is its convenient proximity to my client's house.

I recently stayed at UNA Hotels Mediterraneo Milano and had a pleasant experience overall. The staff were exceptionally friendly. Service was good, except for the parking. Good breakfast, overall recommended.

This hotel was fine. Just fine. The floor I was on was pretty quiet, and the hotel itself is close to the train and walking distance to many things. My colleague had a good experience with dinner at the restaurant. Things that were not great- we booked the room for the night before we arrived so it would be available to us when we got there early morning. This was clearly not followed as when I arrived...
Decent location but staff were not very friendly or helpful and seemed slightly judgmental when asking questions in English. They're restaurant had good food however there was surcharges we were not told about and that staff were later on hesitant to answer about. Room was clean and comfortable.
Easy 5min walk from Milano Central Railway station. Mable floors, columns, and traditional Italian decor as you walk in followed by clean comfortable quiet room are perfect after a 25 hour journey from Australia. Good space in room for 2 with luggage and spacious clean bathroom. Breakfast was a highlight. Best plain yogurt I’ve had anywhere. Complimentary espresso coffee and plenty of staff to keep...
Very disappointing stay. €500 + for the first 2 nights, and the room we were offered had peeling water stained wallpaper, and a windeow that couldn't be seen out of. When we complained we moved into a much smaller room that was pleasant enough. The next day clothing items left on the bed were taken and misplaced. Ever since its been one excuse after another with no resolution. Very limited facilities...
Booked 2 rooms. Nice and easy check in, friendly staff. Rooms clean and comfortable but looking a bit dated. Good selection at breakfast, lemon cake was lovely. Restaurant and bar doesn't open on a Sunday, but wasn't a problem for us. Check out was at 11.00.

The hotel is at a very convenient location, making it easy to get around. It is right opposite the central station, and our room had a good view of it. There are also numerous restaurants in that area, making it easy to find a nice place for dinner. It's also within walking distance to Corso Buenos Aires for shopping. Breakfast was nice and the staff at the restaurant were very helpful.
A 3-minute walk from Milan main train station. Very big suite with a living room with sofa (can be converted as sofa bed), separate from the bedroom. Big toilet with bathtub. Room and the toilet was clean. The gym was a bit small. Slightly darker rooms, hallways and gym, not enough lights. Buffet breakfast with a big variety of foods.
The room was sparkling clean and the overall ambience really lived up to its name. Location wise is also great.
I would highly recommend this hotel . It’s a beautiful clean and a stylish modern hotel. It might not be glamorous or highly luxurious . I would come again with no problem. The price is resonable and breakfast are beautiful enough. Good spread and good quality .

Very nice! Overall quality of rooms, hallways even smelt nice, lovely downstairs breakfast area, central location, close to public transport, lovely tree-lined area in front. Just really good tbh, would come again 👍
We had a pleasant stay at Hotel Nasco in Milan. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with any request, which made the atmosphere warm and inviting. Very friendly staff at the reception and the bellman. I have got a good impression of the bellman who came to our car to bring our luggage and waited at the entrance of the garage to guide us to park. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable.
Very nice hotel. Breakfast good choice, however a bit chaotic when busy and staff a little unfriendly. No system as to if you were staying at the hotel. Only one coffee machine 😜 Despite us not wanting towels changed on a daily basis to save the environment (we were only there for 3 nights) and a notice telling us what to do, they were changed. Otherwise we would stay there again. Easy access to centre...
The hotel is not big, of course most hotels in Europe are like this. I recommend a suite. I booked a double room at first, but it was too small for two men and I had a lot of luggage on a business trip. In the end, I spent 75 euros a night to upgrade to a suite. I recommend a suite for business trips. It won’t cost much more if you book early on Ctrip.

We booked a room with balcony and 2 queen size beds but there was no balcony and 1 bed is just a sofa bed. The hotel just said “I’m sorry” without any explanation. We came back very late and I think they knew we would change room so gave us something not good. The hotel is not trustworthy. Not recommended to book.
Very good quality hotel. Easily accessibility via central station or Metro line. Excellent breakfast and staff service. Highly recommended.
The hotel room is clean and the breakfast is good!
Great location. Close to metro station. Nice big room. Clean.
The hotel looks nice for the shared area but the room is more like a 2 star hotel instead of 4. It’s located 10mins away from the metro station, a decent walk away. If you just want somewhere to sleep for the night, this might be the place but if you want somewhere to relax and enjoy, look elsewhere.
I booked this for a colleague on a business trip. The location seemed decent, but the bed was tiny, and there weren't any better options nearby. Accommodation in Milan is truly expensive, lol! It was okay overall, just very cramped.

Black mold growing on the walls and INSIDE the refrigerator. I had nowhere to keep my food. Not sure why the refrigerator isn’t being cleaned between stays but it was jarring to see that it wasn’t. Not worth the money. It's true that the hotel has a really good location, close to San Siro and the staff is really helpful and well mannered. The beds are very comfy but everything feels old and the quality of stuff inside the hotel is not what it should be. Even complementary water that each guest gets in his room is in a plastic/paper package (not bottle) that smells unnatural when opened.
There is a certain noise problem exists with the hotel. There is a train station right in front and also a road. Because of that they have put a silencer in the room. Rooms are clean however things are old.

This is a classic Italian hotel though there has been clear efforts to modernise and it shows! All of the reception staff were multi-lingual and very friendly. One of the best hotels I have been to. Close to the Navigli which is a plus. The rooms were clean the breakfast was great and the overall service was great
Average hotel, a bit far away from everything. Rooms are ok, but look a bit run-down. All materials seem to be very cheap. Breakfast was ok too, besides the scrumbled eggs (no taste at all) and the American coffee. It's definitely better to ask for an Espresso.
