Hotel looks good but nothing special compared to others. Location isn't the best. Breakfast was acceptable. Bed was very nice an pleasant. They were hosting a party and guests were bumping into other people, loud music and unexpected atmosphere.

Accurate information about facilities are usually not mentioned properly online. No one is available at the bar to serve drinks for more than half the day, no drinks available in minibar in room. Even though there was a sign saying that no cleaning was required, the cleaning staff opened the door without permission. I was traveling alone, so this was extremely scary. Also, the actual room was quite different from the photo, and it was bigger than it was in the photo, so I wish they would update their website. It just felt weird.

It was out of electricity in the midnight till I checked out. No air conditioning in the whole night. Also I have to downstair taking my big luggage from 7th floor to ground floor.

The hotel was very nice and the location 100 meters from the Duomo and a Metro station can't be beat. The room itself was fine after figuring out a few things that keep the design clean (toilet paper behind a door in the wall, tissues in a drawer in the vanity, slightly awkward taps).

It is a 4-star hotel in Monza. It is an old building and the interior furniture feels old. The bed was a bit small and the breakfast was average.

I had a wonderful time at AS Hotel Monza, I arrived late but the receptionist was really kind. I especially liked the car park which I could see from my room and it made my stay comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and more than enough. Also, I could stay till 12 the last day.

The hotel staff kept the place clean and organized, and the parking spaces were provided for each hotel room - and they were behind a gate so it was very safe.

Serious bed bugs issue at room 501!!! I stayed one night before catching afternoon flight out from MXP airport so all red bumps started showing up when I arrived at the airport. I had to endure the itch and pain through 10 hours flight back home! Best Western Hotel? Never ever again!

The front desk staff was very friendly. They even arranged a room for us when we arrived early. They also enthusiastically helped us resolve the issue of finding the wrong floor. The room was clean, and the facilities were acceptable. The only problem was that the room was quite small, and the elevator was quite cramped. It was only suitable for two people with two suitcases. No more space.

The quilt is not a complete one; it consists of two layers of sheets and a quilt core. The environment is quite old, and even the curtains are only a thin layer. Half of the windows receive no sunlight, making the room very dim and damp. There isn't even a bottle of drinking water, but the reception was very warm and the service attitude was excellent.

The bed is big and comfortable. It is close to Milan Station and has convenient transportation.

The hotel location is ideal. Staff is very welcoming and accommodating. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is ok. But common space is scarce is not exceptional: there is no lobby, the entrance is almost through a garage, and very small, which leaves very small space yo rest if you re not in your room.

Had a very comfortable one night stay during our honeymoon. We were upgraded to one of the junior suites and it was very spacious. Separate rooms for the toilet and shower, with two sinks, which was nice and gave us extra space. The bed was comfortable, towels were plush, and the shower was fantastic!
