Hotel Indigo Milan, Milan1 / 29

Milan, Corso Monforte 27 🧭 Map
There were three of us, two adults and one child, and we booked a double room. Upon arrival, we were asked to upgrade to a suite with an extra bed for 180 euros per day. Minors were exempt from city tax, but when we checked out, there was an extra 100 euros. I couldn't quite figure out what the tax was. Perhaps the difference in tax was due to the change in room price. Overall, the room was nice, and...
Indigo is a must-stay hotel in Milan every time I go on a business trip:). It has convenient transportation. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to dumo and 5 minutes to walk to Napoleon Shopping Street. There is also Cova, which is a must-visit every time I go there. It is really eight streets away from Cova in China. The hotel breakfast brand is okay, mainly delicious mixed berry yogurt bowls. After...
Hotel in great location n newly renovated. Reception staff Joyce is exceptionally good and even waiters in restaurant are well trained and give impeccable service. We love Indigo so much we’re already planning our next trip to Milan
Nice modern hotel close to the city center. Underground parking is 2 mins away which is very convenient. Breakfast is good. Highly recommended
Great location, very close to the city center; Rich breakfast with good taste coffee; excellent services by very friendly staff; nicely decorated room; good atmosphere in the lobby and garden in the middle
This hotel is in a great location in close proximity to the Duomo. The staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed in a premium room by which was a decent size and nicely furnished. The downside was the room was very warm and there was a lot of road noise coming from outside, even with the windows closed. The breakfast was alright but hot items like eggs, bacon bits and sausages were cold which was...

The hotel is alright, but I was expecting something better given the description and its star rating.
TLDR; find another hotel. The room is stifling and the air conditioning has never worked. Even if you turn it to the coolest temperature, it only gives out heat. We told the hotel staff after the first night, they seemed to check it but was never came back with an answer if the AC is working properly or not. We had to open the windows to let the cool air in all nights. They provide all-in-one shampoo...
Everything is Ok, except towels are dirty, don’t understand why?
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great Hotel, Great Location – Don’t Let the Bed Bug Comment Scare You! At first, I was a bit unsure after seeing a review mentioning bed bugs — but honestly, I think that may have just been a one-off or a disgruntled guest. Everyone gets them! Personally, I had no issues at all. The hotel was clean, tidy, and well-maintained. I didn’t make it to breakfast during my stay, but I did catch a...
Hotel was good and clean but quite small. Shower space is super tiny! I’m super tiny already and couldn’t shower properly, can’t imagine bigger size person to use the shower space. Other than that it was ok and the staff were friendly
This is an older building that’s currently being renovated. We had a spacious corner room, spacious bathroom but aircon vent was dirty. Reasonably convenient location to tram/metro. Offered luggage storage post check out. Friendly staff.

Nice location outside but not in the rushed area of the city. Staff was great. there is a cheap and good restaurant in front. Parking not always available
Nice hotel but is far way from the center
Don't be deterred by the first impression - from the outside, the hotel does not look appealing, but everything inside was really nice and good. The rooms are very clean and sufficiently spacious (one star removed for a hanging shower door and a minor electrical issue), and the breakfast buffet caters to various tastes. The best thing about our stay was the staff, who were all super friendly and accommodating...
Rooms are good & clean. Parking is paid. Near to Highway. Breakfast is not that much great. Staff is friendly and supportive.
Staff are really, really helpful and particularly friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Our room had a nice view out to the Milan skyline which was particularly nice especially at night. Although situated out of the city centre, getting to the hotel was easy; a 6-7 minute bus ride from the local subway station drops you right outside the hotel. The bus is regular and operates well into the...

Very nice hotel for traveling and we can pick up it again in the next time.
Location is convenient and may restaurants surrounding by. Just 7-8mins by walk from the train station. The breakfast was served by buffet and the variety was great. We enjoyed the stay in this hotel.
Near the train station, there are good restaurants around, it is very convenient to go anywhere, the hotel facilities are a bit old, the service is good and very enthusiastic, the breakfast looks very rich, and they can also help to heat it up.
It was cheap, the breakfast was good, the staff was very friendly, and most of all, it was clean, so you don't have to worry. It's close to the station, so it's close to the bus to the outlet, and it was convenient to use the ATM app to take the bus and tram. I like the hotel, it's great value for money!
Friendly staff, good room and bathroom, good location and nice lobby.
It has not hit water at nights, we arrive from late flight and water temperature was not hot. They said would be ON in the early morning….  Hotel is little bit old, but acceptable for a quick sleep.

The location of the hotel is really amazing. It's around the corner from the Duomo and shopping. However, make sure you really check the size of the room you're booking. It's the tiniest room I've ever stayed in, with only about 1.5 feet around the edge of the bed and that's it (there wasn't really even room for me to unzip my suitcase without it blocking access to the bed). I also had a few awkward...
A beautiful hotel in a perfect location. We stayed here over the Christmas holiday. The service was impeccable and the staff was extremely friendly. The rooms were beautiful and we loved the style. We are looking forward to returning for another visit soon.
The hotel is brilliantly situated in the centre of Milan, just across from the Duomo, many cafes and restaurants and the fabulous Milan shopping; we have stayed there many times. The staff are professional, friendly and helpful. The rooms and bathrooms are spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. We highly recommend Sina The Gray! Liz K.
My husband and I were impressed with the overall quality experience we had in this hotel. We were apprehensive when we booked this hotel because we normally do not stay in Small Luxury Hotels (SLH) we are used to the big hotels however we were amazed by the hospitality of the staff, from the lady who checked us in to the bell man. Not only that, the room is well appointed and it’s also very clean....
The environment is very good, in the city center, very convenient.
The hotel staff were extremely helpful in arranging transportation from/to the airport as well as to other cities on our trip. The room was upgraded free and was so very nice and comfortable. The location is central to the city center to walking was a breeze! Would definitely go back!

This is the first time we experienced no electricity in the hotel room.  We wait at the room and call for the reception to fix it.
Nice, basic, business hotel. Nothing fancy but everything you need. Which is the whole idea when you just need a clean place to sleep. Very well located, 9 minutes walk to Ca Granda Metro station. Nice breakfast buffet. Lobby desk staff very attentive.
Everything was very good (service, food, beds) except extremely old elevator, bathroom, rest rooms near taverna on the ground floor. This building must be renovated as soon as possible. The breakfast is quite poor for 4 stars. Very strange and not very comfortable pillows, but good mattress. Common air conditioner first day didn't work at all. We were wet during the whole night. This hotel was great, the staff were amazing , rooms spacious, clean and comfortable. The only reason I haven’t given a ten is because the air conditioning in our room wasn’t the best but it’s nice that you can open the windows. Apart from that everything was perfect . Overall is quite good. We booked the double room for 2 adults and 1 kids (5 years old), but we have to upgrade our room to triple room with extra charge. I have complained about this because our child don't need to upgrade to triple room but they said this is the regulation of their hotel, while we also lived at novotel milano, they are not like this.

For the past three years, Sheraton Diana Majestic has been my home whenever I’m in Milan. Nestled in a charming, historic building, the hotel exudes timeless character. The rooms vary in layout, each with its own unique charm—yes, they may be a little aged, but everything works perfectly: from the lighting and TV to the hot water, air conditioning, and heating. I've enjoyed breakfast here several...
Nice quiet hotel with a perfect location, 2 min to metro station, and 2 minutes to train station. If you want to use the tram, it's just out the door. Shops and all types of restaurants minutes away. Friendly staff, fast response. 3rd time and will not be the last.
I recently stayed at the Sheraton Diana Majestic in Milan and overall had a wonderful experience. The hotel has a historic charm that’s hard to find in more modern places. Its best features are definitely the beautiful garden and the outstanding breakfast. The garden feels like a hidden oasis in the middle of the busy city — peaceful, green, and the perfect spot to enjoy a coffee or a drink. It truly...
I had a work meeting and dinner at the place so I cannot say anything about the rooms. The business meeting rooms and the bar and the dining area are great and food was excellent. The area is very central and parking can be a nightmare but don't worry as the place has an internal (small) parking lot.
Great hotel in Milan. It was an easy walk or drive to everywhere in the city. The staff was friendly and nice and they upgraded our room upon check-in. They would call us a cab whenever we needed it and they also got us reservations for dinner every night. We love this hotel and we will be back sometime soon. Highly recommend this for anyone coming from America who is looking for a good hotel in Italy

It is the best hotel for its price range. You will find everything you need in the hotel number: electric kettle, coffee machine, good bath set (shampoo and bath foam), slippers and many other things that are usually misses by other hotels. Hair dryer in the number is valid and works fine. Thank you Colombia, will return here for sure!
The room is too small and the air conditioner isn't cooling.
Very decent hotel at a good price. It is located in a very convenient location near the central station and other public transport stops. The room was well furnished and very well cooled.
Very good in all respects. Large room, clean, very good breakfast, kind staff. Many restaurants and shops in the neighborhood, good connection to the Metro. I recommend.
The location is great, just a few minutes' walk away, and it's quite clean. However, the facilities and rooms are rather old, as it's a hotel converted from an old building, which is a unique feature, I suppose.
Nice 4 star hotel with a good breakfast. Gluten free bread and biscuits were available upon request. Good location and nice restaurants are close.

Spacious room for family of 4, 7 minute walk to Afori Centro Metro Station (M3). Direct line to Duomo. 5 minute walk to Esselunga supermarket. One negative about the room is that during the day the air condition would only blow cold air thus making the room cold. During the night it blew hot air so we didnt make any complaint. Maybe you should look into this especially for winter months.
The hotel has a great location and a metro by less than 5 minutes walking, the room have a good size ando also the bathroom but the beds are too hard and the shower too small. About services I think the hotel needs improvements to deserve the 4 starts classification.
Very helpful and friendly staff, and a great location. The hotel is a short walk from Affori Centro, with several minimarts nearby that stay open late into the night.
