There were three of us, two adults and one child, and we booked a double room. Upon arrival, we were asked to upgrade to a suite with an extra bed for 180 euros per day. Overall is quite good. We booked the double room for 2 adults and 1 kids (5 years old), but we have to upgrade our room to triple room with extra charge. I have complained about this because our child don't need to upgrade to triple room but they said this is the regulation of their hotel, while we also lived at novotel milano, they are not like this.

I had a work meeting and dinner at the place so I cannot say anything about the rooms. The business meeting rooms and the bar and the dining area are great and food was excellent. The area is very central and parking can be a nightmare but don't worry as the place has an internal (small) parking lot.

Great hotel in Milan. It was an easy walk or drive to everywhere in the city. The staff was friendly and nice and they upgraded our room upon check-in. They would call us a cab whenever we needed it and they also got us reservations for dinner every night. We love this hotel and we will be back sometime soon. It is the best hotel for its price range. You will find everything you need in the hotel number: electric kettle, coffee machine, good bath set (shampoo and bath foam), slippers and many other things that are usually misses by other hotels. Spacious room for family of 4, 7 minute walk to Afori Centro Metro Station (M3). Direct line to Duomo. 5 minute walk to Esselunga supermarket. One negative about the room is that during the day the air condition would only blow cold air thus making the room cold. During the night it blew hot air so we didnt make any complaint.
