Milan, Via Privata Polonia 10 🧭 Map
Hotel is ok, but location is a pit far, need to use taxi all the time, no lunch at hotel, and lobbybar close quite early 10PM
Ok hote, but location not good, if u use public transport!
A relatively satisfactory accommodation experience~~
Facilities: Very complete facilities, bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste
Hygiene: Someone comes to clean and clean every day🧹
Environment: It is relatively remote and far from the city center, but the hotel's environment is still good.
Service: OK. The door lock was broken and was repaired promptly. The breakfast was quite delicious.
Perfect service, beautiful structure, excellent quality food
Excellent hotel, kind and prepared staff and avant-garde room.
The hotel is located on the outskirts of Milan, the transport connection with the center is inconvenient, it is necessary to lay at least 45 minutes on the road to the center. By taxi, of course, it will be faster. Once an hour, a free shuttle bus leaves the hotel from the hotel to the nearest metro station of the red line, you can also get there on your own by bus 35 (traffic interval 20-30 minutes...

Facilities: free minibar, air conditioning, slippers
Sanitation: very clean
Environment: five minutes walk from the main fire, not far from restaurants and supermarkets, ten minutes by bus from the city center
Services: free room upgrade, storage provided
WiFi is divided into rooms, the network is a bit poor in the room closest to the edge
Convenient location, 6 mins walk to Milan Central Station.
Reception service can improve, especially the night shift. I was check in late after midnight, it took around 40mins to finally settle in. Issues involved 20mins cleaning/maintenance work. 20mins of resolving the key card issue, it didn’t work. Think the check in service was not properly handled.
The hotel is clean and tidy, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the front desk is friendly and professional. The transportation is convenient, the surrounding facilities are complete, and the overall experience exceeds expectations. It is worth recommending! ! !
The location is very good. We checked in late, so they extended our check-out time and upgraded our room type.
Great staff and clean interiors. Rooms were bigger than I thought.
The room is well designed, with a free mini bar. The location is also quite convenient, about a 10-minute walk from the train station. The experience is very good!

I always stay here. I am happy to come back again and again. I like everything: location, price, staff, cleanliness
great location, quite clean, but the room is too small. Overall everything is fine for me.
It is conveniently located about an 8-minute walk from the station and the airport bus terminal. We returned from Venice on the 7pm train and stayed the night before our flight the next day, so it was perfect.
Perfect location 2 minutes away from metro station Centrale. Friendly staff. We stay in the 7th floor room, and it is quiet with a comfortable bed. Ideal choice for three days trip.
The Hotel Canova presents both positive and negative aspects. Among the positive points, there is the excellent location, very close to the train and metro station, Milano Centrale, as well as the comfort of the beds, the spacious bathroom, and the good facilities at the reception.
On the negative side, The space for three people is not ample, the cleanliness of the apartment left something to be...

We were transferred to Una Verticale. This hotel is 20 mins walk to train station and 30 mins walk to duomo. Near to this hotel there is a restaurant called Eataly also a pizza place.
Hotel shower is strong but the drainage system is not very good. So cannot turn the tap too strong. Water may overflow out of the toilet. Aircon is good and silent. Bed is firm. Overall is a nice hotel to stay. Breakfast...
Great value for money! The room was huge, over 30 square meters, and my friend's room even had a treadmill. We stayed on the second floor, but the fourth floor smelled really bad right outside the elevator – couldn't tell what it was.
Ended our trip to Milan staying at this hotel. The room was spacious, breakfast was excellent, and the location was convenient.
the room was nice and huge. one of the nicest hotels we stayed in Italy at a good price. place is near Milan Main Station which was a 5 min walk. we stayed in the top floor tho couldn’t enjoy the view cause the hotel was undergoing construction. but overall place was nice, with free breakfast!
Location was 💯 - saw a lot of reviews saying hard to find the hotel: indeed at the beginning. Then i realised the entrance is actually next to a caffeteria (Atelier del Gusto) so what we did is to find this cafe on google map and follow the way OR search for via Filzi via Galvani tram stop🤭
Breakfast was great too.
Love taking tram around Milano👍🏽 - there's one stop(via Filzi via Galvani) right in...
The first time we tried to find the hotel, it took us ages because Google Maps gave us completely wrong directions. It told us to get off at Reppua station, which was a really long walk. Turns out, if you get off at Central FS, it's only a five-minute walk and super close to the train station. The hotel is located next to the Hyatt and there are plenty of dining options nearby. Good location, near to train and metro stations. easy to move around,
It's near the central station, not far to walk, easy to get to Duomo by metro, not far, not expensive, the shower water is very strong, I like it.
It was okay on the first day so I used it again
The condition of each room is different.ㅎㅎ
If you get lucky with the draw, it's clean and okay~~
It's good because it's close to the station
Good location nearby train station and very well connected with the city ente by metro
Good location, but facilities are old.
I would like to not use this hotel again, because the overall quality is expensive considering other hotels around. Or Milan is expensive

I stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed every single part of it! The staff was so kind and very helpful. They immediately took care of my bags once I arrived and even offered a list of areas/restaurants I should try or go to.

Good hotel convenience location. Simple delicious breakfast. Bright room windows with electric blackout curtains. Nice wellness workout station. Available rooftop bar after 6 pm. We loved stay here.
We had a great stay at this Hyatt. The staff was courteous and gracious. The rooms were clean and well appointed. We had the breakfast which was buffet style. It had been plenty of options for both children and adults, and helped ensure we all started off the day with a full tank.
The location is a ten minute walk from the train station.
Would rate this 5 out of 5 and would stay here again in a...
Great hotel, the wellness spa was so nice too! A shame we have to pay for it if we're paying guests at the hotel however. The cost of use should be incorporated into the stay cost. We had a fantastic stay at the PH Milan. Upon arriving to the hotel, everyone is absolutely fantastic and takes care of the bags immediately.
We checked in with Stefano who was very helpful. We were traveling with children and he helped us get situated into a room earlier so that they can have their nap. It was small attention to detail in regards to our stay that made this such a wonderful experience...
I would say this was the best hotel experience I’ve ever had—not just one of the best, but truly the most enjoyable.
Park Hyatt is always known for luxury, but the Milan property is on another level.

Can’t say enough great things about this hotel. Perfect location, amazing & attentive staff, beautiful rooms, top notch Globalist breakfast (and I never get breakfast at hotels but went every day), very nice spa and fitness center, and probably the best hotel room service I’ve had in I don’t know how long. We will definitely stay here next time we are in Milan!
Park Hyatt Milan was hands down the best hotel we stayed at during our time in Italy. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable — the doormen were attentive and welcoming, the front desk and room service teams were top-tier, and housekeeping kept everything spotless and perfectly maintained.
The rooms were absolutely beautiful — elegant, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. Breakfast...
The rooms in foreign countries are generally small. It was good to travel abroad during the May Day holiday. The service was very good, the customer service was very gentle, and the overall feeling was good. But it was a holiday. The price is still a bit high

Hotel is modern, but dated a bit. Could use some refreshment from paint on the walls etc.
The receptionist who was working when I got there was unpleasant and also asked for some private data that I nhad to report to my bank the same day. For security reasons.

The room was clean, but the shower. It was both old and dirty. This is unacceptable...
Hotel is clean, chat GPT gave me the wrong place, not clear about the location of the hotel. You need to walk to bus station, take the train to places you want to go. If with luggage, take a uber.
The service by a lady at Bar impressed me, she is smart and nice when we asked for some ice.

Wait, I'm still dreaming. Yes, I've spent three fantastic, dreamlike days in the center of Milan at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel. I was surrounded by oriental scents, by fantastic staff in every area—the lobby, the reception, the concierge, the spa. I had the opportunity to meet Maria, a true hair professional. She gave me a color and a color that perfectly suited my needs.
AT THE END THE RESTAURANT...
The staff were so welcoming and friendly. The room was exceptionally comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. The property is really beautiful and because its set back from the main road feels wonderfully quiet and private. The gym, pool and spa were the perfect start and end to the day.
I stayed at the Mandarin Oriental in Milan for five nights and at the Mandarin Oriental in Como for two nights. Both experiences were incredible. However, I must give special compliments to the team at the Mandarin Oriental Milan, especially to Enrico, the hotel manager, who was extremely courteou, he made a point of personally greeting us, escorting us to our room, and seeing us off when we left....
We had a very relaxing four nights at the hotel in Milan. Room was very well appointed and the location of the hotel wonderful for walking to all the important sights. Breakfast was excellent. We did find the dining room for breakfast a little dark and I think that is just down to the decoration with the dark high glaze tiles. Concierge service and reception was excellent and answered all our queries...
A true gem in the heart of Milan, the Mandarin Oriental. From the moment we arrived the hotel’s hospitality was outstanding. With our early arrival our rooms were not ready and we were invited to the Mandarin Garden for an afternoon drink. We were warmly greeted by Stephanie Greger, General Manager and Guglielmo Miriello, Director of Mandarin Garden.
We had a wonderful conversation with Stephanie...
Undeniably amongst the best service and attention we have ever received. The attention to detail, the continuous welcomes were above our expectations. The restaurant garden is definitely a must for elevated dining. The MO Spa is the city’s best kept secret. Its underground pool is so inviting. Add a treatment throughout your stay.

Great hotel with very friendly staff. They don't have an in-house gym but has partnered with one close by - my only complaint is that their partner gym has really odd hours so tough to work out if you're there for work. They open late and close quite early.

15 minutes walk from the central station. The street is very lively, full of shops, but to get to the Duomo you need to use the metro. The welcome from the staff was very good. The rooms are clean, but need some maintenance. Lively restaurant opposite. Overall the stay was very good.
I really liked the hotel, stylish, modern, exceptionally clean. They gave me a spacious two-level room, respect for that. The location is great, close to both the station and the Duomo, lots of shops around. I recommend it!

The single room I booked was upgraded to a two-story triple room, which was quite spacious, as it was a little noisy on the first floor. The hotel is in a good location, close to the subway and train station, on Central Avenue, very convenient for shopping, and there is a restaurant opposite that has a long queue of locals, and it is really delicious.

This is a good city hotel, belonging to the Best Western chain, with good service, especially for breakfast. The two garages are small and somewhat difficult to reach and get in (steep driveway, narrow entrances, low ceilings), but the staff is helpful in supporting the guests who need to park their cars. The rooms are small yet cozy. Good service and convenient location in the city.
no socket for your gadget. room is quite dark. bathroom is old. 2 bottle of water everyday and towels are replaced everyday. internet is good. Breakfast is good. Room is quite cramp.
Friendly and helpful staff, AC that works well and gets cold if that’s how you like it, very clean rooms with a cool aesthetic. Also, it’s very close to the M1 line so getting around town was super easy. Would absolutely stay here again!
Rooms are nice and clean. The reception was helpful and very friendly. Located just by the Tube/metro. To get into the center. Car park on site but I have a park car on the street by the hotel (just need to remember to pay it move car in the morning, info on signs)

If you need to visit a really busy city like Milano, this hotel has quite the elegance. Super staff, peaceful energy even while being in the city center. Stayed in Verdi’s room. Pretty exciting, but very quiet.
