Convenient location, 6 mins walk to Milan Central Station. Reception service can improve, especially the night shift. I was check in late after midnight, it took around 40mins to finally settle in. Issues involved 20mins cleaning/maintenance work. 20mins of resolving the key card issue, it didn’t work. Think the check in service was not properly handled.
