Room was clean and modern. There was air conditioning and all the other equipment you want for a nice stay. Breakfast was good and had different warm and cold food options. Only downside was that when we arrived late in the evening, check in took a while.

Very nice staff and fresh hotel rooms. The breakfast was like a mini buffet but had everything you needed. The hotel is more than appropriate for three star rating. The cleanliness is kept on a high level and the staff on all levels is very amiable. The breakfast is very good. The bathroom and particularly the shower are tight for persons of bigger size. Also all the TV channels are in Italian what may be inconvenient for non Italian guests.

Very good Hotel with good location

Not a very pleasant stay I have to say - the room was small and the mattress was not very good either. Hotel staff not very hospitable either. But location was good - just 1 min walk from the station. So perfect for those who want to catch early trains.

good hotel, not a good location

Staffs were great and nice. But the hotel located very far away from the central, and even any metro station. You can take bus, but the buses are unreliable for their timeliness and even the routes. The room was actually better than expected, but still you can see stains and dirts all over the bed and towels.

Excellent, it exceeded my expectations. The front desk staff were excellent; they even helped me print my boarding pass for free. Transportation was incredibly convenient – there's an elevator right by the entrance that takes you directly to the subway, and it's just one stop away from the Central Train Station.

Having stayed at various B&Bs and hotels throughout Italy, this hotel was by far the best. Both the room and bathroom were very spacious, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast service was excellent. Its location right next to the metro station was incredibly convenient! The only downside was showering in the bathtub, which felt quite cramped and made it hard to turn around.

Very nice and by far the largest hotel we stayed at in Italy. Rooms and bathrooms were much more spacious. Great location to the Duomo, shopping, and food. Would highly recommend.

The air conditioner didn't work

The room itself was clean and just as advertised. I booked this hotel since it advertised air conditioning. I am a very hot sleeper and need a fan or some kind of airflow. I learned that this does not mean it has cool air all of the time. Apparently Italy only allows thermostats to control heat only in fall and winter. Even if the thermostat has a cool setting it is only warming- not cooling. Learned...

Myself and my husband had a great stay in this hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable. Customer service in the hotel was excellent. 10/10 for location, the hotel is about 5 minutes walk from the train station and about thr same distance walk from metro.

Great location in lively canal area, a mere 25 minutes walk to the Duomo and city centre, close to metro station to go to Milan Centrale in 30 minutes. The room had all amenities: body cream, shower cap, free mineral water, a functioning safe. Bonus: spa on the top floor with a view, plus flip flops and towels. You're in the city center in a 30-minute walk or a 6-minute ride on public transport. There are cafes nearby for breakfast, and a Carrefour is right on the corner. In our room, the first day, there was a towel on the floor because the air conditioning was leaking, but they fixed it without any problem on the second day. Overall, the room was comfortable and had a small balcony.

Milan 3 Nights Staff was friendly and helpful, they gave us a plug converter because their outlets were different. The water in the shower did not consistently stay warm, but we made it work. The bed initially felt very firm, but we slept very well for 3 nights! Close to a lot of really good food! A/c worked great!!

I traveled to Europe for a week and attended the Milan Furniture Fair. The Bulgari Hotel was pretty good. Except for the high price, the accommodation was comfortable and the breakfast was OK. I will consider it next time.

Very good hotel: cozy rooms, cool friendly staff. Delicious breakfasts. The hotel location is convenient - 20 minutes walk to the Duomo, there are many good restaurants and cafes around. The only minus is that they did not put water and there was no kettle, only a coffee machine, but these are trifles.
