It’s not perfect but it’s value for money I would recommend. The breakfast was very good and the staff very polite the location is a bit far from city center. But I would stay there again. The room was very clean and comfortable.24 hours reception
Room was clean and modern. There was air conditioning and all the other equipment you want for a nice stay. Breakfast was good and had different warm and cold food options. Only downside was that when we arrived late in the evening, check in took a while.
Clean, cozy hotel in walking distance of Politechnico Milano. Shower is tight, fits exactly one person. Very friendly staff at check-in and early morning check-out. Thanks so much for the espresso!
Very nice staff and fresh hotel rooms. The breakfast was like a mini buffet but had everything you needed. The hotel is very close to the Lambrate station and the metro so it is very easy to get to places in Milan or outside. Overall it was a very good experience and I would highly recommend this place.
We were not spend so much time in the hotel, but the location is perfect if you planing to visit Bellano, Navigli, Duomo, Lake Como or the others. The metro is so close and if you planing to go anywhere it takes only few minutes. There is a shop next to the hotel and so many good shops. The hotel is clean, the breakfast is easy and delicious. The Loundeners are very helpfull and kind. I think we will...
The hotel is more than appropriate for three star rating. The cleanliness is kept on a high level and the staff on all levels is very amiable. The breakfast is very good. The bathroom and particularly the shower are tight for persons of bigger size. Also all the TV channels are in Italian what may be inconvenient for non Italian guests.

Beautiful rooms, in a useful location close to the centre of Milan. Food at breakfast was excellent, with a wide choice of high quality. The Spa was an added bonus, a calming and relaxing place to spend time. Service throughout the hotel was friendly, efficient and warm - which made our stay extra special.
Nice 5-star hotel with a unique and somewhat whimsical, fairytale-like style. I stayed here for the second time recently, and while the decor can be a bit over the top, the overall experience is solid. The location isn’t right in the center, but it’s still fairly central and well-connected, making it convenient enough for exploring Milan without being in the middle of the crowds. Service is consistently...
This hotel was incredibly fancy and high-end — perfect for anyone who enjoys a luxury experience. The rooms were small but beautifully designed and very comfortable, with a bathroom that was elegant and high-end. The staff were exceptional — warm, professional, and genuinely kind. A special mention goes to Siad, our favourite staff member, who made our mornings at breakfast extra special. The receptionist...
We had a truly wonderful stay – the hotel is absolutely beautiful, and the staff were kind and welcoming. It really felt like staying in a castle. The breakfast was probably the best I’ve ever had at a hotel – high-quality ingredients, a great selection, and proper coffee (no machine!), which I truly appreciated. The bed was extremely comfortable, the room was quiet and perfectly dark at night, so...
Coming from 4 star in Lake Como this hotel is definitely worthy of 5 star. From the moment you walk in. High end area and staff also very friendly. The room are nice especially superior with the balcony. Very quiet. They offer you water all the time. Breakfast is worth it! Actually a bargain. Worth my end and brilliant way to end the trip.
Château Monfort – A Beautiful Stay with Only One Small Letdown We were very happy with our recent stay at Château Monfort. The hotel itself is stunning—elegantly styled with a romantic and whimsical design that creates a truly memorable experience. Our room was exceptional: beautifully presented, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully prepared with a complimentary drink to celebrate our anniversary, which...

I had a pleasant stay here. Fully renovated building located on the 3rd floor (lift is available), across the central station, few steps from Malpensa airport bus stop. Great place to stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Hotel was very conveniently located being very near Milano Centrale train station (5 mins walk). The room was clean and had all the required amenities. This was my 2nd time here and I will definitely choose to stay here again the next time I’m back in Milan.
Very good Hotel with good location
Not a very pleasant stay I have to say - the room was small and the mattress was not very good either. Hotel staff not very hospitable either. But location was good - just 1 min walk from the station. So perfect for those who want to catch early trains.
I would be delighted to stay here again. Every time I visit Milan, I always choose this hotel. The location is excellent, situated right in front of the central station, making it very convenient for early morning travel. The staff are extremely helpful and attentive.
Loved this hotel. We were in Milan in August. It was so hot and this hotel was a cool oasis! Beautiful reception and bar area. Our room was very large with comfortable beds, nice bathroom and toiletries. Excellent location for the central station. Would definitely stay here again.
The hotel is at the great location. 3 mins walk to the central train station, 3 mins walk to the subway station . The room was nice and clean . Very friendly people at the front desk . We enjoyed our stay and we will definitely will pick this hotel again at our next visit . 酒店位置特别好, 距离中央地铁站和地铁走路也就三五分钟, 前台特别友好, 我们带着狗狗出来旅游, 他们对狗狗也很友善,下次再来米兰还会选这个酒店!

good hotel, not a good location
Staffs were great and nice. But the hotel located very far away from the central, and even any metro station. You can take bus, but the buses are unreliable for their timeliness and even the routes. The room was actually better than expected, but still you can see stains and dirts all over the bed and towels.
Great service, reception was very nice, room was extra nice, location is ok. Great experience
Not close to much. Upon checking in we were told the internet was down. Only one tiny elevator working. Staff was friendly, and it was priced decently. Breakfast was included which was surprisingly large and decent.
very lovely hotel and aesthetic. the only problem was how loud the aircon system was and didn’t cool down the room quick. the breakfast was delicious and lots of options

Good location. Good breakfast good service. Room is a bit small but comfortable.
Conveniently located near the train station. It's an older building, and there's a Quanjude restaurant right next door.
Excellent, it exceeded my expectations. The front desk staff were excellent; they even helped me print my boarding pass for free. Transportation was incredibly convenient – there's an elevator right by the entrance that takes you directly to the subway, and it's just one stop away from the Central Train Station.
Having stayed at various B&Bs and hotels throughout Italy, this hotel was by far the best. Both the room and bathroom were very spacious, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast service was excellent. Its location right next to the metro station was incredibly convenient! The only downside was showering in the bathtub, which felt quite cramped and made it hard to turn around.
Conveniently located not far from Milan Central Station, making it easy to get around. The breakfast was decent.
The decor is a bit dated, but everything else was decent and met expectations. The location is quite convenient, offering a good combination of train and subway access. Milan itself didn't offer much; I saw all the main sights in half a day. During my two days in Milan, I unfortunately had money stolen. I only realized it after leaving the city. Thank you to the Sina Group for a great first impression of a stunning city
I was disappointed with the condition of the hotel and the breakfast that was included. Milan was our last stop of our two week Italian vacation. The room itself was clean and just as advertised. I booked this hotel since it advertised air conditioning. I am a very hot sleeper and need a fan or some kind of airflow. I learned that this does not mean it has cool air all of the time. Apparently Italy only allows thermostats to control heat only in fall and winter. Even if the thermostat has a cool setting it is only warming- not cooling. Learned...
Myself and my husband had a great stay in this hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable. Customer service in the hotel was excellent. 10/10 for location, the hotel is about 5 minutes walk from the train station and about thr same distance walk from metro.
Camille at the reception speaks excellent English, was extremely thorough, helped us with places around eat, helped get a cab in a flash, she's very efficient, the lady and men at the breakfast place are super kind, helpful and very prompt about the upkeep of the restaurant, the restaurant has a view of the road at the cathedral side and a cosy vibe on the inside. Price-quality wise this is the best hotel I've for a long time. Everyone is super friendly and polite, rooms are nice and properly cleaned and the breakfast is very good. A special thank you to the cocktailmaker/bartender who gave everyone a smile on there face and made me a fabulous frozen margarita to enjoy with the apero buffet they serve every night!
Beautiful hotel in a great location. Breakfast was wonderful and they have a nice variety of Hors d'oeuvres in the evening by the bar. Highly recommend.
Great location in lively canal area, a mere 25 minutes walk to the Duomo and city centre, close to metro station to go to Milan Centrale in 30 minutes. The room had all amenities: body cream, shower cap, free mineral water, a functioning safe. Bonus: spa on the top floor with a view, plus flip flops and towels. The included breakfast was good, enough variety (including a veg juicer!).
The hotel is not too far away from tram-, metro- and train stations, all in very reasonable walking distances. Upon arrival I had a mixed first impression of the outside, because the building is looking fairly dated, but contrary to that, it was looking very modern on the inside. They are true to their name, having lots of pieces of art on display. When we arrived, the two rooms we've booked, weren...

You're in the city center in a 30-minute walk or a 6-minute ride on public transport. There are cafes nearby for breakfast, and a Carrefour is right on the corner. In our room, the first day, there was a towel on the floor because the air conditioning was leaking, but they fixed it without any problem on the second day. Overall, the room was comfortable and had a small balcony.
Basic hotel that’s good enough for a short stay in Milan. Everything is about a 20 minute travel from this hotel, but for the price it’s decent and air conditioned and clean
The photo shows one hotel, but they put us in another one in the same building... naturally, the one they put us in was worse. I booked a room with a balcony, but there wasn't one.
Clean and nice rooms, frindley staff and a good brakefast with plenty of healthy options. For the price this must be one of Milans best chocies when it comes to overnight stayes.
Perfect hotel for visiting Milano. Clean rooms. Good service. What else do you want
The front desk staff is very welcoming and the location is very convenient. It would be better if the breakfast was a little richer. The price is more expensive during the exhibition.
This is hands down the best 3-star hotel I've stayed in for a long time; it genuinely strives for a 4-star experience! Service at the front desk was friendly and we enjoyed the restaurants that were recommended for dinner. Convenient location, close to a metro stop and a twenty minute walk to the duomo.
I had a wonderful stay at Urban Hive Milano. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Most importantly, the air conditioning was perfectly cold, which made a big difference during the hot summer days in Milan. It's close to the subway station and there are many restaurants nearby, so it's convenient. This is a personal thing, but in the morning, I left my 18K gold ring in my room and went out sightseeing. Big thanks again to Francesco and Marco! Excellent communication and service, they really made us feel at home. The room was warm, and the location was fantastic.
Disadvantages: The hair driers are relatively old. There are oil stains on the bath towel. Pros: Good location, good access to public transport. *not a 4 star hotel by current standards* NH Milano touring nearby is significantly better. Rooms are Ok, but nothing special, and no view to speak of (except to the next building) if you're into that. Service was good and polite, with the exception of the (apparently new) cleaners not refilling the toilet roll. Great location near a bunch of bars and restaurants and relatively close to Milano Centrale train station & the Mercato (15-25 min walk depending on route taken and pace)
Nice hotel, a bit dated but it’s to be expected for that area. Friendly staff. One odd event was the security guard in the evening sniffing people as they came in from the smokers section, not sure why ? There was a faint smell of MJ outside but to audibly notice someone sniffing around guests was odd. Didn’t review this hotel negatively because of that
PRO'S: Hotel NH Milano Macchiavelli is part of an Italian hotel chain with commercial quality rooms and amenities. Adequate, unglamorous rooms and free standard breakfast. I traveled to Europe for a week and attended the Milan Furniture Fair. The Bulgari Hotel was pretty good. Except for the high price, the accommodation was comfortable and the breakfast was OK. I will consider it next time.
As expected of Bulgari, the environment is great, it is suitable for friends to discuss things, and the service is good
You kind of know what you’re getting at a Bulgari property and if you’re a Bulgari person you’ll love it. Stylish, polished service, sleek design…it’s all very Instagrammable. It’s quiet - tucked down a private side street - but it’s in a convenient location: La Scala is about 10 minutes away, and the swanky shops of Via Monte Napoleone, even less.
