Hotel Michelangelo
Milan, Piazza Luigi di Savoia 6 🧭 Map
It is very close to central railway station. Very well located. Spacious rooms, clean bathrooms. We had hydro bath facility in our bathroom.
Full of choices in breakfast.
Only thing that we got a bit irritating was check-in. We arrived there at around 12:00 noon. Hotel’s check in timing was 2:00 pm or 3:00 pm whatever !! I requested the gentleman in the reception if rooms are available then he could...
We had a great view of the city on 6 floor. Great clean room even if it smelt like cigarettes. Very 80’s Wall Street feel almost like a gold Casio calculator watch but in hotel form.
Excellent breakfast service!!!
As you see others review, the location is great. Right in front of Central Station.
Front staff were not that friendly.... No smile either. Almost always short staffed. Only one or two so you have to wait. When I checked in, I only got a room key without any explanation. I had to ask the check-out time and breakfast venue. My first time ever that I was not informed of the check out time.
In the room...
Efficient service. Clean rooms. Useful for the purpose of my stay (work meeting). Been there over the years, rooms could use some restyling. Yet, its location makes the place almost unbeatable for small conferences or group meetings if coming by train.
Very convenient location. Rich breakfast. Nice staff. But needs some renovation.
Excellent location & value. Steps from Milan Central Train Station and numerous restaurants. Rooms are large, beds firm, wonderful pillows and room darkening curtains assure good sleeping conditions. Breakfast buffet is extensive. Huge jacuzzi bathtub, double sinks, small frig; free water, soda snacks. If I ever have the good fortune to return to Milan, I'll stay at The hotel Michaelangelo.

Very good and easy to arrive . Breakfast is okey
Very good and calm area
The room is spacious and very clean. The staff of the hotel were all very polite and helpful. Able to request for an iron and ironing is a plus. Another convenient service by this hotel is the free shuttle service to several locations, among others, Milano Bovisa Station that you can take to Milan Malpensa Airport (Monday to Saturday, 7.00 to 13.00). The breakfast spread has a selection of breads,...
i give this super hotel four stars due to greta service and it’s oh-so comfortable rooms. There is nice terrace too. When it comes to breakfast you can have your fill of the usual food, plus some interesting specialities . The only thing is it’s a bit of a strange location with few tourist attractions nearby, but the tram runs regularly to the centre.
Wonderful staff. Pool and hot tub looking at the alps. World class restaurant with delightful bar staff. Again with a magnificent view. Historic building tastefully renovated. Wow. There was a conference there during our stay. It’s the first conference I’ve ever wished I could have gone to.
Stayed 2 nights here while in Milan. New modern building with modern amenities and good sized rooms. Helpful staff, good breakfast buffet. Decent location, about a 45 minute ride to the city centre on the tram, which was just around the corner. Didn't seem like alot going on in the area, but felt safe. Good hotel for the price.
A little far from centre of the city but worth for the money if you need just accomodation.

Great location, just a short walk from the Duomo and main shopping areas. However, service and breakfast were quite average. If you are vegetarian, note that options are limited… apart from few fruits, there’s not much else.
Wonderfully appointed, super clean, wonderful staff.
As we were only in Milan for one night we wanted to be centrally located, this was perfect.
A super clean hotel, close to everything, supermarket too. They have 2 sessions, definitely has to stay in the "new wing".
Breakfast room is crowded after 9am, so go early!
with 4 stars hotel I think it’s fine
Minutes walk to the great DUOMO.
WAS there before sunrise, as only 10 minutes walk.
Amazing.

Very nice, modern hotel. The only downside is the location, which is near periphery of Milan. However, there is an undeground stop about 5 minute walk from the hotel. Excellent breakfast buffet.
I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect—close to public transport and within walking distance of many attractions and great restaurants. The staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with recommendations. My room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Breakfast offered a good variety of options...
This B&B experience was absolutely wonderful! Our host was incredibly friendly and helpful, just like a friend. She patiently and promptly addressed all our needs, from pre-trip advice to every little request after we checked in. The place itself also surpassed our expectations; it was spotless, cozy, and had so many thoughtful touches. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking personalized and...
I had a problem with the bathroom sink — water was stagnating. The technician came and not only left the bathroom in a state, but also created a leak — water was running. He came back to fix the problem only the day after, for the night “handy man” put some towels He left the bathroom in an unacceptable condition. I had to ask the cleaning lady to clean it
Was a very good selection, I felt very Comfy. The service was very good, I like the room. And the front desk people super nice, and friendly.
Good place to stay
Overall, it was a pretty good stay. The hotel felt very comfortable and clean. It's quite new and offers excellent value for money. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which made our summer stay very comfortable. Plus, it's conveniently located very close to the city center.

Excellent location, lovely staff.
Spa and swimming pool gym are available but quite small, massage center is totally closed
Excellent location. Friendly and helpful staff. I like the rooftop café for happy hour.
Location is right in front of the metro station (literally)
Breakfast is great.
Excellent experience for our first trip to Milano. We were given a quiet room, as requested. The room and bathroom were spotless.
The hotel is very well located, the breakfast is very satisfying, and most important, the staff are always friendly and very helpful.
It's my first and last time in this hotel. Breakfast is not bad, but there is no just still water served. Bacon is made with not too fresh meat and pancakes, which are in cheaper hotels here for an additional 7€.
It's a hotel with a pool and sauna, but for all the time I've stayed, they were out of robes (in hotels with SPA It's the first time I didn't get one). There is a lot of noise from the street...

Food not great, the pool is far from ideal and the rooms on the ground floor are a night mare as you can hear everything happening in the corridor / other rooms. To give the overall fair view, beds are very comfortable, the staff is very helpful and the airport is very close (Linate).
Despite being close to the airport this didn't feel like an airport hotel, there is a good design creating a nice ambiance. Staff provided a good service. We were travelling back to the UK and this was a convenient stop, the parking was easy and the location is close to the motorway network. There were quite a few people like us using this as a stopping point travelling between Italy and north of the...
Good air conditioning. Large, comfortable room. European-style shower with very deep bath tub, no shower curtain. Could be difficult for some to get into tub. Great service from staff. Good restaurant. Large grounds near pool.
The air conditioning was not strong especially on a hot day. The room was also not as clean as expected.
Very convenient
Tram is 2 mins walk from the hotel and only 20mins to the city
Clean and small hotel
Super helpful and kind staff especially Simone

We were very satisfied with our stay. The location is perfect for anyone who wants to be right in the middle of the action near Milano Centrale. The rooms were clean, the service was friendly everything was great.
Thank you for everything and warm regards from Germany :)
Location was good, super clean.
Breakfast was great as well.
Everyone at the reception was lovely, the staff in the breakfast area however quite rude on both days.
The amenities and rooms are old but perfectly fine for a long weekend in Milan. We walked everywhere from our hotel, took us about 30-40 minutes to get to the hot spots.
Overall can recommend!
Great location, just a 5-minute walk from Lima station.
The breakfast buffet was excellent, with plenty of options.
My room was cleaned daily and the towels were replaced every day, which I appreciated.
The only downside is that you have to carry your luggage up and down around 15 stairs, as there’s no lift at the entrance (as shown in my photos).
⭐ 1-star experience
1. The moment the entrance door opened, I was really shocked. I had two suitcases and several bags in both hands, but the entrance had stairs that went down about one floor. A doorman-like staff member at the bottom of the stairs made eye contact with me but didn’t offer any help—just stood there watching while I struggled to carry my luggage down one by one.
2. I tried to pay...
Conveniently located, friendly staff and clean room. Breakfast is moderate but acceptable. Would recommend this to others.

The staff is Great, but the system is not, there is water inside the rooms, you should pay each time on the reception desk, also there is no tooth brush as any other hotel, otherwise it's ok, the Metro station is close to the hotel location and the cleanness is good
Very good service especially the front office staff laurenzo and the girl forgot her name similar to laura or something.. lovely stay and room.. will visit again
A beautiful place to lodge and very helpful and caring people. A very good service.. highly recommended
The location is fine, but the entrance is a bit hard to find since it’s fenced off. The lobby is huge and welcoming. Breakfast was pretty good with a nice variety. Overall, a comfortable stay.
Breakfast was not very much to choose from, not much varity, very basic not as aspected for a hilton hotel. Location is good but takes 20 minutes with the metro.
I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Garden Inn Milan North. The bed was super comfy! The reception staff were kind and helpful, and spoke great English. It’s about 20 minutes from the centre, which was perfect for getting around easily.

Certainly, not a walking distance from the city center (Duomo et al). Check-in not very fast, there is also nobody to help you with the parking (which is quite expensive btw - 35 euro per night). Room was ok, although we missed a balcony.
Very nice hotel , clean with good breakfast and near the metro station 6 min from duomo !
It was a nice and clean hotel but charging guests lodged in your hotel to use the pool is ridiculous. They should do better in that aspect.
Overall , nice hotel and neighborhood and not far from important landmarks and tourists centre.

This hotel was the perfect spot for our one night stay in Milan. Location is perfect to get around the city via the Metro. Staff was very friendly. Room was great for our purposes of needing somewhere to go between sightseeing. Definitely recommend!
Nicely located -- just 5 minutes walk from the Duomo Square. Cafes and restaurants around. I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The room and bathroom were all perfect. The only people was the distance from the city center which wasn’t a big deal for us because it gave us the opportunity to explore the city
Comfortable and clean hotel with a fresh and modern reception area. Provides free luggage storage after checkout for the rest of the day in case you have a later journey elsewhere. The standard double room was very spacious, although perhaps could use more lights as it would be a bit dark even with all the lights turned on.

Very good location near the central train station, clean room, linen and bath towels changed daily. Nice and supportive staff. Breakfast good but low diversity (the same food every day). All in all, very good location and good price for Milan location and their services level.
The room was clean and tidy, and it was very close to the train station.
The room is clean though amenities are dated. But the room has enough lighting and I like it so much. It has a bathtub and equipped with a bidet too which is a plus for me.
It is supposed to leave the room key at the reception I supposed because the key was so heavy and I find it a security risk! Maybe it can be upgraded.

The hotel’s location was amazing – only a few minutes’ walk from the main station

Such a great hotel in Milan located near China town area which makes us easy to find our favorite Asian food. On the other hand, the gym and spa is wonderful, hotel room is new, breakfast is decent and I would say the best iced Americano I have tasted during our entire stay in Italy. I definitely will recommend and come back again.
Location is a bit far from city. Apparently extra 1 bottled water is chargeable in this hotel after such a premium pricing. Would explore the other hotel in a more strategic location next time, considering this level of service after paying this price.
The concierge was very helpful. I loved the swimming pool and the spa although it was a but small. Location was great and right next to the design museum and tram links.
