Property close to MiCo. Clean rooms and good breakfast. Staff: super friendly! Helpful! All you need. The hotel is a 3* officially, but I would say 3* upscale. Location might be not so central, but nearby many good restaurants, metro lines. All in all: really good value for money!

It has a good location next to the central train station. Because we arrive around 1am so we decide to choose it.

Good location ,Clean, The room is big comfortable for 3 people. Staff also helpful I asked for extra pillows and kettle they brought it not difficult👍 For family it’s a bit dark from Style and decoration but it’s safe.

My room on the first floor is too close to the stair outside the window. It's kinda scared if someone just need one foot step to climb my room. There's no air con during FW period but it's quite warm inside and the ventilation is so bad. But perfect location is for sure that few mintues walk only from the station.

Heating was hit and miss. Don’t think they cared. Floors so cold. Ok room. Elephant upstairs !!!!

The hotel environment is very good

very beautiful and spacious hotel with hospitable staff. The hotel is very beautifully decorated for Christmas, the atmosphere of a cozy holiday did not leave the entire period of stay in the hotel. The hotel was converted from a seminary 500 years ago. After being abandoned for a while, it was bought by the Ferragamo family and modernized in 2022. The first floor of the hotel is a buyer's store and a 10-11 restaurant (the appetizer meat ball is highly recommended). Chanel is on the right hand side of the hotel, and the VIP tax refund center of GLOBAL BLUE in the city is on the left hand side...

We booked the hotel for a week. It was a very wonderful experience. The staff were friendly. The service was very good. The location is excellent. It is worth trying.

I arrived late at 10 pm after a long trip from Frankfurt. There are no open shops nearby. The receptionist took seven euros from me as a tax for one night. The room is clean and tidy. It has all t9he amenities. The TV is a smart screen with internet. The receptionist did not even add me. There is detox water in the reception. When he went to sleep, he took it and did not leave

Staff on reception were really nice and polite. But breakfast was terrible , and also underground metro was really noisy..

The location and service are great!

The transportation is convenient. There is a subway station at the door that goes directly to the cathedral. The airport bus stop is 200 meters away from the hotel, and it takes 20 minutes to walk to San Siro.

Overall, the best thing about the hotel is that it is convenient for transportation. It is very convenient to go to the subway, the exhibition area, or the city center. It is very convenient to go to the M1 subway station. There are not many places to eat around, and there are relatively few supporting facilities. The room is also relatively clean.

The building is ugly and the piazza it stands in looks uncared for. The rooms are poorly lit and need redecorating. Security isn't great you can move around the hotel without a key card. The lift buzzes for overweight if more than 3 people get in. Staff, showers, beds are all good, the quality we normally experience at Ibis

Had a great stay, particularly for what I paid and would have given fully glowing review if it wasn’t for the wifi being so slow, if it worked at all, which made my stay SO SO SO SO frustrating. Unfortunately had I known this I wouldn’t have booked the hotel at all.

There is usb sockets in the room however they don’t work and there is only one socket for the room. Also the mattress is only a mattress topper so not very thick. The staff were helpful in lending a plug.

My stay overalls experience was not bad. Professional staffs, the room was clean enough. Trams and bus stop next to the hotel. The distance from Milano Central station is not too far, with a 15-20 minutes bus or trams ride from the hotel.

The room was very spacious and well furnished. Staffs were friendly. Naviglio itself has changed a bit. became too touristic in bad way. so the neighborhood wasn't great. Also they have been kept opening the office door which is located on next to my room. Everytime I pass by, I had to face the working scene. that was annoying.

We got transferred to an apartment but we booked for a quadruple room. There is only 1 hotel staff so she is so stressed and was not able to accomodate everyone

The breakfast was decent, but otherwise this hotel is all about the location.

The room is a little bit too dark. Plus They have balcony to dry your cloth. They have water (cold and hot) in the hall way at the floor i was stayed at. So very convenience. Location is near the station but there are also many hotels around.

Air conditioning was not working at all. It was so hot inside the room, lucky that we got a fan.   No mugs, need to ask The ground floor washroom is a nice place, much cooler. But I was almost locked out in the washroom as the lock didn’t work. I got a traveler to open the door for me from outside, sigh!

3 stars because it's close to the metro station, otherwise it would have been 2. Small rooms, could be cleaner, semi-clogged bidet, water takes a while to get warm, we couldn't lock the door properly. Breakfast ok (Italian breakfast) with packaged snacks and croissants. While room cleanliness and location were adequate, this stay was ruined by a serious safety incident and appalling customer service. At 1:00 AM, fire alarms sounded throughout the hotel. For 15 minutes, I called reception seeking clarification about whether this was an emergency requiring evacuation - no one answered. Zero communication from hotel staff during what could have been a life-threatening...

The hotel was lovely and the service was exceptional; however, we did encounter an issue with the toiletries. The hair conditioner and soap ran out after our first day and had to remind housekeeping to restock them when we got back to our hotel room at 9:00pm

Hotel Mentana is a small, well run hotel well located in Milan. The rooms are small but adequate…excellent breakfast options.

This is a very good hotel with a very high cost-effectiveness ratio. It is within walking distance to the cathedral and many attractions. The hotel service is very considerate and very friendly to Chinese people.

I have no complaints about Hotel Mentana! However, I only stayed there for one night, and I did not purchase their breakfast. Stayed for one night during a business trip. Excellent value for money with a peaceful location, ideal for a restful stay. The hotel embraces sustainability—eco-friendly products and practices throughout. A great choice for environmentally conscious travelers.

I only stayed here for one night but the experience was overall quite nice. I got the morning buffet breakfast here for 10 euros. It's not big but they got everything you need. This goes for the room itself as well. There's a small park nearby, you can walk through it to get to the metro station, which takes around 15 minutes of walk. Location wise it's a good choice.

EXTREMELY NOISY HOTEL!!!!!! TRAVELER BEWARE. The walls here are like a paper sheet. Literally I heard the vibrate of a cellphone multiple times while staying in this room. Even people talking at a reasonable volume sound like they're standing at the end of your bed and speaking. The service and staff are nice, but the noisy rooms should be disqualifying for any kind of traveler.

We were in Milan for the first time. The staff really looked after us, booking restaurants, giving directions and even walking us to the tram!  

The location is perfect which is a stone’s distance away from the Duomo Milan and shopping districts!

The hotel is perfectly located: 3 min to main train station, 7 min to airport express bus. But in the same time the street seems quiet and I felt safe there even at night.
