Basic hotel with friendly staff. Room floors a bit dirty on arrival and it looked like the door had been kicked in at one point so the deadbolt didn't lock completely. I never felt unsafe though. The fan/aircon didn't work in the room we had but we were only sleeping there so it was fine. Room tidied daily and breakfast was nice, beds clean and comfortable, thankfully the windows opened widely so we were able to get fresh air at night. Good value for money and bus links easy to use however I would stay closer to city next time because the ride is about 40 minutes to the metro.

The location was very far from strategic points (it’s almost in the middle of nowhere no supermarkets nearby) Uber drivers “always” had issue finding the hotel themselves.
Lack of ventilation, the windows shades were rusty, you couldn’t lift them. The room needs a lot of maintenance, some areas from the bathroom, water was leaking, the water exit was from the cabinet needed to be drained it was gathering water and you had to wait a few minutes to all get sucked out. Bath cabinet was broken, shower head was cracked, you couldn’t even regulate for the person’s height.

The hotel was as expected. Rooms are not too small and clean. The shower need a refurbish. The location was not bad. Just 15min by train to airport. If you prefer Uber the hotel is near the highway. Sure, its outside of Rome, but there is a nice cafe / bakery around the corner, a authentic restaurant across the street ans supermarket, pharmacia and tabako shop, where you can buy the bus tickets nearby. We had some good days here.

We went to spend their 5 hours and they made us pay for another room because we have 2 kids 6 and 2. For this price you can go to a way better hotel. The hotel is less than basic and the stuff are both flexible at all

It is a very handy hotel for certain locations, but not for the common tourist ones (going to the centre of Rome would take about an hour on public transport, but it is an informing experience). The hotel has good rooms (but ait conditioning can be quite noisy - it seems that there is some upgrading of the biilding).

Do not stay at this hotel. It is gross! The bathroom was not clean. The WIFI did not work. There were stains on the floor. Other reviews left say similar thing, and the manager says they are always looking to improve. This is a total lie. It's as bad as the other reviews say. Do yourself a favor and keep looking!

Close to the airport, which was the main reason I picked this hotel. Rooms are super basic and shabby. Staff are very nice. The only co plaint I have is about street noise. Kids were yelling outside close to midnight and then at 1am the garbage trucks came for their round. There are very few food options near the hotel and even they are not not great.

We chose this hotel in order to stay within our budget and close to some family who live nearby. The hotel fitted our requirements and was acceptable for a short stay for a budget hotel. The area is not served well by public transport links or additional facilities and would not be a good choice as a tourist hotel for those hoping to visit the centre of Rome. The facilities within the hotel were clean and servicable but a little bit tired around the edges.

Cheap and cheerful hotel but this one is extremely easy to find from the main road through to Rome - the bed was big and very comfortable and our room was larger than most budget hotels. A quiet location with a few little local eateries and a mini Carrefour a few steps away.
