The rooms are nice but kind of small, the breakfast was ok, good, satisfying. The staff at the reception and the bar are really friendly and helpful. The hotel is appropriate if you travel by car because they have free parking even for electric cars. The location is far from the city center ...almost 11 km. Nearby there is a very big mall. Overall a pleasant stay especially for business purposes! Very good value for the money I would say!

Simply put, the food is incredibly bad.
The risotto was absolutely dreadful and not actually a risotto. The sauces on every dish were poor and basic. The dishes were tasteless.
I asked if the 'fresh pasta' was actually made freshly and the waiter had to reply that it wasn't. He was clearly embarrassed to admit it.
My daughter received a congealed mess of sauce on her plate.
The breakfast is also mediocre at best.

Service from staff was great. View from rooms was.... odd due to the building design which blocked most of the view, but not a lot to see either. Full bathtub and multiple shower head options. And bidet. Beds were okay. Rooms were quiet and comfortable. Within walking distance of a large mall.

This is one of my worst hotel experiences. The booking was done through an agency for me to attend a conference at La Nuvola.
First of all, no nearby metro station; which either you have to walk 3 km to or take the bus or a taxi (to reach then the center of Rome city)
Second; staff need a better training in smiling and interacting with the guests.
The rooms floors are covered with black plastic material! (Is that really a 4 stars level!)
The room I was given was just opposite the cleaners store, so you can imagine the level of noise.
The room was having damages everywhere; broken sink; damaged electric sockets...etc
The breakfast is a nightmare! In this age of time you are supposed to keep more options esp. if you clam to be four stars hotel; guys please put gluten free options. Very basic breakfast.
The net connection is the worst, it keeps disconnecting every now and then; bad when you stay for nearly a week.
The only good thing about this hotel is that rooms are cleaned arranged daily in a good way.
And finally; more international TV channels

I enjoyed my stay here very much. The room was spacious, compared to the hotels in the city center. The breakfast buffet offered various options and was worth a try. The staff were very helpful.
The hotel was close to bus stops, so it’s easy to get around the EUR area. It’s also a great place to stay if you’d need a hotel close to the airport. It takes only 15~20 minutes to get there.

It’s the second time we stay at this hotel. The staff was super friendly and attentive. They communication via WhatsApp was perfect and the breakfast has greatly improved. Bravo!
The only thing we did not appreciate was the coffee available for breakfast.

A very quiet hotel , excentered, in a nice green area, sound proofed from a rather packed routes, prone to many decibels.
Upper floor rooms are very modern in terms of furniture, and the tv sets equipped with Netflix, YouTube etc linkable with your own devices. Also a very clean hotel and parking positions well guarded and equipped for electrical vehicles also.

I came to Rome in a business trip & stayed in for 5 days. It was a great experience in all means; the room was convenient & clean, the food was superb; breakfast & dinner, the reception staff were beyond nice, cooperative & kind, to be more specific Ilaria, Jasmine & Emanuela; made me feel like home & helped in all what I asked for with a welcoming smile. I’ll definitely come back again

My week stay was pretty good rooms reasonable size and breakfast satisfying also the weekly evening bar snacks were good. Attentive service restaurant had great food if anything a/c wasn’t quite cold enough for me and it is bit far from central but I figured out the public transport easy enough

Unfortunately I had a very bad stay in this hotel. The room temperature was an incredible 27 degrees, we were unable to cool the room as the hotel does not provide ac. Only from May onwards this is possible. When we asked for a fan reception said safety policies did not allow it. The only solution offered was to open a window. However with the huge floodlights and street noise this did not help us at all.
When we decided to leave early as it was impossible to get a normal night sleep, staff did not seem to care. We also did not get a refund for our prepaid three nights stay. All in all a very expensive and disappointed night.
Never again.
