Honestly, I expected better. I don’t know if it’s a cultural difference but the staff are RUDE. They act like any query you make is a huge request, openly roll their eyes and sigh at you, staff are also constantly on their phones. - Rooms are okay, the bathroom is really nice but cleanliness needs to improve. It’s a shame because the atmosphere is lovely and it’s in a great location. It’s a shame the rude staff make it a bad experience. I can say however that a few ladies that work there are awesome, a blonde lady with a bun and a girl named Jessica is amazing. Also the short manager lady is lovely. Bar staff & kitchen staff need to improve massively. My second point is the breakfast, it’s not edible - I don’t know how they think that food is okay to serve but it’s NOT. Don’t even get me started with the prices if you want to order anything off the menu. I paid £700 for 5 nights so a certain level of service is expected but this did not meet that standard. Major improvements need to happen before I consider staying here again.

Honestly it’s a great atmosphere. The staff are lovely, especially Jessica she’s amazing. However, I wouldn’t suggest anyone purchase the breakfast, it’s not nice - the taste is off and makes you feel queasy. It looks like they’ve tried to make an English breakfast but it’s super off. If breakfast improved, and all staff were more friendly it would have got 5 stars.

Cute and quiet hotel! We had to wait two hours to check in because our room wasn’t ready, but they provided us and our two friends with multiple free drinks and coffee. Everyone was very pleasant and our balcony with hot tub was amazing.

Was traveling solo in Rome and stayed at this hotel. My experience was wonderful. The room was pretty and in good condition. I think the bidet had a leak or something but it wasn't a big deal personally.
The staff were friendly and helpful, I arrived a day later to the hotel because of a cancelled flight and the staff made sure my room was still reserved.
The neighborhood itself is a little far from the center of the city, but there are bus stops at a walking distance so getting to sights was no problem. The neighborhood is also more residential and I felt safe, which was very important to me as a solo traveler.
Overall I had a great experience and would definitely stay again.

We spent 4 nights at this hotel and we loved our stay. Good rooms (some with a balcony), recently renovated and well insulated. Very friendly staff and very good food in their restaurant, in particular the pizzas. Nice terrace. Location is perfect: quiet and residential neighbourhood, close to some shops and churches that deserve a visit. The underground is five minutes away on foot and in 10 minutes you are downtown. The parking is very practical, with high ceilings. Very good breakfast. Definitely Recommended!

Personable professional staff. Rooms are high quality with solidly built furniture and fittings (comparing this to 14 other hotels in larger and small communities throughout northern Italy). Only limitation is the site which is somewhat distant from tourist centres. Solid choice for business travellers though.

The hotel and room is beautifully designed. The hotel is in a more residential area, about 10 minutes walk from metro. The rooms are really small (not even big enough for a desk), the bed is hard, and there's no amenities (not even a gym). I would expect more amenities from a Mercure hotel.

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at at the Mercure Roma Corso Trieste. We stayed for three nights and were so impressed by how attentive and organized the staff was. Our room was large and beautifully decorated, we enjoyed the time we spent at the bar, and we left feeling relaxed. Oh, and the breakfast was really good! The best we had in Italy!

Check-in was smooth and efficient. Our twin room exceeded my expectations in terms of size, which was a pleasant surprise. The hotel is situated in a quiet neighborhood, yet within walking distance to numerous restaurants. I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent value for money.

it was a very warm welcome, in a very nice ambience.
Lobby/ restaurant are renovated and very inviting.
The service stuff was very friendly and gives us a feeling of being welcome.
We got a very nice room, the size was okay, it was clean and also here was everything renovated. The room was quiet and the bed very comfy. We really liked the colors of the room and the bathroom, it really feels relaxing.
The breakfast was perfect, with a lot of choices and a good coffee.
Around the hotel are some restaurants, but we can also recommend the hotel restaurant and the bar.
The subway station is about 5 min walk and other public transportation are "around the corner".
We also walked from the hotel into the city center of Rom, which is possible, but we recommend to use the subway.
If we come back to Rom, we will use the hotel again.
Price performance ratio was okay for us.
