We booked the hotel to stay close to Coliseum and Forum Romanum. And it was the right choice. The view from the rooftop terrace is amazing. But the price-performance ratio is not clear for me. For me it is a bit overpriced.
Okay the hotel rooms are renovated and very nice, there not really a view from the room but the rooms himself are very nice and clean. the shower and toilet are separated and this is very good. Everything was clean and the bed was very comfy.
The room was at the street side, but it is quiet.
We didn't take a breakfast but we used the rooftop bar which is very nice and the view above Rom is perfect. Also the rooftop pool was very good, at this temperatures.
The service stuff was friendly and helpful.
Nearby is beside the antic things also the subway station and in front of the hotel tram and bus.
Restaurants are also very close, like small supermarkets.

Overall I had a great stay and enjoyed it all. The key point of this hotel is its location, just a stones throw from the colloseum and only a 20 minute walk from the centre of Rome.
The staff were really nice especially one of the receptionists who I believe his name was Cristian but I might be wrong. He was extremely nice to us on arrival with giving us recommendations of restaurants and attractions. It really made us feel welcome and have some great tips.
The room we had was nice and spacious with a great bathroom and great air conditioning. The bed was very large which did require a few.mor willows but we got them quickly after requesting them. The satellite TV could have been better with being very slow at some points but at the end of the day you're out and about most of the time. As we had a first floor room we did hear and sometimes feel the trams going past and at the stop just outside the hotel. So if you are a light sleeper then you might not enjoy it but luckily I am not.
The rooftop bar was a really nice place to get a drink at the end of the day and watch the sunset over the colloseum. They had a nice drink selection and the prices were not too much more than most good bars in Rome.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone as it is a great location with nice facilities and staff.

We loved this hotel! The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Our room had an amazing view of the Colosseum! We woke up early and walked to the Colosseum for sunrise photos and they turned out Soo cute!! The room is kinda small but it was just me and another person, plus we were exploring from sunrise to sunset so we didn’t pay much attention to the room, a/c, etc. We went in September and it was hot, but the room was fine- we were probably too tired to care! The rooftop is so beautiful- there is a pool, but again, we were too tired to swim or it was closed, but the photos were so pretty! We are 2 girls exploring Rome from Los Angeles. The walk back and forth felt really safe and we took taxis around the city. We had a blast! Our cruise line had us at another hotel on the way back, but we really missed this one and would book again!

We stayed during April 2024.
Starting with the positives; the location is pretty unbeatable. A two minute walk to the Colosseum, and main tourist strip, with stunning views.
We didn't have a lot of interaction with the staff, but they were all very helpful and friendly.
Lobby area is small but nice, and there is also a pleasant bar that offers drinks and snacks. Buffet breakfast was simple but very nice, with the usual selections of bread, eggs bacon, fruit etc. and lots of tasty cakes and pastries.
The hotel was relatively quiet and we had a comfortable stay overall.
So the negatives:
The room itself was very small, much smaller than expected. The bed was not the most comfortable either. The A/C wasn't great and the room gets very hot and stuffy. With the location being on the main tourist strip, a little noise is to be expected and this did not really bother us. As per other reviews, the prices is over inflated given the standard of rooms on offer.
A major decider in us booking this hotel was the rooftop pool. However, this was closed during our stay and we were advised does not open until May- which was not specified anywhere beforehand, this was a major disappointment and had we known this we would changed our travel dates.
Overall our stay was enjoyable, albeit did not meet the high hopes we had beforehand. I would recommend, but just be aware this is a small, simple 3 star hotel and the higher price is based on the outstanding location, rather than luxury.

If you are a hard sleeper, or someone who can sleep anywhere + you want to see the coloseum this is the place. If not, go elsewhere.

Stayed three nights. Great location for the Colosseum and the Domus Aurea. We were also able to walk to a few other attractions and getting a cab is super easy with help from the front desk staff. The restaurant has a limited menu but everything we had was good and it was nice to enjoy a glass of wine at the rooftop bar while watching the sun set behind the Colosseum. Good spot for a few days in Rome.

Excellent hotel for first time visitors. Five minute walk to subway and of course, close to the Coliseum. Stayed here for a week and our room was cleaned every day. Breakfast was good (pastries, cheese, scrambled eggs, yogurt, fruit salad and charcuterie available). Room was facing the street so it can be noisy at times, especially if windows are kept open for some fresh air.

Wonderful hotel, only a 5 min walk from the Colosseum. The double room was a bit small but cozy regardless. Very clean, quiet, warm. Breakfast was good. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Bar is available for most of the day for a snack, salad or warm meals. Would definitely come here again. The view from our room was beautiful.

An absolutely amazing hotel in the heart of Rome just a short walk from the colleseum, features great staff, amazing rooms and a rooftop pool! Also includes underground parking at a charge of €30 per night!
Rooms were clean and well managed, staff were very professional and quick to fix any issues we had. The only downside of this hotel was that the pool was closed during the winter months and does not open until the end of spring! Other than that the hotel was great and we enjoyed our night and parking there

A fresh modern hotel next to the ruins of ancient Rome. The hotel is modern, clean and the staff are all very friendly and helpful which added to a great stay in Rome, but the main attraction and reason I would recommend this hotel is the location. It is literally 5 min walk to the collusium and the underground metro where the rest of Rome awaits.
