Hotel Milani

Convenient by the Central Station by 5 minutes walk max. Lots of restaurants near by. The room I had was in the back as I requested so it was quiet and in addition clean and had all the necessities. They had an electric problem a few hours and the lights wouldn’t stay on and the internet was off but they fixed it. The key card holder connected to the ac was flashing in the middle of the night and woke me up a few times as did the fire detectors on the ceiling. Check in and out is easy. The front desk staff is friendly and efficient and granted my request for a late check out. The breakfast has a lot of choices and I enjoyed the pastries but the eggs seemed artificial. Lorenzo is really helpful and a lovey person. My room was a bit pricey for the quality and there’s a lot of choices in the area so I would try it again at a lower late. The streets need to be repaired, it’s difficult pulling luggage over pot holes. The area has cleaned up a lot since 2 years prior.

This hotel is perfect for families wanted to explore Rome city.
It’s close to train station and hop on hop off busses.
Lots of restaurants near by and parking garage across the street.
The room itself is ok, the bathroom was a bit small and shower was difficult to use as the doors wouldn’t stay shut. But easily fixed.
Breakfast was included and was great.
We didn’t have any noise in our room and we faced the street. It was quiet and the staff were very helpful and always pleasant.
This is perfect for families.

I expected much less from this hotel yet it was a good short stay. Just one night yet we enjoyed the big spacious room, the buffet breakfast and the central location in Rome. I was worried as my room was located in the first floor but no noise coming from the street. It could be improved the overall insulation coming from the hall.

The AC worked very well and kept the room chill during the hot night in Rome.

The bathroom was ok, the shower was leaking some water on the floor.

The primary reason I booked this hotel is it proximity to the train station. It was extremely easy to get to. When I arrived, I was greeted by a very friendly staff. Lorenzo was there to greet me in the morning as well as when I arrive the day before. He told me about extra benefits booking with his hotel for tours in the evening. Did a lovely tour of the Colosseum and took a lot of great pictures at night time. The breakfast was very good and the staff was very helpful. In the morning Lorenzo also helped me with my luggage and they stowed my luggage while I spent my day in Rome before I unfortunately had to go home the next day. I would definitely stay here again because of the service and the rooms were definitely big enough.

Well located hotel near Termini Station. Nice decor, decent sized rooms, staff were nice too. The breakfast was okay, mainly continental and desserts. The hotel closes at 11 pm (they give you a door code) and there’s no bar on site. The location really sells the Hotel!

I stayed at Milani hotel with my daughter for a short holiday. It was very close to Termini which makes all train, metro, bus travels to everywhere so easy. It is also walk distance from all main historical places, shopping areas, restaurants. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was very good with wide varieties. Thanks to all personels who were so helpful.

Staff was super friendly. They have great tips for dinner or aperitifs!
The Room was quite nice, minimalistic, but I liked it. However it was quite loud! I had a room at the first floor and I could hear all the time the opening and closing of the main door,bit annoying at night when you try to sleep.
Breakfast was nice but room was quite cold, better to wear a sweatshirt.
