Great location and the hotel staff for breakfast and at the desk were fantastic. The location is central to Rome to get to anywhere you want to go

The front desk staff was very friendly and spoke great English. They were very helpful and even allow us to keep our bags there after we checked out for a while.
The bed was mediocre, not bad.
Breakfast was the typical European hotel buffet, the fresh warm croissants were a highlight. The location of the hotel was very convenient to get to the Vatican, the pantheon, and the Trevi fountain.
Overall, it was a pretty good place for pretty fair price

Hotel Navona in Rome
The Hotel Navona was very comfortable. Room was small but we were only there to sleep.
The gentleman that checked us in was very helpful with directions and information about our hotel.
The location was walking distance to everything we were interested in visiting.
The courtyard could have been landscaped. Bit of an eyesore when arriving.
Bathroom sink was small, therefore water went everywhere.
The housekeeping staff did a great job cleaning our room daily, and leaving clean towels. No wash cloths were available. Bit of a problem. It would also be nice to have water available and tissues.
Overall it met our expectations.

Great location within an easy walk to major attractions. Room was sufficient but small, which is to be expected in Central Rome. Good value and would stay here again if traveling solo.

The hotel was perfect for our family of four. Great location just a few steps from the piazza and delicious restaurants on some of the side streets. About a 20 minute walk to colleseum and 15 minute walk to trevi fountain and Spanish steps. The hotel staff were so helpful and friendly especially Claudia. The hotel lobby is on the 2nd floor and they have an elevator. I would definitely stay here again!!

Staff were very helpful and were very accommodating. They arranged transportation from airport and then to cruise terminal for a fee. Quiet if you had your windows closed. The only suggestion would be to have hooks or shelf in shower for towels, clothes and your grooming supplies.
