Hotel Navona

A delightful experience. The location could hardly be any better, just as the staff were helpful and available. This is definitely worth looking if you are after a quality hotel in the heart of Rome. The sky bar is definitely a big plus, with one of the most recognisable skylines in the world.

Had a great experience staying at this hotel.

We booked the triple room and so our rooms are pretty large. I do recommend the corner room more since it is wider and the bathroom has a door (more on the bathroom later.)

Room was clean and the bed was nice. They also have pillow menu that I forgot to try, since I was already comfortable with what they provided from the start.

Our room though have problem with its aircon and the mini fridge. The aircon was not consistent in bringing in cold air and the fridge was not cold.

The bathroom area could be better too. There was a door for the shower and the toilet area, but there was no where to change, and so you still have to open the door to leave your clothes by the handwash area, leaving you uncomfortably naked near the front door.

There was also nowhere to put your own soap / shampoo / personal stuffs in the shower. Can only put it on the floor too.

But other than the disappointing bathroom, the staffs were really lovely. From the concierge, to the porter, to the breakfast staffs, they were all really lovely people.

Breakfast was pretty good too. Though selection is limited and basic, I enjoyed their cooked vegetable and the sausages + meatballs. They alsp have really good yogurt and honeycombs.

Great location and the hotel staff for breakfast and at the desk were fantastic. The location is central to Rome to get to anywhere you want to go

The front desk staff was very friendly and spoke great English. They were very helpful and even allow us to keep our bags there after we checked out for a while.
The bed was mediocre, not bad.
Breakfast was the typical European hotel buffet, the fresh warm croissants were a highlight. The location of the hotel was very convenient to get to the Vatican, the pantheon, and the Trevi fountain.
Overall, it was a pretty good place for pretty fair price
