Hotel Raffaello; Sure Hotel Collection by Best Western

Well located, nearby most of the main sites in Rome but also quiet enough as off the main roads. Near to the main station as well. Some construction which limits you to one small lift which can be a pain at busier times, but really nice staff and a good breakfast still make it a worthwhile hotel to stay at.

Rooms were very nice size and very clean. Breakfast was good, and we really enjoyed the rooftop bar in the evenings. Some staff members were very friendly and helpful while some others seemed annoyed with us Americans. The location is close to the colloseum, quite far from the train station and the Vatican.

Great service, over the top, especially when the elevator went out service. Being partially disabled made it difficult to walk up 5 flights, and they made sure to have someone bring our luggage early the next morning, gave us a substantial discount on the room, which was huge with a large terrace including a big table, three chairs and room for many more, and a free breakfast that morning as well. They were veey helpful, professional and friendly at all hours and met our every need. I woul highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome ! Thanks for making our stay so wonderful !

Lovely little hotel in a great place for seeing the major sights of ancient Rome.
Got to mention the staff,all very friendly and helpful. There was some work going on while we were there, but no real inconvenience. A lot of the major sights are within 30 minutes walk, with some nice restaurants within 5 minutes walk. Thank you to all the staff for making our trip a very special time. Ciao.

Lvly hotel nice and quiet. Rooms small but well laid out and everything you need for a city break when out exploring most of the day/night. Requested an iron and was sent to the room within 10 mins. Great location within 30 min walk of main attractions and hotel happy to help with taxis if needed. Beds were amazing would love to know what mattresses are used as it was better than my own at home 👌😊.

Newly renovated room, very nice. Parts of the hotel are still being renovated and look not the nicest. However: beds comfy, AC works, shower has hot water, and reception was very pleasant to deal with.

First of all, the room is clean and comfortable for our two night stay at there. The room came with two queen beds with ample space for us to place our three big sized luggages.

Next, the breakfast was wonderful! There were many choices of pastries, dairies and salami and they did serve fresh orange juice right from the juicer!

As for the staffs, they were all friendly. I remembered one of the staffs who was in charged of taking beverages order for breakfast, Flavia, was really polite and she always had a nice smile on her face :) Also, the receptionist Hassan was really helpful to our inquiries and needs. He was very friendly to us.

However when it comes to the hotel's location, it wasn't that strategic as it was a bit far from attractions like the Colosseum, Roman Forum and also Piazza Venezia. It takes at least 15-20 mins walk to reach the colosseum. Same goes to Roma Termini too, you'll need to walk around 15 minutes from there to the hotel. As for Vatican City, you'll definitely need to take a taxi or order a Uber car to reach there as it was a bit far from the hotel (car ride journey around 15 mins). Also, you need to walk further away from the hotel area to visit restaurants. Anyhow, there's a mini supermarket just beside the hotel, it's convenient.

Overall, our stay here was quite good aside from the location aspect. I would recommend the hotel if you don't mind taking some walks around the streets and taking Uber sometimes to attractions.

This is a very nice hotel. It is within walking distance of the train station, collesium and many restaurants and stores. The room was a bit small but well laid out, clean and comfortable. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel offered a breakfast with the room rate. The breakfast was good and the lady working the breakfast room was friendly and efficient. I would definitely stay at this hotel in a future visit to Rome.

Can't ask for better staff at the hotel everyone couldn't do enough to help you, the location was amazing not only close to the attractions but to some amazing restaurants. The room was nice and big and quite on a night. The star of the show was the brakefast buffet amazing spead would 100% stay here again.
