Hotel was easy to access, staff excellent both friendly and very helpful. Room was clean and well laid out but a bit small for the price. Breakfast was buffet with good selection and fresh produce.
They’re currently undergoing renovations which wasn’t clear when I booked through booking.com but that’s okay, I ended up staying out a lot during the day. This is not a problem at night so, perfectly fine if you’re out and about during the day!
The major downside though was that the renovations meant there is only one SMALL operating lift which takes FOREVERRRRRR during the mornings to get down. I gave myself 50 minutes to walk from the hotel (7 min walk) & catch my train from Termini which is ample amount of time but, spent about 25 minutes of that waiting for a lift. This is outrageous and ALMOST made me miss my train.
If the renovations are ongoing and will happen for a while, they need to re-think the use of this elevator.
