The staff were very friendly and attentive. Special mention goes to Kenan (restaurant), Huda and Tugce (guest relations), Ali Osman (front of house) and driver of the shuttle bus services. Thank you all for making our stay memorable.

The service attitude is very good, there is its own parking lot, the room view is good, and there is a free room upgrade. The quality of the morning is ok, a standard Mediterranean style buffet breakfast.

Excellent Clarion Hotel. Everything is clean, cozy, done with taste, with a view of the beautiful view of Istanbul. Nice design, new furniture, snow-white fluffy towels. The staff is polite and friendly. There were no complaints about the cleaning, everything is very clean. We were pleasantly surprised by the free Wi-Fi with good speed, free transfer to attractions and how they greet you upon arrival and departure at the door. Delicious fresh breakfast, if desired, they prepare hot omelets for each guest. Upon check-in, they treated us to delicious freshly squeezed juice and fruit, very attentive. We will definitely come back and recommend the Clarion Hotel to all our friends. Special thanks to the employee Hilola for her responsiveness👍

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I can confidently say it exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff displayed the utmost professionalism. The entire hotel was spotless, and it’s clear that maintaining a clean, welcoming environment is a priority.
A special mention goes to the guest relations team, especially Mayar and Parisa, who truly made my stay memorable. They went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, demonstrating a genuine care for guests that’s rare to find.
Additionally, the shuttle bus service was fantastic! The driver was consistently friendly and reliable, making each journey enjoyable. He did an amazing job getting us to our destinations smoothly and on time.
Overall, this hotel combines excellent service with a personal touch. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a memorable and hassle-free stay!

Room was excellent over looking the river, service was excellent. It would be greater if they had alcohol but unfortunately they don't, but you can buy outside the hotel and bring in. It's central in Instabul and you can explore the city from here. There's a bus route right in from of the hotel. Get a bus card, which also works on the ferries.

I had a very bad experience with this hotel.
First, the AC keeps going off and turns the room too warm to handle; at one point I even called them to send a technician to check it, but no one came.
Second, a shuttle driver that picks up guests from the hotel accessed the car we rented suspiciously, and when we confronted him he replied that he was merely checking the car to buy it, which was clearly a lie, and puts our safety to danger.
And mostly, we requested the senior reception a day prior to our check out to extend the time for our check out to 2’clock for four rooms, to which he agreed.
But to our shock, he put a note to the next shift to extend check out for one room only, which caused us a great dismay wince we programed our schedule according to the belated check out.
This is totally u professional of the staff member and caused our stay to be u pleasant.

The hotel overall is good however they showed a bit slow response whenevr we asked for anything.
