Titanic City Taksim

Very recommended hotel. I book a room without a view because I wanted to explore istanbul. The hotel location is very good near Taksim. Cleanliness and breakfast really gave them the 5/5 rating. The hotel, rooms, halls, bathrooms everything is super clean and neat. Cleaners are very kind and honest. Also the food for breakfast was very delicious. So much options and varieties and I tried new things such as eggs with tomatoes and pepper, terrific 😋 will definitely book there again when i come to Istanbul.

The staff are friendly and so helpful, there’s always someone around to lend a hand or great guests.
The buffet breakfast has many options and all the food is fresh and well prepared.
Overall an amazing stay would highly recommend!

I really liked the staff at reception, nice and smily. It would have been nice to have the staff at the restaurant a bit more friendly and smily. It would be great to have the option of a packed box for kids who are still asleep and didn’t come to breakfast. Teeth brushes, cotton buds in the bathroom. The hotel is very close to taksim square which is a benefit.

Great, central location, although some of the buildings in the area are run down and there are some weird people in the neighborhood. Room was nice, breakfast overall was good and service was kind! People barely spoke English though.

The stay at this hotel was so lovely. We were greated so nicely when we entered the hotel and upon leaving. The staff are so attentive and helpful. We requested another bed as there were 3 of us and although we didn't receive it straightaway they brought the bed up immediately when we made them aware.

The hotel is so clean and they have 3 lifts so we never really had to queue to get access.

The cleaners and room service were so nice.

The location of the hotel was excellent, close to Taksim Square in a clean and quiet neighborhood, the hotel staff was very kind, the room was quiet and clean, the breakfast was very good. In general, both myself and my family had a great time staying at the hotel for 5 nights. Thank you to the hotel staff

I really liked the place and the location, its very comfortable and well equipped. Their breakfast is great too and they are not too far to takseem square. Their front office could be a little more welcoming specially the ones at the night shift . I would not hurt if the said hi or at least made eye contact when you arrive .

My stay at Titanic City Taksim was truly exceptional. The room was immaculately clean and provided a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. What set this hotel apart was the staff's thoughtful gesture for my mother's birthday. Upon mentioning it at check-in, they surprised us with balloons, confetti, and a delicious birthday cake in our room. Their warmth and attentiveness throughout our stay, coupled with excellent amenities, made it unforgettable. I highly recommend Titanic City Taksim for a memorable and enjoyable experience.

The hotel was truly exceptional, boasting a fantastic location, generously sized rooms, and impeccable service at the reception desk.

The array of amenities was commendable.

However, I do have some feedback regarding the Spa service. While the spa itself was lovely, featuring a small pool, hammam, and saunas, there are areas for potential enhancement in their service.

Firstly, they required guests to wear swimming caps upon entering the pool, despite it being a tiny pool hardly suited for serious swimming. Moreover, they charged $4 for a cap, a price significantly higher than the simple ones available online for just $1, which was rather frustrating and raised questions
about the hotel's pricing policies.

Additionally, the spa officially closed at 10:00 PM each evening, but at precisely 9:45 PM, the manager requested everyone to vacate the premises for cleaning purposes. For guests who selected the hotel partly for its spa amenities and the opportunity to unwind in the evening after a long day out, these 15 minutes did indeed impact the overall experience. Furthermore, the relaxation room consistently lacked water in the water can, which was disappointing. Despite these spa-related concerns, I am still awarding a 5-star rating primarily due to the exceptional service provided by the reception staff. I hope that the hotel management considers these points and seeks to improve the spa service for future guests.
