The AC was hot I don’t sleep well

Absolutely love my experience here!! Incredible service. Yucel was extremely thoughtful through the checking process. I travel a lot and don’t generally receive this level of service. It was such a welcomed relief service.

Ali and his colleague (I didn’t get his name) at the front desk were also very friendly and accommodating. Helping to answer my many questions. And the room and bathroom are perfect. Thank you, Sheraton for a lovely time.

Had a great stay at Sheraton Istanbul City Center! The room was clean, comfy, and quiet — just what I needed after a busy day in the city. The location is also very convenient.

Special thanks to Yucel, who was super helpful and friendly throughout my stay. Really appreciated his assistance.

Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul!

Amazing gym for a hotel

Wonderful Stay at Sheraton City Centre Istanbul

I stayed at Sheraton City Centre Istanbul for 3 nights in May 2025 with my family, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The front desk staff were exceptionally efficient, courteous, and helpful, making check-in and any requests during our stay smooth and pleasant.

The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, offering everything we needed for a relaxing stay. One of the highlights was the breakfast — the variety, quality, and presentation were outstanding. Every morning, we looked forward to the delicious and diverse spread that truly catered to all tastes.

Overall, our stay was memorable, and I would highly recommend Sheraton City Centre Istanbul to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a perfect location in the heart of the city.

Excellent Stay at Sheraton Istanbul City Center

I had a wonderful experience at the Sheraton Istanbul City Center. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing.

The breakfast was another highlight, offering a generous and varied selection of fresh and delicious options to suit every taste.

I also took advantage of the spa and gym facilities, which were both top-notch. The spa was a peaceful retreat, and the gym was well-equipped and modern.

Overall, everything about my stay exceeded expectations. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Istanbul, whether for business or leisure.

Every thing not bad but not excellent

Not long come back from the most amazing stay at the sheraton city center,
I like to begin with the outstanding service we received from Idris on the reception desk from checking us in to greeting us on every occasion we saw him also letting us know if we need anything all we had to do was ask.
I would also like to give a shout out to Beyza again great service and always smiling. I would like to now tell you how great the bell boys are!!! As they are the first people you meet the service they gove and the hospitality the show is impeccable over the 10 days we stayed we has the pleasure of dealing with alot of them and I can't tell you enough what a fantastic service they give. I would like to give special mentions for yigit,Ahemet and Akin all three are truly amazing not only do they help with bags and items always offering
tea /cold drinks and welcoming us whenever we see them.
House keeping was great too our rooms where always kept immaculate with fresh towels and all the things we needed we often met in the hallways of the hotel and again always smiling being helpful and sometimes house keepers ho unnoticed but we didn't we could see how hard they work keeping everything tip top for all visitors the ones we meet were called Muhommed,Celandine,Aysegùl all fantastic. Everyday we ate in the dining hall for breakfast and met some lovely cooks and waiters/waitresses the cooks they made our lovely food and always jolly smiling and very welcoming were Seymanur,Nestihan,Fatmanlir and Gokhan nothing was to much for them even when I witnessed not so nice customers being quite rude they never did anything they remained professional and carried on giving a great service.
The waiters/waitress who cleaned and relayed tables were so friendly and also gave a great service I would like to give special mentions of Ozlem,mustafa Murat and another mustafa all working so hard running around cleaning getting visitors drinks food and just being so nice. Last but by all means not least I would like to mention Kayhan the security guard so happy and cheerful such a lovely man. Ibrahim and Tahir in the soq restaurant we so great!!! we spent most evenings there and was always treated like queen's such a lovely place. If anyone is considering booking please do you won't be disappointed we absolutely loved it here and will most definitely be returning thank you for the most wonderful time see you soon x

all good from services to food to location. It's just seems little old but nothing was wrong with it. I would came back again. Also special thanks to Wesam, she was great support.

It’s a very nice hotel situated centrally. The staff are very kind and ready to assist. Rooms are decent sized, they have 4 lifts (thank goodness), and the amenities are great. The gym is very well equipped! The breakfast is standard, fell below par for me but all good. The only downside is the executive lounge. While the lounge is nice, it’s very small and they only offer beer and wine during cocktail hours. Not sure why. Enjoy!
