Good service at front desk, except one trainee needs more training how to deal with clients. Good breakfast, room is spacious and comfort bed. Location is obviously not ideal but they provide free shuttle service return Taksim. Elite member is well taken care of.

Solid 5 stars. This is a lovely hotel, comfortable bed, great breakfast and with the most professional and kind staff I’ve came across for a very long time in this industry. Each staff member I’ve interacted with been warm, smiling and gone beyond their way to make our stay easy and relaxing. Shout out to Yasin for his unparalleled service- it’s my hotel of choice moving forward in Istanbul.

Our stay at the Sheraton hotel was nothing less than amazing. The room, to the vibe, staff restaurant and breakfast was all beyond expectation. Everyone was extremely welcoming and friendly and attended all our needs immediately. Ibrahim especially was very friendly during breakfast and went above and beyond to make us smile and comfortable.

Would definitely stay here again. Thank you all for the great service.

From the moment we stepped into the Sheraton Istanbul, we were greeted with a warm welcome and top-notch customer service that consistently impressed us throughout our stay. The reception staff was friendly, efficient, and made the check-in process a breeze, setting the tone for a wonderful experience.

One of the highlights of our stay was the attentive and helpful staff. Every employee we encountered, from the housekeeping team to the concierge, went above and beyond to assist us. We were particularly impressed when a housekeeper kindly offered to help us with our luggage and escort us to the elevator. These small gestures made us feel valued and well taken care of.

The breakfast at Sheraton Istanbul was simply amazing. The wide variety of delicious options catered to every taste, and the quality of the food was outstanding. It was evident that the hotel takes pride in providing a memorable dining experience for their guests.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed, offering a comfortable and relaxing environment. The amenities provided were of high quality, and the attention to detail was evident in every aspect of our stay.

Very nice hotel with great rooms, friendly staff and good conference facilities. Good gym as well. Room service effective, though the food was not of the same standard as the hotel overall. My room was on the first floor facing the street - it was a bit noisy.

Here's my review of my stay at Sheraton Istanbul City Center from April 19th to April 23rd, 2024:

Reception:
The ambiance and design of the reception area were truly amazing. I appreciated the presence of security scanning devices, which added to the sense of safety and security.

Room:
I stayed in a standard room (412) with an incredible view. The room's lighting and decoration, along with the addition of a sofa and study table, made for a comfortable and inviting space.

Housekeeping:
I had the pleasure of meeting the cleaner on my first day, and I was impressed by how well they took care of the room. Their thoughtful gesture of leaving a lovely note was truly heartwarming and appreciated.

Restaurant and Food:
While the breakfast buffet was standard and didn't particularly stand out, I would highly recommend trying other food options, especially the grilled dishes. They are definitely worth the investment. The kebab, in particular, was exceptional.

Server:
Ibrahim deserves special mention for his exceptional service. His professionalism, cheerful demeanor, constant smile, and attentiveness made my dining experience memorable. A big hello to Ibrahim for his outstanding service!

Concierge:
The concierge team at Sheraton Istanbul City Center is outstanding. I'm especially grateful to the gentleman (whose name I unfortunately forgot) who went above and beyond to help me obtain necessary medication during my stay. Thank you so much for your assistance.

Overall, my experience at Sheraton Istanbul City Center was delightful, thanks to the attentive staff, comfortable accommodations, and excellent service. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.

We had a phenomenally comfortable stay! All of the staff were welcoming, warm, and friendly. If we needed anything at all they were there to settle our needs. 5 days was perfect and they made sure we were always satisfied and comfortable. Breakfast is amazing and there’s lots to choose from. The coffee shop right in front of the entrance has the perfect espresso. The spa and steam room are a great way to wind down after a long day touring the city. The pool is clean! Front desk checks in to make sure you are comfortable! House keeping does a great job when retouching your room.
When we make our way back to Türkiye, we will be sure to stay here again! Thank you very much! 😊

Nice place to stay at. You get greeted right at the door. Room was clean and smelled good. Bathroom was nice but kinda small. TV channel selection is very limited to few stations only. I like the espresso machine in the room. There was refrigerator and minibar but no microwave. Staff is very welcoming and polite, except one heavyset guy at front desk in the morning, who was rude and grumpy. Maybe coming off night shift and not in good mood. Concierge guy was not at the podium at times they publicized but he was there on and off.
Nice but small bar and a piano next to it. A gentleman plays it if he sees people in lobby. Great musician.

Great staff, rooms are spacious and one of the largest beds I've ever seen.
Thanks to Mr Davut in concierge service he is helpful and very friendly person. If I'll come back one day he'll be one of the reasons.

Rooms were clean, ample space. Daily breakfast was good, also tried ocean spa. Super friendly staff. Enjoyed my stay.
