Sheraton Istanbul City Center

It’s a very nice hotel situated centrally. The staff are very kind and ready to assist. Rooms are decent sized, they have 4 lifts (thank goodness), and the amenities are great. The gym is very well equipped! The breakfast is standard, fell below par for me but all good. The only downside is the executive lounge. While the lounge is nice, it’s very small and they only offer beer and wine during cocktail hours. Not sure why. Enjoy!

Yucel took great care of us from the time we checked in. He took great effort to explain to us all the activities around town. He recommended a few eating places including the Souk restaurant in the hotel. He is full of energy and enthusiasm and we enjoyed our conversation with him

My family and I had a great stay in this hotel. They have very good amenities and very good food. Location is also very good, you can get to the most relevant places in Istanbul in 10-20 minutes (taxi). Their staff is extremely friendly and they have a strong customer service focus - special mention for Yucel (bellboy / concierge), the guy is amazing!

Great hotel with attentive staff. Breakfast buffet out of this world, rooms very comfortable and great in-room service.

Located on the main highway means the rooms can be a little noisy, but hey there's 15m people out there and it is Istanbul and relatively close walking distance to Taksim Square.

We stayed for two days on a business trip, and the hotel left a very positive impression. The rooms are clean and have everything necessary for a comfortable stay. I would like to give special thanks to the bartender, Talshyn. A very friendly person who is ready to discuss any topic with you. At first, we ordered cocktails from the menu, but later the bartender was making drinks based on our mood. It was phenomenal and incredibly delicious! Her professionalism and friendly attitude made our stay unforgettable.

Will I stay at this hotel again in the future? Definitely YES, and I will recommend it to all my friends.

Good service at front desk, except one trainee needs more training how to deal with clients. Good breakfast, room is spacious and comfort bed. Location is obviously not ideal but they provide free shuttle service return Taksim. Elite member is well taken care of.

Solid 5 stars. This is a lovely hotel, comfortable bed, great breakfast and with the most professional and kind staff I’ve came across for a very long time in this industry. Each staff member I’ve interacted with been warm, smiling and gone beyond their way to make our stay easy and relaxing. Shout out to Yasin for his unparalleled service- it’s my hotel of choice moving forward in Istanbul.

Our stay at the Sheraton hotel was nothing less than amazing. The room, to the vibe, staff restaurant and breakfast was all beyond expectation. Everyone was extremely welcoming and friendly and attended all our needs immediately. Ibrahim especially was very friendly during breakfast and went above and beyond to make us smile and comfortable.

The reception staff was friendly, efficient, and made the check-in process a breeze, setting the tone for a wonderful experience.

One of the highlights of our stay was the attentive and helpful staff. Every employee we encountered, from the housekeeping team to the concierge, went above and beyond to assist us. We were particularly impressed when a housekeeper kindly offered to help us with our luggage and escort us to the elevator. These small gestures made us feel valued and well taken care of.

The breakfast at Sheraton Istanbul was simply amazing. The wide variety of delicious options catered to every taste, and the quality of the food was outstanding. It was evident that the hotel takes pride in providing a memorable dining experience for their guests.

Very nice hotel with great rooms, friendly staff and good conference facilities. Good gym as well. Room service effective, though the food was not of the same standard as the hotel overall. My room was on the first floor facing the street - it was a bit noisy.
