Millennium Istanbul Golden Horn

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Millennium Golden
horn Istanbul from the moment i arrived, the staff was incredible welcoming and attentive ensuring i had everything i needed for a comfortable stay.

The room was spotless, spacious, and well decorated with modern amenities the bef was incredibly comfortable, providing a great night’s sleep. I was also impressed with the attention you detail everything from the plush towels to the high quality toiletries was top notch.

The hotel location is perfect restaurant i was able to explore the area easily, The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide range of fresh, tasty options.

What really stood out to me was the level of service. Every staff member i encountered was friendly and went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable whether it was a quick check in concierge recommendations or room service everything was handled promptly and with a smile.

Overall, Millennium Golden Horn Istanbul exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommended it to anyone looking for a luxurious. Relaxing and well located place to stay. I will definitely be returning on my next visit to Istanbul.

Excellent service and location, comfortable rooms, ventilation, wi-fi, TV, polite and smiling staff, delicious breakfasts. Room service at a high level. I am especially grateful to a girl named Menice, who understood me at a glance.

The hotel service was great. Zeynep was outstanding. She attended to us twice at dinner and once at breakfast and she always went above and beyond. The rooms were clean. The food was great. Just wish there were more eating places close by but other than that it was great.

We've stayed here for 9 days in our honey moon, they made special arrangements in the room, and upgraded us free of charge, on top of giving us a free delicious cake.
The hotel has a perfect location for my purposes, 3min walk to tram and bus routes, friendly staff most of which speaks English, and it's generally clean, would recommend staying here.
Only problems are the breakfast prices are a bit high, and the room cleaning is not very good.

This hotel remains my very favourite out of all the ones I tried in Istanbul. I’ve stayed several times. Often, when available, I have received free room upgrades. The most joyous was this last stay where they upgraded it to a deluxe with a balcony; I absolutely enjoyed it! The cleanliness of this hotel is above average, I’ve watched how the housekeeping team function together and I was thrilled! The service is generally prompt and staff are friendly. Personally, I absolutely love the breakfast here and how there’s variety with a different menu if you spend consecutive days. We were once placed in a connected room and were unhappy about it and when they moved us the second room, it had a bad cigarette smoke stink, but they addressed that and eventually moved us to a more suitable room. The bathrooms in this hotel are the best I have ever come across. Location-wise, it’s very accessible. It’s just a 10-minute metro journey to central which you can ride from across the road. I prefer staying in this quieter neighbourhood compared to the busier areas. There’s also a park opposite the road where you can enjoy the golden horn. Suggested areas for improvement would be to create a loyalty system or membership and to include shot based-coffee (prepared by a professional barista) and fresh juices free of charge with the breakfast. Also, to provide smaller pillows. I would definitely continue returning if they keep up their standards.

All the people were very friendly.
The hotel was very clean. But what made the difference was the welcoming staff. I don't remember all the names except for Cicek who decorated the room for our baby girl.

we had a wonderful stay at the Millennium hotel! Everything at the highest level, reception, cleanliness in the rooms, delicious food and perfect service in the Balat Meze restaurant, perfect location, quiet neighborhood. 5 stars are not enough 😋
