Not a bad hotel in the heart of Istanbul, a little bit disturbed by arriving planes but it doesn't affect the overall rating

The hotel is very good, with access to the embankment. Planes often fly over the hotel, but we did not pay attention), good food and friendly staff.

I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel’s exceptional location and service. The rooms were not only comfortable but also beautifully designed, creating a truly inviting atmosphere. The staff were helpful and ensured for us a memorable stay. And I would like to thank "Mr. Gorkum" for his kindness and welcoming. They upgraded our room to a suite that has a balcony opening to the swimming pool :)I look forward to returning!

We had business meeting with colleagues at this hotel. First I want to mention is great hospitality shown by personnel and client centricity from Ali at reception desk. My request was sold fast and delicate!

I’m staying in room 4121 and would like to express my gratitude to Mrs. Fidel for cleaning my room. The whole team is very cheerful, and I’m always greeted warmly every morning by their teammate, Rojhat. I’ve really enjoyed my stay here. Thank you for everything! I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is very upscale, the service is very good, and the location is excellent with a very beautiful sea view. All the employees are very respectful except for one employee in the upper restaurant who was not polite and spoke in an impolite manner and with a loud voice. The situation happened to me twice, which prompted me to file a verbal complaint against him with the manager that evening on 9/18/2024.

Location quite far from center, clean rooms and amenities, quite small rooms, swimming pool, especially the one for kids is a joke. Kids below 5 years old are not allowed to swim in the pool, only spend time in the tiny baby pool, which provoked a big issue with our kid who swims. It was a big disappointment as we booked especially for kids to have fun at the pool. I have not seen a similar hurry to finish breakfast at 10:30 sharp anywhere else.
