I went with my family - really enjoyed .

But we had ants all over our floor!
The service is usually very good but one time I ordered fruits and it took 2 HOURS!! In the meanwhile i saw the people next to me get fruits while I waited for so long.
The waiters are nice but they sometimes seem a little unfriendly and give people weird looks.
The location is nice at the sea but you only have the florya akvaryum and mall next to you. No sights or anything. So you have to call a taxi or go with the tram for a long time to get to the sights.
The property is beautiful, the rooms are very comfortable, and the food is good. There are other places to dine and shop nearby but most historical landmarks are a 30 minute drive (more like an hour depending on the time of day).
Housekeeping lost one of my earrings, and the patio door came off the tracks our last night (maintenance came and put it on the track, closed the door, but then reopened it before running out of the room (which jumped the door back off the tracks so it couldn’t close). They didn’t restock towels and locked us out of our room one evening.
The air didn’t really seem to cool the room, even when the doors were properly seated and closed. The mini fridge didn’t work, and some of the desk staff were very dismissive.
They did move us to a different room after checking in due to issues with the shower, but we had to pay a price increase for the new space.
They have onsite taxis and valet parking, a spa, hair salon, and pool. The water in the pool was cold! The pool area offered tons of seating and the kids that were there seemed to be having a great time.
They charged us 20 Canadian dollar just using the chips , they only leave 2 bottles of water, the TV remote was not working properly
Hamum and spa was out of service indoor swimming pool was very cold outdoor swimming was closed
Over all not a very good experience this time and I will change my stay to another alternative
20$ just for small box of chips
